The massive room features a double bed, cupboard, couch, one glass table, wall shelves, a newly bought computer desk and office chair with armrest, and a nice balcony with an outside chair. The place holds 3 people, and features a quiet lifestyle in Camberwell which is surrounded by exquisite beauty for hours of walking around the area. The place contains a shared toilet/bathroom, massive fridge and cosy kitchen and other facilities such as washing machine. The location itself is the most amazing part about the place, since Camberwell is ideally located within minutes of travel to any direction of interest, and is closely connected throughout inner and outer suburbs which makes more of a more relaxing experience than living right into the CBD. Beautiful parks and walks surround the everyday life, as well as quick few minutes walks to supermarkets and local shops and other daily needs. Bills are excluded, however we do not pay for water as the body corporate covers it. The place you will be moving into is a very large house, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a big living room and an open back yard.
