Hi! Im Maddie, I'm a new graduate Midwife moving to newcastle of work. I'm tidy, pay bills on time and am respectful of housemates. I love to socialise but also love time to myself now and then as well. I'm very active and usually spend my spare time outdoors, at the beach or at gym! I'll be working full-time shift work so wont be home as often, but I'm pretty easy going to live with and love to hang out. I have furniture if needed (washing machine, fridge, freezer, lounge, microwave), but can leave it behind if not :)
Part time Vet nurse, also Juggling some office work to help pay the bills. Currently living in Maitland. Looking to move closer to town. Generally a fun and easy going person. Happy to do my own thing or hang out. I'm not a huge party person but I do enjoy going out every now and again. I'm pretty tidy and respect other peoples space. I enjoy cooking and love to feed people. So I'm happy to do share meals every now and then too! I do have a lively little Lorikeet that I adopted through work called Peanut. He is hand raised and very tame and loves a good tummy tickle. Peanut can live outside but would enjoy some time inside if allowed. I've lived in campus style shared accommodation previously. At the moment, I'm back at home with the rents so I'm looking to get back some independence. For Team-ups, I have a fridge, washer and dryer all set and ready to go. My max is $200/wk including bills/electricity I'm looking to move some time after Christmas/New year Period If I sound like a good fit for you home or if you're interested in a Team-up situation, please please please give me a buzz!

I’m a mature aged student who is very clean and tidy. I’m polite, friendly, an introvert at heart and will always respect your space and privacy. I enjoy going out for a few quiet wines but I’m definitely not a party animal! I’m new to the area, so really keen to meet some great people and check out the rest of Newcastle.
Hey, I'm Rachel and I have been renting in shared houses for almost 2 years now. I'm a full time Nursing Student and I also work a casual job at a gym. I enjoy doing things like being active outdoors and exploring, going to the gym, cooking, staying inside and relaxing and going out for drinks/food. I'm tidy, respectful of others and enjoy socialising but also like my me-time. I would like to share a place with people I can become good friends with and not just brush shoulders with in the hallway. I'm looking for a maximum of 3 other like-minded roommates that would be keen to find a place with me or kindly offer me a room in their humble abode. :)
Hey i'm Erin! I'm a Psychology student and I work casually at the movies. I'm tidy and respectful to live with. I like a chat and a coffee or wine but also like my quiet time. In my spare time I like seeing friends, going to the beach, exercising or reading a book. I'm not exactly sure how long i'd be staying but would be at least 3 months and up to 8 if extending is flexible :)
I’m 24 years old Estonian girl, friendly and easy to get along with. I don’t smoke and I always clean after myself. I enjoy cooking and baking, going to the beach, going for a hike or just having a chill movie-night with some good food and a glass of wine. Love to have a chat with my future flatmates but also respect if you need privacy, because I need that too.
**Really need someone to move in ASAP.** Looking for a female to share a unit in Hamilton South. I would love a flatmate that is looking for a home, rather than just a room and also someone with similar interests. The unit is in a great location, close to Beaumont Street restaurants and cafes, also a short drive to Darby st and into the city, and the beach is also less than 10 minutes away. Total rent is $440/wk but willing to accept someone who can pay between $190 - $220/wk. Rent includes an unfurnished bedroom (2.9mx3.55m) with a 3-door built in wardrobe in a furnished unit. The unit has a large living area, a decent sized kitchen and dining area, one shared bathroom, a separate toilet in the laundry, garaged car park and a paved courtyard. Water, electricity and Wi-Fi are extra. I am trying to create an inviting, homely space where we can both be comfortable. I am also mindful of creating a home that is as eco-friendly as possible :D If you would like to share this space with me, I'd love to meet up to see if it would be a good fit for both of us.
We are so close to everything! The entire house is fully furnished so you won’t need to bring anything. We have the option of having your room furnished or unfurnished. The rest of the house is fully furnished so you can literally just move in with you bedroom stuff. If you do have a piece of furniture you would like to bring just let us know what it is and we’ll try and make room for it. We have a great kitchen with dishwasher and everything you could possibly need. It’s like the hub of the house and you’ll often end up having a yarn with whoever is cooking. You will be sharing the nice big bathroom with me (Em) and I love to keep it clean (I am a property manager after all and mould is the devil) but we can just share the cleaning. It has a toilet, separate shower and bathtub and a big mirror and vanity. Your room has a built in robe and the whole house has ducted ac although to be honest we don’t use it much. We don’t have wifi currently but would be open to getting it should you want it. There is always on street parking right out the front, it is metered during the day but if you work 9-5 this should never be a problem. We have a washing machine but not a dryer, we don’t really need one though.
