Hi, I'm looking for a great new place to go with the new year. I work in childcare full-time with many families throughout the eastern suburbs. I'm a easy going, neat and tidy person and always pay my rent onetime. I'm looking to move into a new place in April. Not looking for a share a place. Rent to include bills or on own meter. I have a beautiful 7 year old indoor cat who is very lovable and well behaved. Look forward to hearing from you.
I've been share housing for 4 years now with friends or people I know, looking to get away from them due to some crossed boundaries and the like. I can't cook but I can clean and I do like to keep on top of bills. I usually keep to myself holding down 2 part time jobs and enjoying some intense video gaming.
Travel Agent, easy going, keep to myself but up for a chat and tv night now and again. Non drinker, non smoker (but don't mind others who do!) Clean, quiet and respectful, I'm easy to live with and have around :)
Hi my name is Murray. I am friendly and easy to get along with and at the same time respect others privacy and the need for quiet time. I'm currently semi-retired and considering my next business venture, while I have enough residual income to support my lifestyle for the time being and am looking to find somewhere suitable and more comfortable to reside for the next 6 months or more while I consider moving into my own home or continuing my travels. I like to do my own cooking but to also share meals occasionally. I grew up in Mitcham and would like to stay in the outer eastern suburbs close to family and friends.
The room we are offering is large with a built in robe. The central bathroom would be pretty much your own, however it does double as a laundry. The house also offers a good sized kitchen, open living and dining and a huge backyard with a good sized deck. Rent would be $700 a month, or approx $175 a week.
I'm a really chilled person, very clean and respectful of others. I work part time where I currently live and have part time job availabilities in the maroondah area, however I would be looking for a full time job or planning to study once I have a confirmed house and move in date.
Laid back, easy going, clean/neat, works full time in cbd, pays rent/bills on time, relatively quiet and keep to myself but happy for the socialisation too. Have 2 dogs that I share “custody” with my mum so have them Weekends and holidays. Theyre largely indoor dogs who sleep in my room at night. The people I live with must be dog lovers. I’m open to living in other areas in the east - other than what I’ve listed. Also open to living with 1 or 2 other females! It all Really depends on the house and people! Ideally wouldn’t want to pay more than 200-250 give or take per week for my share (excluding bills) so looking for houses that are 380-480 per week roughly *looking for TEAM UPS ONLY as I have a A lot of my own furniture but happy to negotiate with someone who may also have a lot of their own stuff as I realise it feels more homely when you are surrounded by your own things!
I work full time so I wont be around much but I'm pretty chill, quiet and tidy. Love cars, vintage toys, and Lego, I love taking pictures with my film cameras and drawing. I don't drink or smoke :) I have a gorgeous cat tinker she is 14 she gets along well with everyone and loves attention and likes to be inside or outside. looking for a room and cool person that I can get along with.
I'm looking to teamup with someone to start our own sharehouse in the New Year. I'm currently renting with 3 others but the lease is up soon and I'd like something quieter. I don't smoke and only drink socially. I'm pretty outgoing and enjoy a chat from time to time! I work as a receptionist 3/4 days a week, and on my days off I enjoy spending time with friends and going out exploring. Would be great to find someone with similar interests and around the same age!
I am currently in Sydney and moving to Melbourne.I am a clean tidy person and friendly.I am Buddhist but respect all religions.I like listning music, travelling and astronomy.I am looking to stay longer more than 6 months.
I am an easy going girl with a great sense of humour. I get along with anyone, I am great with animals, and I am very clean. I clean houses and nursing homes for a living so I'll make sure to keep things in order. Happy to be in a house with animals, seeing as I have grown up with them my whole life :) Move in date would be sometime in January, and would lease for about 4 months, and could desire to stay longer then that.

Hey there! Looking for some similar people to live with in a sharehouse. Don't mind if a join a hood or we start a new one in a new house. Preferably would like to live with 2-3 others to be able to afford a decent place but not drain the bank. I'm Extremely clean. Easy to live with. Responsible. Have a good renting record. Hey, my name's Ruby and i'm looking for somewhere to move into to leave my parents house so i can be closer to university (my top preference is currently Swinburne Hawthorn.) I have worked in hospitality for the past 3 years saving money, i am able to cook and clean, as well as being a quiet and respectful housemate. I do own a small car and I would prefer off street parking. I’m generally a pretty quiet person that enjoys movies and reading, but I would be eager to socialise with housemates ☺️

Hi! My name is Bec and I am looking for a new place to call home. I enjoy the company of my housemates, but enjoy my own too. I have been fortunate to have been in some great share-houses and made some wonderful, life-long friends. I enjoy healthy food and would love to get back to cooking more - happy to swap and share the odd meal or just have taste-testers! I work full-time, between my main job and some voluntary work. - I love both. I will tidy up after myself and direct debit for bills and rent takes care of the basics so we can get on with creating a happy chilled-out home. I am out a fair bit (with meditation, friend-catch-ups, theatre and arts and family to name few) but I also love to share a kitchen chat, cuppa or the odd DVD/Netflix with my housemates. I am after a single storey place and I do need it to be close to a train station. I am looking to live with others who are easy-going companions, good communicators and also want our place to be a great place to be. I am in no rush to move out of where I am, its more about finding a good fit. I am pretty flexible about location..although I have come to love the greenery and space of the further-out suburbs in the last few years!
