I am a mature, full-time professional researcher (formerly a dentist) who will be working at HMRI from July. I am moving to Newcastle from Queensland and have lived in shared accommodations before. Tidy, easy going, friendly, respect privacy. I am mostly out and about, if not working then going for walks or runs. Would prefer a room or a house with private or ensuite bathroom, close to public transport and supermarkets. If you have a house/ room for rent or want to start a house share, please contact me. Cheers Ratika
I am a relaxed, easy going person. I will clean up after myself and will contribute to household cleaning. I am a primary school teacher and spend most of my time at school. At home I love having a place to relax by myself. I enjoy living in a house with friends and want to be able to have dinner, drinks and a good time with the people I live with. I am not a party person but do like to socialise with friends.
Hey, I'm a Laboratory Technician working in a physical testing laboratory in Mayfield. I'm a pretty chill and relaxed person, working 5 to 6 days a week. I just like to enjoy my hobbies which is writing and strategy games. I don't really watch TV much or host parties, so I'm a fairly quiet guy. I own a rescued Greyhound named Sally who is a very shy, timid and quiet gal. I'm just looking for a chill, relaxed environment to live in and some good mates for housemates.
hey guys 21 year old carpenter working full time no problem financially, have a border collie puppy very well behaved so practically trouble free. am looking for a place with people of a similar age who are mature and easy to get along with, feel free to message me !!
I'm a PhD student from the UK coming to Newcastle for three months to work at the John Hunter Hospital. I'm friendly, tidy and hoping to meet new people through living in a house share. I've lived with other people at university and during my PhD and enjoy the social side of house shares. My main hobby is Acroyoga (partner based acrobatics) but I also love exploring new places, hanging out with friends and eating good food.
29 year old looking for a cozy clean home to hide in. I work part time at a chocolate shop, but pretty much to a full time schedule. I love all pets but have none of my own. I enjoy cleaning, especially when I'm feeling down or anxious, so I will always clean up after myself - but I'm not a fastidious person. I am HOPELESS at cooking, so I try not to subject anyone else to it. I am quiet in nature, I don't go out much and tend to just stay in and game, but I am talkative and like to just exist around other people. I am something of a night owl and I have an amazing ability to sleep though all kinds of noise. I don't have a car or license so I MUST have easy access to public transport. I have the gay.
Hello! Unfortunately one of our housemates is leaving us and we are looking for someone new! Our humble abode is a two story town house located just down the road from Beaumont street. We are also nice and close to train and bus stations which is very convenient. The house is pretty modern with ducted air conditioning and 2.5 bathrooms. The bedroom is upstairs and has a built in wardrobe. The upstairs bathroom is a good size with both a shower and a bath and has a separate toilet which you would be sharing with one other housemate. The bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the house is. But if you have something you would like to bring for the rest of the house that should be fine too :)
I’m 22 years old and work full time as a nanny and study teach online. I’m clean and tidy, I’m quiet and like my own space but love a beer after work. I train at the gym and binge watch Netflix in my spare time.
Hey! My name is Shae and I am currently studying to be a Speech Pathologist at the Uni. I've been living out of home for the past three years and am looking for a room in a share house or someone to team up and find a place with. I am super easy going and love being social so I'd love someone who would be down for a drink, a mean cob loaf or cheese platter (I'm not fussy) and a bit of a boogie but I am also super respectful of everyone's privacy and space.
Hey guys; I'm just putting myself out there at the moment to see what options are in the Newcastle area. Not looking to move immediately but aiming for within the next few months. :)
Hola, I'm Brielle I'm moving to Newcastle for work and am currently looking for a place to call home, an existing room to rent or teaming up with someone. I've been living out of home and on my own for the past 3 years, I have my own furniture and internet. I'm a friendly working professional in my 20's (wise beyond my years) my working background is in child protection. I'm super respectful of people's privacy as I love my own alone time but am also quite the social butterfly so I would love a roomie who's up for the occasional drink, cheese platter and carry on. In my spare time I love spending it in the surf, going for ocean swims, yoga and meditations, having a drink, catching up with fam and friends, watering my plants.. napping... I'm super tidy and respectful and I love being able to come home to HAPPY, clean and calm environment.
I'm a paramedic graduate from Queensland, who is moving to Newcastle to start a job with Ambulance NSW. I'm a fairly easy going guy and I've just started to really get into cooking, so I'm always looking for mouths to feed. I'm always keen to go on adventures and try new things, so I'm very excited to see what Newcastle has in store. I finish my induction with the ambulance service in Sydney on June 29 so I'm looking for a place to move into shortly after that.
We are 3 young adults looking to find a place together that is a little closer to the Newcastle CBD. We’re currently living together in a sharehouse but are unhappy with the location of our home. We all work full time Monday-Friday so our home is always quiet. We like to hang out together whether it be going out for dinner or seeing a movie we like to get out and about. We’re really hoping to find a 3 (or more) bedroom home that someone is looking to hand their lease over, or someone who is looking to move out with a couple of people.
This flat is close to Hamilton and Broadmeadow stations, 500m from Beamont St eateries, and has a direct bus line to the CBD within 50m of the front door. The interior is bright and sunny, and the apartment block is generally quiet and is mostly occupied by young professionals. The common rooms of the apartment are furnished with all the essentials - just bring your bedroom furniture. Last housemate had a small desk, wardrobe and double bed in there with some space to spare (see photos). Additional bills: Internet $35/mth unlimited data (can be lowered to $25/mth if you are not a heavy user) Gas/electricity approx. $35/mth No Pets :( No Smoking
Hi I'm Tash, I am easy going, friendly, and like to have a laugh. I am a social person but also value my personal time. I am studying Creative industries at UON majoring in design and work part time. I love art, nature and movies. I am clean and respect the shared responsibilities involved with keeping a clean and tidy house. I enjoy cooking and good food. I love animals so am completely open to a household with pets. Hope to hear from you soon :)
Hi There! I've just sold my house and am looking for somewhere for 6 months or so whilst I finish my degree. I currently work two jobs and am completing a degree and train and play sport a couple of times a week so I live a busy lifestyle. I am able to move really from anytime within the next month, my settlement is on the 6th June. If this sounds like an arrangement that possibly interests you, let me know and I'd be happy to come and look and we could meet and discuss. Cheers, Josh
I grew up in Newcastle and now working full time at Rutherford as a flight instructor. I work full time with Wednesday and Thursdays as my days off. I'm very easy going and tidy, and generally like to check out new places popping up around Newcastle on my days off. I like to keep things clean and don't have a lot of stuff, as I try to get out most of the time on my days off. I don't smoke and enjoy the occasional drink, mostly craft beer but again that is usually outside of home. I like animals so don't mind if there are pets (prefer dogs). Any questions let me know.
Hi, I’m Jerome and I am looking to move closer to the beach in Newcastle. I currently work a full-time job in healthcare. I have lived out of home for eight years. As a tenant/housemate, I always clean up after myself and care for the property as if it were my own. In my spare time, I like to exercise, surf, eat fries and spend time with my friends. I enjoy living with people that are professional, positive and funny. Please feel free to get in touch if you have a room available or would like to team up. Jerome
