I'm a belgian vet student. I will be in Newcastle for 3 or 4 months for an internship in a Hamilton vet clinic. I'm looking for a share house with other students/young workers. I'm outgoing and really want to hang out and chill with my roommates :)
I am clean and quiet, i looking for the same in a house mate. No pets, I have allergies :( Kind and friendly and very considerate of others in the home. My wonderful house mate of several years is getting married soon, so for me its time to move on :) i prefer females i prefer to share with 1, 2 maximum I have shared with teenagers and young adults -both male and female.
I am a medical professional working full time. Looking for a place for the next 6-12 months. Happy to live anywhere in the Newcastle region. Will be moving in July, early August at the latest. What you will get: - a quiet housemate whom you may not see much of due to work and study (sometimes odd hours) - reliable payment of rent - happy to contribute my share of chores etc.
Little bit about me, i am a Male very clean and tidy and like nice things. I am a Virgo, Gay, Respectful, Well Traveled and Cultured. I am a Full Time Employee in newcastle. I like a place to call home that is not a party house but somewhere i can feel relaxed and comfortable but mostly safe what i hope this place will provide :) I am trying to save for a house deposit what seems impossible these days so i hope i can find i place i can stay for few years. Looking at $200- with bills and internet included but open to more depending on location "unfurnished". I have a king size bed so need a room big enough to squeeze it into.
Hi! My name is Emily and I'm 30. My cat Frankie and I need a place to stay in the Newcastle area. I study Art at the Newcastle Uni and enjoy anything to do with being creative. I also like to go out to see live music on the weekends but generally I am quite quiet and enjoy my time at home. I am neat and tidy. I love to have a chat and a cup of tea. Frankie the cat is litter trained and desexed and one of the most chilled out cats you'll ever meet.
I'm a clean and tidy person, practically a born and raised house wife. I'm fit and active and spend most of my time outdoors, I'll be studying and always occupied so you'll rarely see me. I love to cook so big dinners will be cooked regularly, I generally love human interaction so we could possibly start a wonderful friendship
Hi everyone. Let me tell you a little about my place. The house is fully furnished except for the bedroom. It has a nice Victorian style about it and has been recently completely refurbished as you can tell from the photos. There is reverse air in the bedrooms and living room so comfortably cool in summer and toasty in winter. I keep the place clean and tidy. About me,...well, I speak with an accent (Canadian) but most folks seem to be able to understand what I am saying. Yes, there are a few musical instruments around but I’m mostly playing elsewhere with my band (amateur). Your room has built-ins and a desk/chair as well. Um,…lets see, nice deck out back with BBQ. I have quite a few plants out there so photo is not up to date. My only rules are to just clean up after yourself… . I fully expect you would have friends or guests over, GF/BF etc . There is also a separate TV room/Office to share. Call/Text if you have any questions or just pop in and have a look.
I love living in this house. It's the perfect size and conveniently located. A block from Gregson park, a couple more and you are on Beaumont street! Hi! I'm Jane a quarter century old, I work full-time and I study. When I am home I like to focus on my hobbies; I build electronics, make art, go to the gym and watch terrible movies. I enjoy socialising but I also like time to myself. But I'm always doing something. Bedroom is big enough for a double or a queen, wardrobe side drawers and a bookshelf. The front entrance has a quiet spot I sometimes sit to read. There is a back porch for outdoor socialising and a garden big enough for a veggie patch. For anyone out there with a green thumb! I do have a cat so this potential person can't be allergic to cats. But I maintain that I keep the house as fur-free as possible with regular cleaning. She's outside most of the day and inside at night time, but she thinks she's a dog so if you're more of a dog person this should be well suited for you without the cleaning or attention required. This person/s should have a reliable rental history, stable employment and the ability to be flexible. Although a sense of humour is preferable but a bonus. This home is probably more suited to a creative personality, I would like to live with someone that is clean, as I don't want to remind someone it's their turn to clean nor do I want to be cleaning up after someone else. Basic courtesy and tolerance for others is non negotiable. Bills are split; water, gas, electricity and fibre ultra speed internet. Room can be furnished or unfurnished.
