Am a great company! Love travelling! Long walks on the beach! Would love to come back home and cozy up with some good food and a nice cup of coffee! Am a clean and respectful towards anyone living with me! I appreciate all sorts of pets!
For rent is a freshly painted granny flat out the back of a house in Hamilton. It is completely private except for a shared laundry which you will share with the owner. It comes furnished with a queen sized bed, lounge, bookcase, small fridge and freezer and kitchen utensils. The laundry also has a washer and dryer. All bills are included in the weekly price, including unlimited internet. It is a small unit and would suit a single person who doesn't need much space. Unfortunately it is not suitable for pets as there is already a friendly cat who lives on the property. Lock up garage space is available but only fits a small to medium car.
I'm female, 23 years old and the definition of being uncomplicated. If you wanna cook together I recomend you to try my once my peanut butter sauce. Also for a beer or a glass of wine I am always in. But if you'd rather be alone, I'm totally fine with it. I'm super clean, not to noisy and can get along with any animal - like I said - the definition of being uncomplicated. I am from Germany doing my semester abroad. Usually I study media econmomics. Never heard of it? Well, as a media economist you can become anything you want in the media sector (but definitely not rich). I'm totally experienced with sharing flats. Once I lived in a flat with 9 other people ;) Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have a room available :)
Hi! I'm Kate, initially from Newcastle, and wanting to return after 12 months living in QLD. It's important to me that I find the right fit when it comes to my home / sanctuary. As such, I'll try to provide a little detail about myself and my circumstances. It is just myself and my dog, Asha - a small, gentle and well behaved Kelpie x (rescue dog). She loves friends, canine or feline, and although it's by no means necessary, she'd absolutely love another friend to play with at home. I work full time, and with my office being right in town, I'd really like to find somewhere I'm able to ride my bike or walk to work. My time off would mainly involve markets, beach days, hiking, road trips ect. My ideal situation would consist of my own bathroom - I am absolutely open to options though, and happy to chat to any potential flatmates about how to make things work. I have a solid rental history and can provide police checks etc. I'm a very easy going, happy, healthy, house proud person. I've a good heart, and I've always ended up calling any previous flat mate a friend. If you feel we might work well together, please feel welcome to get in touch :)
I generally keep to myself however I'm not shy to talk if someone would like to interact with me. I'm fun natured, busy and generally super friendly. I respect people regardless their race, gender identity or etc, humans are human, that's all there is to it.
Hi there 😊 I’m Alesha and I’m looking for a place to call home in newy. I work full time, study part time and enjoy keeping fit and active. I’m pretty quiet during the week and on weekends I spend a lot of time at the beach (in summer), out with friends or studying. Would love to find housemates that would become friends to enjoy a wine or two and a movie night with every now and again! I’m tidy, respectful of others and overall pretty easy going 😊
Starting environmental science degree. Am incredibly passionate about nature, waste free/minimal living, gardening, outdoor, active, dancing, permaculture, I think I’m pretty grounded, clean, try to use as little water and electricity as possible, easy going. Looking for place with garden that could be planted with food, that are happy to have a compost bin in the garden, living with people that are proactive. From the central coast/Sydney Been trying to find somewhere that feels like home for quite some time.. maybe Newcastle is that place! Thanks