I'm easygoing, friendly, clean up after myself. Just as good at socializing with others as I am at keeping to myself, so I can fit in to either scenario. I love dogs and quite like cats so I'll be happy to share the place with any furry friends.
Hey guys! Looking for an already established house with some likeminded housemates. I work as a nurse in Emergency so I can save your life if you need. This also means I work shift work so you may not see me too much. I am very social and I love getting out and about. Also love a quiet night in, watching a movie or having a wine! I’m planning on moving overseas for work later in the year so looking to move somewhere for approx 6 months :)
29. Working as a full time Marketing Specialist in the automotive industry. I like to spend time at the gym or at Kmart.... seriously. Enjoys a quiet dinner and wine. I love cars and find myself driving a fair bit. Seeking a house ideally with one other person. Driveway or garage would be a bonus. Extra points if you have a dog. Sorry for short profile.
We are respectful, tidy and easy going. I (Aimee) work full-time managing a gym, in my spare time I go for walks with friends, to the gym or for brunch, Kev works full-time as an antenna technician, in his free time he likes to go to the gym, to the beach and play his PlayStation. We love to travel and have lived O/S. We are looking for a modern rental property with one or two other people who are easy going, respectful and tidy. We are not a couple that is attached at the hip, we do our own thing but also enjoy quiet nights in watching movies (happy to do so in our own room). If we sound like the right housemates for you, let us know :) Aimee and Kev
Im Madi, I have recently graduated from VCE and am beginning uni later this year. I work almost full time at Maroondah Vet Clinic as a nurse and absolutely adore animals. I am very easy going and but like to be organised. I am very reliable and respectful of other peoples privacy and space. I am looking for a semi permanent home (how long for is unknown) with anyone who considers me a viable flatmate. I am more than happy to either stick to my own devices but would like to feel as though i am in a home environment, meaning sharing a meal or having a chat over a cup of tea occasionally.
Hey everyone! I'm a French girl who's just moved back to Melbourne. Though I'm on a working holiday visa, I don't plan on going interstate: Melbourne is my one and only Australian home. That's why I'm looking for a nice long-term stay. I don't have much criteria: It needs to be a walkable distance from a train station on the Belgrave or Lilydale line, as I don't own a car, and I want my boyfriend to come over a few times. I don't want to share my room as I love my privacy, but I really don't mind if we share a bathroom. For the moment, I am unemployed, but my parents will support me until I have a decent wage, so you won't have to worry, I'll always pay my rent on time! I'm trying to find a job as a translator. I'm quite shy and love some time alone, however I'll always appreciate a nice convo about anything, around a drink or a nice dinner if you want to. I'm not only looking for homies, but also for friends. I'm passionate about languages, linguistics and traveling, love literature, movies and TV shows and can never say no to a footy or rugby game. I love cooking, and most importantly eating. Cats are my favourite creatures in the whole wide world.
Hey! I'm Steph. I am looking for something close to the train line between Box Hill and Ringwood. I work full time, standard hours in health and would be looking to move with other working professionals. I am a bit of a social butterfly but I am respectful of the need for everyone to have their own space. I am unfortunately allergic to cats :(
Hey there! I’m just looking for people who are interested in sharing an easygoing and considerate house. Not after a party house, but a social house is good. I’m clean and tidy and will respect your privacy and get things done when they need doing and I expect the same from my housemates. Prefer people similar to my age and males or females but no couples, sorry! I study and work in engineering. My interests include music, photography and sport. On the weekends I play basketball and catch up with friends and family. I have a washing machine, TV and plants as well as a few kitchen things that I can bring along. Message me if interested or you have any questions. :)
- The room includes a single bed, large built-in wardrobe, study tables, a fan and a heater. - The house has ducted air conditioning and heater. - Dish washing detergent are provided. - Walking distance to Ringwood Train Station, Eastland Shopping Centre, Chemist Warehouse, Office work, Costco, Aldi, Bunnings and Asian Grocery. - Rent is including only Unlimited Internet. - No party and no smoking inside the house.
Hi, I’m Emily, currently working full time hours, across 2 jobs (including Saturdays and Sundays). I am returning to full time study in November, and looking for a place which provides stability, and where I am able to set up a small study space for myself. I love animals, so pets are not an issue for me! consider myself easy to get along with and enjoy Netflix and movie nights as much as I enjoy going out for a few drinks & dinner where I can! I am looking to move in with someone who is happy to have a chat and wind down after work, but who also understands I need my own personal space. I have been living out of home since January this year, so have a good grasp of Rent, Bills and looking after myself. I will be looking for a move date of around January/February next year!
Hi there! My name is Lindel, and I am looking for a long term room /studio/flat/granny flat rental in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Health Sciences at Deakin. At home, I am clean, friendly, and keep to myself a fair bit, I can strike up conversation, but I know when to give my flatmates their space. I love to cook and study, among other things. I also pay my rent on time, and am willing to pitch in with my bit for the house to run smoothly!
