Modern, Clean home - short walk to beach, train station, supermarket, shops and cafes! Live with friendly and considerate housemates. Hampton Street is only a hop, skip and jump and has everything you need. The train ride in/out of the city is only 26 mins and stops at great places like Richmond, South Yarra, Prahran, Windsor, Ripponlea, Brighton stations etc where you can visit Swan Street, Chapel Street, Greville Street, etc Our home is modern and spacious (not an apartment) with a very large, clean, fully equipped kitchen and has a low maintenance good sized courtyard (great for outside meals and relaxing sessions). It’s a large home so we are spread out and not in each other’s way. It never feels crowded. The Bedroom on offer is Fully Furnished and contains a large built in robe - refer to photos. Bedding (quilt, quilt cover, bedsheets and bath towels, etc) can be provided for you if you require them. Bathroom - You’ll be sharing a bathroom with only 1 other housemate. $300 per week for room only. $30 per week for; - all utilities (gas, electricity, water) - Internet (unlimited) - Basic household necessities (toilet paper, laundry powder, dishwashing liquids, all various cleaning products for the home, olive oil, salt /pepper etc, various organic teas and coffees plus more Therefore total weekly rent is $330. House Cleaning - We all clean up after ourselves. We also have rotating house cleaning roster for shared areas however, as we are all responsible and mature adults, the weekly clean is quick and painless. We like our home clean, organised and tidy and want our new housemate on the same page - so only apply if you are competent using mop and bucket 😉 Is this a party house? No, definitely not a party house because home is a haven for us. However we don't like people who stay in their rooms all the time or avoiding other housemates either. We are in the middle. We enjoy each other’s company and a chat when we see each other but we all want and need some alone time too. We try to have regular catch up during the week (maybe housemate dinner or at least share meal times together) and occasionally go to local farmers market together, or have a Netflix night in watching movie together, drive out to winery or to great ocean rd, peninsula, maybe do a hike together (bonus points if you’re willing to do that coz Ronan loves to hike!) etc but we all have our own busy independent lives so we do not hang out together 24/7. We respect each other’s privacy and separate lives too. We believe life is about the journey and we would like someone who is also after a nice balance between alone and housemate time. And yes - our home looks like it does here in these photos - the same furniture that you see here is in our home and the photos are not furniture hire/ staged photos of when the property was last for sale (like some other places). Other important info - ROOM AVAIL 18 DECEMBER * No pets allowed sorry * Smoking permitted outside only * Bond 3 weeks rent * Rent is due /payable fortnightly for fortnight ahead * 4 weeks notice required when leaving us (you're also required to assist us with finding suitable replacement housemate)
Hi I’m Simone I work full-time in pharmacy, I’m looking for a room to rent or a place to rent with someone. I’m reliable, honest and respectful. I usually keep to myself as I work long hours but always up for a chat and a meal. I have a very old little dog Jack he is friendly and very well trained. I enjoy reading, watching movies, going on walks and catching up with friends and family
Hiya! I’m Gracie and I’m currently still living at home with my parents but am hoping to move out and get some sweet independence. I work full-time for DHHS so that takes up a lot of my week. I also love to head out and spend time with my friends, so I typically don’t spend all that much time at home. I’m quite sociable but tend to get along with everyone, as I’m super respectful of other’s preferences and personal space, as I highly value my own. I’m super tidy and love a “minimalist” environment, clutter stresses me out, so I always clean up after myself. Looking for like-minded individuals that value living in a tidy, chaos-free space. Preferably fun, mature and trustworthy flat mates. Hoping to find some easy going people to share a house/apartment with.
Hi, my name is Lenka, I come from the Czech Republic but I'm currently studying environmental engineering in France. For the last semester I've decided to come to Australia to do my final 6-month internship here from February to August 2020. Therefore I'm looking for a nice housing, if possible with a couple of flatmates. In my free time I love travelling, sports and hanging out with friends. So let me know if you know about anything.
Hey, I'm a friendly 27 year old part-time admin assistant/ part-time Nutrition student. I love cooking weird healthy things and relaxing on the couch watching Netflix. I'm definitely not a party animal but occasionally like going out for a glass of wine. Not 100% necessary but I would love to live somewhere that has a dog as I absolutely love them. Unfortunately i’m allergic to cats :(
I’m a 21yo Melbournian that’s just moved back from living in Canada after a couple years. I work full time in construction management and somehow find the time to study at Vic Uni. I keep active by playing indoor volleyball and beach volleyball pretty often and a little bit of mixed basketball too. As I’m so busy I’d rarely be home but am happy to socialise when I am. I’m pretty easy going and wouldn’t mind some like-minded housemates.
Hi there, I'm Abanoub Grais and I'm 27ys, I'm a 3rd year Electrician Apprentice :) and also I work at the NGV! Very professional, easy going, can pretty much cook anything. love being active and close to the beach.
Easy going working professional. Outside smoker only. Youthful outlook on life and enjoy the odd night out at live music venues, dining out and shows. Love the beach and the lifestyle here on the coast. Quiet by nature and respectful of others privacy. Love travel and new experiences. Looking for someone easy going and fun to get along with. Clean, neat and tidy. Moving to Melbourne for work next week. Gender, age and sexual orientation to me is of no importance. I get on well with everyone.
I am a very respectful, kind and clean female from Canada. Having travelled long term for almost two years now...working, volunteering, cycled for 5 months in Europe this past year and now here! Also a chef, motivated and hardworking, live an active lifestyle and love meeting new people. Looking for roommates with a similar lifestyle or atleast respectful, tidy and easy going. Communication is key with roommates so things go smoothly. I enjoy having a glass of wine or beer, cooking, listening to music, sharing stories and getting outside. I do have a bicycle so I won't be needing a parking place.
I work full time as an accountant and enjoy the odd boardgame and getting out on the weekends to go skating, hiking or just hang out. I'm looking for a share house to move into with some cool flat mates.
Looking for an unfurnished completely self contained situation with a view to being friendly, unless you want me to pretend I don't know you. I work in Spotswood, have for over 20 years and plan to stick with it, so looking for somewhere that's about 30 mins drive off peak. Bonus points for being within 🚲 distance. Don't have any pets but wouldn't mind a little dog so I ticked the box.
