Hi, I’m Josh. I’m a 28 year old electrician from Scotland. I currently work full time in the city, 6 days a week. Will be looking to get into fifo within the next few months. In my spare time, I like to catch up with friends, train at the local gym, explore WA and camp in my Ute. I am looking for a wee place to be able to settle down in when I’m not busy with the above. Preferably close or near to the CBD, but I am open to all areas. I don’t mind sharing a bathroom or any other amenities. Preferably with parking, if not some nearby. Selected the 3 months option but will be out here latest December 2026, so would be open to extending length of stay. Before flatmates, I was renting with my Fiancé through a local estate agent for the last 18 months who I can provide as a reference. However, I am only looking for a place for me as my fiancé has moved back to Scotland. I don’t smoke, go over the top with alcohol, have any children or pets.
