Hi there! I’m Dympna, a 39-year-old pretty easy-going wildlife ecologist. I’m tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy both some social and some quiet time. I'm not a big drinker, but will have a glass of something with friends sometimes. Myself and my two dogs (6 year old Kelpie X and 12 year old Staghound) are relocating from the Blue Mountains and looking for a sharehouse with like-minded flatmates who value cleanliness, good communication, and the occasional movie night, board game or shared meal. My dogs are well trained and friendly, the Kelpie has lots of energy but also enjoys chilling out during the day. They are indoor/outdoor dogs. I will have to go away for fieldwork from time to time so I would be looking for housemates who wouldn't mind taking care of them with a dog-walker paid to take them out daily, or alternatively I will need to get a pet sitter in when I am away. My Kelpie has been trained to help catch cats for conservation work so isn't suitable to live with cats. In my spare time I enjoy running with my kelpie or getting out in nature, bird watching as well as mountain biking, yoga and rock climbing. At home I get a bit crafty, knitting, crochet etc and love gardening. I am looking for houses with a secure backyard for the pups. I'd love to hear from you if you have a room available or you are like-minded and would be interested in finding a new house together. I'm a non-smoker and would like to live in a non-smoking household.
