Hi there :) I'm told I'm the best flatmate ever ;) haha just being honest! I'm very friendly and easy to get along with. I thought I was happy where I am, I've been here about a month and the landlord is very controlling and a drama queen, so I'm looking again! Feel free to drill me with questions, it's hard finding a compatible flatmate I know :) I would prefer to live with females, but have lived with males no problems, when they obviously don't have a secret desire for a girlfriend or some 'female company' or feel they have to father me in some way. I lived with one guy who was like a brother to me and we got on really well. Older females I don't seem to live well with, as they feel they know better than me and are always telling me what to do with my life and (as I'm experiencing again) are very controlling around the house- and they wonder why they are still single? So if you are easy going and leave me to be who I am and have my own mind and opinions- I have made friends with a lot of my flatmates and we are still friends. Happy hunting! :)
Work 40-50 hour weeks as a panel beating apprentice, educated and careful of others belongings. Love to play games on my downtime and enjoy my sports on weekends, Cricket when its in season and golf most Sundays when i get a chance. Always for home improvement and have a general standard of upkeep and tidiness with anything i own or use.
My name is Shannan. I’m 19 in mid-June and have been living out of home for almost a year. I’m currently living with a friend's family but I’m looking for a little more independence. My family lives in the Dandenong Ranges so I moved down to Warrandyte as it is very difficult to secure full-time employment up there. I keep in touch with the family regularly and miss my little 2.5 yo old brother loads! Sometimes I go up and spend the night there depending on my rostered shifts. I have a part-time job as a barista with a large chain of well-known cafes and intend to get a second job when I settle in somewhere. I generally find it very easy to find work in the hospitality industry and should have a second job within a couple of weeks of moving in. In the mean time, I have some savings and am happy to pay a months rent in advance for my new housemates peace of mind (in addition to a bond) ;-) I’m very friendly, outgoing, sociable and love meeting new people. I’m up always up for a good laugh/joke around and have a cheeky sense of humour. I try to be thoughtful of others and respect people’s belongings and space. I'm clean and tidy and more than happy to help out around the home. I care a lot about my friends and would give someone my last dollar if they needed it. I also love a good movie/tv series marathon, gatherings with friends, shopping, and going out for coffee, a drink, to see a band or nightclubbing. That said, I am not a huge party animal and won't be coming in and out of the house at all hours swaying and telling you I love you or anything ;-) Although I currently don’t own any pets, I love animals of all sorts and used to own/live with some lizards and dogs when I was at my mum’s place. Then there are are all the wild animals that live on the property - Cockatoos, Kookaburras, king parrots, lorikeets, deer, wombats and wallabies :-) I don’t yet own a car - I’m still working toward achieving my 120 hours (almost there) so I’ll be missioning it everywhere on PT for the time being.
I'm Chloe, I work full time as a receptionist and also studying part time. I like to keep busy between work, study, gym and seeing friends. I like to keep to myself but also enjoy a chat over a glass of wine. I am clean and respectful and am looking to live with someone similar :)
I am a graduate nurse, clean, very respectful of others and myself. I am friendly easy going and looking to share with people of the same attributes. I enjoy social activities like football; i read a lot of medical/health literature.
This 2 bedroom townhouse is only 10min walking from Heathmont station and 1min walking to the bus stop. Hi, I'm Dom, Filo background, friendly and I am looking for a share accommodation with someone who shares my interests and vision. I am in my late 30's, easygoing, professional, working towards my PhD in Physics and working full-time. I love reading and playing tennis in my spare time. I am looking for a housemate who is trustworthy and intelligent enough to hold a conversation. My party days are over but a glass of wine and dinner from time to time is fine. I am not so much into the logical and philosophical correctness of things though a person with a sound perspective sounds interesting. If you have that place in mind, give me a buzz. I would like to live with someone who is honest, educated and knows personal boundaries.
I have previous experience living in a share house and I tidy up after myself. I work six nights a week at a Chinese restaurant with Tuesday being my day off. Mostly keep to myself as I like to read and write but always down to chill with a coffee/beer and a movie. I'm a recording musician so hopefully looking for somewhere that will be okay with other musical people coming around occasionally to record.
I'm very neat and tidy, I'm easy to get along with and I pay rent and bills on time ☺ I work full time as a painter and decorator. Enjoy a few drinks on weekends and watching a game of footy. I'm very easy to get along with, any questions feel free to ask!
