My current landlord is selling his house, so i'm in the market for a new room. 1) Furnished room (preferably with single bed, desk, chair, cupboard). 2) A functional kitchen for meal preps 3) I like keeping common spaces clean especially the kitchen, after I've use it. I've had some unsavory experiences of former housemates who don't understand how to clean up after using the kitchen and common spaces, with the sink filled with leftover food and unwashed plates for days. 4) On my time off, I'm usually in my room, unwinding, up for a chat anytime but otherwise pretty quiet. I'm not the partying type and probably wont have anyone over either. I can also obtain references from my current landlord, if required. I have been employed in the same job at secondhand job for over 7 years now. I enjoy games, writing, movies, educating myself, tinkering in my workshop, 3d design and printing, and going out to hang out with friends. I may be 50, but no one guesses that when I meet them, 38 is the average guess, so don't let the age thing throw you, I always try to get to know my housemates, but also give them space when they need it, and I'm happy to help when I can. I am working towards getting back in shape, and have a gym setup at home. I don't smoke or do drugs, and rarely drink, but have no problem with what others do as long as they are respectful of others' surroundings.