Looking for a pet friendly private room! I have a 3 month old German Shepherd x Labrador puppy, he's pretty well behaved. Toilet trained, comes when called, doesn't bark, and he can sit. I turn 18 in July, will hopefully be moving sometime this month. I'm pretty chill, go to TAFE 2 days a week - doing a certificate IV in Community Services. I also work at Domino's 4 days a week. I am gay (and have a girlfriend) - so hopefully this won't be an issue. I love music and art, and will listen to pretty much anything. I also love live music and go to a fair few concerts. Though I am young - I am mature, responsible, clean and tidy. Not a big partier - and I don't smoke or heavily drink. Looking to live anywhere in the Sydney area. Hoping for easygoing flatmates, that don't mind a chat every now and then.
I'm a 23yo recent engineering graduate moving to Newcastle for work from Sydney. I like being busy, I'll be working full time I will no doubt be at the gym in the afternoon. Other than that I'm pretty social person and will pretty much talk to anyone, real chatter. Love going out meeting new people, dinner, drinks, coffee, whatever. Also love pets and being active, getting outdoors. Looking for a place with a lock up garage.

Hi, I'm Jen. I'm a warm, positive, responsible, proactive individual looking for a new place to call home. I'm 35 and work in a variety of fields in part time positions doing business admin & in a freelance capacity in Event Management & the Arts. I enjoy sharing good, healthy food & meal times, a vino & vibrant conversation with those I live with & honour the space we all need to be happy. I have a passion for yoga, dance, art, authenticity, expression & expanding my inner & outer worlds whenever possible. I've just returned to my home town of Newcastle after over a decade away of job pursuits & adventure. I’m happy to be back & closer to friends, family & the beach. I’ve lived in large share houses & in duo’s, both have their pro’s & con’s – but the right mix is essential for a happy house. Space is important to me, inside & out, so no small apartments will cut the mustard. I've got furniture & appliances to contribute to the house & I'm completely house trained (am a bit of a handy-woman & even come with tools to help with odd jobs around the house). I enjoy living with mature, clean, positive & professional adults with a secure disposition that have their work⁄life⁄fun balance down pat. I've got a super friendly, indoor 13yr old female tabby cat. She's awesome company, spends most of the time sleeping on my bed & is a real gem of a furry friend, you're going to love her. I'm hoping to share space with conscious, connected people that want to create a home, not just a house to live in. Art is my life blood so a space to create is also a must in my new abode (perhaps the garage or a sunroom for example), I know the perfect home is out there! Look forward to meeting you Chat soon Jen
Im a warm, friendly and bubbly person. Quite active and very social. Love a beer and a chat, interested in the arts, traveling, socializing enjoying life! I work full time in Construction Management and Property Development. I'm great to live with because I am easy going, considerate and respectful of others and the property. Looking forward to moving in with fun and friendly people. Yes I smoke, but never inside and always collect my rubbish. I do hope that I will not be discriminated against on account of this as.
~ Sydney uni student starting an internship in Newcastle ~ I'm a uni student from Sydney moving to Newcastle for 6 months for an engineering internship. I'm from up the coast originally. For the last 4 years, I've been living in sharehouses and student accommodation in Sydney... meaning I'm well-versed in the art of: flatmate banter/holding on whilst the bathroom's in use/tetris to maximise fridge space/cleaning up after myself, and related skills :P Bit of a cliché, but I'm very easy-going and friendly. Looking for a place with decent people, possibly also young/students, with whom I can get along with. I generally cook for moi, motivated by my affinity for carbs and faint past as a stingy 1st yr student. Nevertheless, I don't shy from a chat/chill/chai with roomies. I like hanging out with friends, I go for a run here and there, and like listening to music (dw, no blasting out loud). I'll be working Mon-Fri, and chilling out some of the other time. I'm pretty clean. Never lived in Newcastle, but I'm looking forward to it! Go the Knights!
We live in a cosy little terrace house on the leafy boulevard that is James Street. It is a mere 100 metres from Beaumont Street which is really handy. With cuisine ranging from the exotic (Cappadocia Kebabs) to the spicy (Raj's corner) to the Australian staple schnitty and chips (The Greenroof). So many to choose from. You'll never save money again! Centrally located we're about 10 mins drive from the beach in one direction and just 15 mins from the uni in the other . If you're really adventurous Hamilton train station is just 10 minutes walk away. 5 minutes if you power walk. Now all that's left is to come have a gander.
I'm easygoing, love to cook for the household and enjoy drinks on the weekend. I'm studying full time as a student and my team up jack is a security guard who enjoys a bit of fun too. Looking for someone laid back who is organised and willing to attend house inspections with us as a household. Feel free to message me if you're interested
