They usually equal out to $50 - $70 per month total. You will be required to jump onto the lease, as we are re-signing with our landlords. We pay directly to them, your bond will be paid to the person leaving the house as the landlords hold onto the total bond. Bond is roughly $580 (less than rent for month) though I will confirm. Hey guys! Currently putting the feelers out for a new place to live! I'm originally from country New South Wales, having moved to Melbourne in May 2016 to chase some bigger career opportunities. I currently work in the health industry and am thinking about going back to study, not entirely sure yet! I'm a very laid back guy, not much phases me. I enjoy the footy, adventuring and exploring my new surroundings, reading, the occasional netflix binge, gaming, gymming, and hitting the town for a drink or fourteen.