I am a graduate Civil Engineering student starting my full time career with a local consultant agency, I will be relocating from rural Victoria (Shepparton) to live in and around the Ringwood area. I am a quiet person who mostly keeps to themselves but; upon finding the right individual or persons I can be quite friendly and sociable, in my spare time I socialise with my high school mates online and like any opportunity to chill out and play some games and have a drink with my mates. I am a non smoker/user I like to keep a tidy and presentable home/sleeping space, I do not currently visit a gym but given the chance I would like to begin to improve myself. I have previously rented in Footscray during my uni years and have had an excellent relationship with my previous agency. I hope to find myself a home in which I can begin my new life.
Hay guys I have a sweet room for rent my my cutie pie cottage centrally located in Heathmont/Ringwood East.. On top of your own bedroom, there is also a second room that's all yours... It's more of an office size but you can make it your own... It's walking distance to everything: Shops, train, parks and Auqanation.. plus Eastlink only 5mins drive away... Although it's only 2 Bedrooms + office - the house is pretty spacious and has an amazing Garden if you feel like whipping out your umbrella and chilling in the lush and wet Greenery.. But seriously in summer it's amazing!! The kitchens got that early 1980's vibe if you feel like baking up a storm and sharing with me! We also have amazing parsley, Rosemary and mint growing wild in the garden.. The bathroom is modern and renovated with room in the shower for an extra person if that's your jam? Plus there is also a second toliet. We have central heating to keep you warm and toasty... Plus a wood fireplace Need I say more!
I am reliable, fun, organised, love fitness and although I'm currently unemployed I umpire football so I do earn roughly $600 a month during the season. I play league of legends, im studying Archaeology and Ancient history, I love to read books and play guitar.
hi , my name is Denise i'm a 46 year old woman looking for a safe, friendly place to live, somewhere i have my own space, own bathroom and a place my kids can come and stay every second weekend (they are 13 and 11, friendly, happy , well behaved kids) . I'm friendly, honest and work .
Just moved from Brissie to accept a job offer in Victoria, looking for a nice quiet place (room with bath&toilet ensuite) to stay after a long day at work, cheers
I'm a fairly easy going and easy to get along with guy, love socializing and meeting new people as well as spending quality time with old mates. Cooking, playing video games, piano and singing are some of my favorite things to do in my free time. I work as a cook and study professional and creative writing at Deakin Uni in Burwood, so that occupies most of my average week. I don't spend a lot of time home and when I am home I usually retreat into my room for some me time, but am always up for a chat and some drinks if the company's good :) If you reckon we'd get along and you'd like to meet and discuss a free room, I'd be more than happy to organize something, just shoot me a message and we'll go from there!
Hi, I'm a born again Christian (but I'm DEFINITELY not into in your face Bible bashing!). I need to move around 24-30th June 2017 when my current lease runs out. I'm working full time on a casual basis and can afford approx 160-180.00 a week rent. $60.00 approx a week for utlities. I have a healthy respect for other people, their boundaries and their belongings and I would like to be treated in the same way, unlike my current situation. I enjoy a friendly chat over a nice cup of coffee but there are times I pretty much keep to myself. I am clean, tidy, can pick up after myself, responsible with the rent and bills being paid on time. I'm happy to do my fair share of cleaning when it comes to keep living quarters and common areas clean and I expect whoever I share with to do the same. I'm not into wild parties/drinking sessions. Would rather curl up on the couch with a good video and good friends. I've also set up house before so quite happy to share my appliances etc or if there is a place with extra storage out the back (that doesn't leak) that would be ok to utilize, I'd be happy with that too. I have my own bedroom furniture, so would be looking at an unfurnished room Also I would rather talk problems out rather than have screaming matches or sulking or the silent treatment. Would also be looking to team up with another lady/ladies of the same faith.
I'm introverted. I more or less will keep to myself in my own room. I'm respectful, tidy, quiet and honest. I have proof I can pay. I can even pay a couple months rent in advance. I just need to find a place by Wednesday next week.
I am extremely easy going and sociable and I also have like a total of 2 friends so you wont have to put up with annoying 18 year olds girls (aside from myself). I find cleaning therapeutic and often use it as a way to procrastinate (so the house will ALWAYS be clean). I enjoy going out however I hardly ever have time due to the fact that I am currently studying full time and working part-time (so you will never be woken up to me coming home at 4:00 am drunk!). Lastly, I love to cook and make a mean spag bol!
I'm quiet, clean, away most weekends and work nightshift, after work I either hang out at the gym or pools then cook dinner then kick back for some Tv time b4 sleep,i do have a little Pom x that's is fully housetrained quiet and loves a pat
