27 years young guy on the right I run a home maintenance/renovations business. I love my work, I love the dynamic and perks of being a tradesman. I love gardening and find it really relaxing, so it would be cool if there's a section on the property where I can grow herbs/flowers etc, but not necessary. I have 6 garden beds, more than happy to share my herbs, fruit and vegies I have a 4x4 with a trailer, so I was hoping to have driveway parking, street parking at the front of the property at the very least.. due to crime rates going up, tradesman trailers are a huge target.. if there is storage space in the garage for tools, that would be amazing. If not, I can source my own independent storage. Happy to pay more for this added benefit. I love adventuring, being over seas nearly a hand full of times now. Though I'd love to explore more of my home country and I'm always open to having company. I like social settings. I think communication is really important in and outside of the home.. This is also what prompted me to start my business 3-4 years ago This is just a small run down of myself. Quite funny (Ideally id like a granny flat or a self contained living plan, with storage options. Ill prioritise this until early june when i have to get a hurry on)
