Am looking for accommodation (a room inc of bills) as my current landlord sold the property recently. Definitely would like my own Bathroom not into sharing a bathroom. Have Full-time employment - FIFO, Essentially I would be a great choice as you would rarely see me as I work 10-12hr days, and sometimes I go away for work, could be gone from 2 days up to 2 weeks. Essentially my main focus during my working week is work. I am a clean, tidy and respectful divorcee and father of 2 (almost) adult children. A Big Eagles fan and enjoy most other sports. Have the occasional drink and enjoy cooking as well. Love music of all types. I luv the ocean it's my Zen in summer. Anytime really. My current partner and our 2 yr old daughter They both live in her families rental home. My my work hours interrupt the babies routine, so most Friday nights till Monday night I will be at my partners. (Weekends) - you probably won't see me much. I'm easy going very tidy and clean and respectful at all times. I also have enough furniture for a 2 bedroom unit including washing machine ,dryer and 2x 2 leather couches if required. I tend to live in the Curtin university library. I can live anywhere and have my car. I intend to live in Perth for the rest of my life. I even also have a social life so I won't be relying on you for one. I'm financially independent and have a long record of over 30 years of tenancy experience, 20 of which, as a housemate. Before leaving Melbourne I leased a unit for three and a half years through Barry Plant of Ringwood/Heathmont. Before this, I've leased a room in two rooming houses, whilst completing a degree, a total of 6 years as a housemate. I have also been a head tenant for 13 years seeking approval to sublet to housemates. So I understand how scary the selection process can be.