Hi there, I am looking to move to Newcastle in the new year and will be needing a place to live, preferably more than just a house but a home. I am able to transfer with my current job so I will be working almost immediately of moving to Newy. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Education - The Early Years at the University of Wollongong, however I will be switching to the University of Newcastle to study nursing. I'd be looking to move in the first couple weeks of January. Would be a bonus is the room is partly furnished i.e. a queen sized bed but not fussed. I love the beach and catching up with friends mainly. I don't party a lot but am out of the house quite a bit. I'm a chilled, clean person and easy to get along with. I don't have any fur babies but would be a bonus if my future housemates did. I'm not picky on which suburb of Newcastle I live in as long as it's a nice neighbourhood...
Hi I’m James 25 years old. Work full time. I’m lookimg for either a place to move in to or someone to move out with. I would class my self as a extrovert Most time but do like my alone time. I do own a lounge set (tv, tv unit, and lounge) I’m willing to purchase a fridge and washer. I would consider my self a clean person. Super chilled and down to earth. Always like a good laugh.
Hi, I'm Denzyl and I currently study a Bachelor of Indigenous Studies at the University of Newcastle. I am a positive and extroverted queer that currently lives in Mayfield, Newcastle. But I am seeking a new place to live as my current roommate got a new job in the big smoke (Sydney). I am a queer vegan who prefers they/them pronouns. I am excellent at baking vegan treats, being super clean and have the greenest thumb around. I love to be surrounded by other positive individuals, plants and wouldn't mind a few fur friends to spend my time with when relaxing at my new home. I am seeking to move out be early/mid December as that is when my current lease ends. I am open to team ups and seeking to find a rental together. But if you're looking for a new flatmate and you think I suit the bill. Please feel free to flick me a message and we can get to chatting!
I’m 25 and will be studying nursing in 2019 at Newcastle uni. I work part time in disability support. Very chilled out person to live with except i hate clutter and mess. I have a mini dachshund that will be tagging along with me so hoping to find somewhere pet friendly! Train at the gym 4-5 days a week and enjoy a walk everyday! Love a drink of a weekend! Pretty flexible with move date, just hoping to find somewhere before uni semester starts next year (end of feb). Open to team ups also.
Hi, I’m Matt. I’m 30, a professional moving from Brisbane to Newcastle for a full time job. I will be heading back to bris most weekends. I’m responsible, clean and fairly quiet, but always up for a chat. Non-smoker and easy going.
I am relocating for work and am looking for a house mate who shares common values and principles. I'm easy going and like to live in a clean environment. I like to cook and have no issues with cleaning or helping out around the house. I am a professional who travels extensively for work. I have two teenage sons and a partner who will stay with me on occasion however all reside in Queensland, where I am currently located. Ideally looking for a property with character, a small yard would be awesome however I can't promise that I would get much time to assist with maintaining it. No issues with kids or pets. In my spare time I like to travel and get to the beach. I enjoy yoga and pilates, great fan of a nice wine and good food. I appreciate a good sense of humour and great conversation on many varied topics.
I think I’d make a great room mate as I friendly and super tidy! Love my alone time but also enjoy socialising. Won’t be home to often as spend most of my time at work or with my family.
Tj, 20 and looking for some great people to move in with. I have a small white fluffy dog that has to tag along but she is super cuddly when she knows you!
I am 19 yr old finishing up my gap year in Newcastle and plan to start studying as of next year! I am a kind and energetic person that loves to get out and would love to meet some people who are the same ! I consider myself to be polite, easy to get along with and tidy :)
My name is Charlotte (27 yrs), I am new to Newcastle, originally from Goa, India. I am here to complete my PhD in immunology at Hunter Medical research centre. I ain't-a fussy roommate, love giving space and a stickler for house rules if there are any. Love the beach and a self-proclaimed great chef and I am very into sports. Allergic to dairy products especially albumin (eggs), pet dander (cats and dogs unfortunately although I do love them, I am not a monster!). I can blend in like a chameleon (haha! my spirit animal :)). I am also a lil bit of a geek- big anime fan as well as marvel and DC😬.
