One more room still available This house has a a lot of character, a big balcony out the front with a view so it’s great for entertaining guests. Big back yard with storage under the house if needed. It’s a 5 min drive from the valley, Royal Brisbane hospital and uni just around the corner with walking/bike paths everywhere so essential for active people, uni students or party goers that are looking to save bulk on transport costs. The lounge room has aircon but is rarely needed cause of the great breeze and fans. The house is fully decked out with washing machine, fridge, kitchen appliences, utensils etc so all you’ll need is whatever you want in your room plus I have a bit of a green thumb so expect some plants around the place. I have a big tv and couch, Netflix, unlimited data and wifi all included in rent.
Hi guys! I’m Sophie. I’m in the process of moving back to Brisbane from Melbourne and am looking for a room in a share house. I am clean, friendly and relaxed and always happy to contribute to general house care. I will be staring a dietetics degree in Feb next year but until then will be working full time. Looking for something more long term but am happy to start with a few months and see how it goes. I love health, science, outdoorsy stuff and rock climbing. Have been known to bake communal cookies on occasion. If there is anything else, please ask away. Move in dates are flexible as my parents live in the area and I have a sofa to crash on if needed.
Hi! I'm looking for accommodation around Brisbane City as my lease ends 25th september (I check this about once a week so feel free to text or call me) I have good rental history and am a social/respectful flatmate! At home I love cooking, reading, watching netflix and napping In my spare time I like going to markets, swimming, going for a cold one and visiting my family in noosa. I also have a small, desexed female cat, shes 7 years old and a sleepy little thing.
I have recently gotten back from a few months away and am looking to find a place close to the city. I am 24 and work full time in property. I'm looking for housemates who enjoy their alone time but also don't mind a chat or a social drink every so often. I work long hours and travel a fair bit so am rarely home. Preferably would like to live with all women but am flexible.
I am a product designer that works full-time Toowong. I am friendly, reliable, tidy and laidback. Im out often on weekends to visit partner and family in sunny coast or gold coast. I'd like to share a place close to the city, with friendly people. I am clean, tidy and social, but at the same time respect others people's space. I have been renting for the last 10 year's (sometimes with friends, sometimes by myself) and haven't had issues with getting bond back or paying rent/bills on time. I'm hoping to find a bigger place as I have furniture and fridge etc. I am happy to share it or if needed, I can put some stuff in storage. It would be awesome to live with working professionals, and I'm open to skyping or catching up with potential roommates for a coffee.
Hi :) I'm Melanie and I'm working/studying at QUT. I like to do sports and go for a hike or to the beach at the weekend. All in all I'm easy-going and a friendly person. I'm happy to have chat, dinner or a drink together, but also enjoy to be mmb myself and respect others privacy. A clean house is also important to me. I'm looking for a furnished room (or at least with a bed, mattress and a closet) in walking distance (up to 2 km) around Kelvin Grove, e.g. Kelvin Grove, Red Hill, Paddington, Spring Hill, .... That would be great.
Hi :) I am a healthcare professional working full time. I spent most my spare time mountain biking. I like to keep my space tidy and am respectful of others privacy. I am pretty quiet but don’t mind the odd chat. Look forward to hearing from future housemates.
G'day!! My name is Alan Erbe, Brazilian, born in 1996 and I'll be living in Brisbane from July on. I'll have my studies in Kangaroo Point and will be working about 20 hours/week. In 2018 I lived in Berlin, Germany, where I also had a great experience abroad and living with people from all over the world. About me, I speak Portuguese as native language, and English, Spanish, German as foreigners languages. Moreover, I have a degree in foreign trade and work as trader for a company in my free time. A room not far from Kangaroo Point fits me. I wish to have a single room, on the other hand bathroom can be shared. I really enjoy to play/watch sports, drink some beer, cook or hang out with my friends/housemates! Economics, politics, culturals aspects and food are always great topics. Having housemates at 20's would be interesting. P.S: My budget about AUD190/week is ALL IN (flexible). Obrigado!
My name is Laura, I’m 29 years old and I’m Spanish. I’m a calm, clean and orderly person. I’m looking for a private room where I feel comfortable and can share moments with my flatmates.
Hello I am Hitesh, will be joining as a PhD student at QUT. I will prefer to stay near the University campus (QIMR Berghofer). I am looking for a accommodation an urgent basis. Furnished flat with private bedroom will be preferred.
29 (fast approaching 30), Scottish female looking for a place to rent in Brissy for approx 4 months from 29th July. Tidy, friendly, easy going. Will most likely find work in a call centre so will be working a wide variety of shifts. Due to my work (i.e talking to people all day), I really do enjoy 'me' time when I get home but certainly sociable. Enjoy a glass of wine and Netflix, attending as many gigs as money will allow and going on long walks. Looking for a chilled, peaceful environment. My party days are long behind me! My budget is $200 per week although negotiable if it's in the right location.
Hi, I’m a very house proud, clean, private person with an excellent rental history, looking for sole use property only. Too old for sharing 😏 I have a new 3 month contract in Kedron (which is likely to be extended) and looking for something in the area from Nundah to Bald Hills up to Brighton and across to Mitchelton and Albany Creek (within about a 15 min drive to Kedron). I would prefer basic furniture i.e. bed, fridge, lounge, or fully furnished. I would preferably like to have somewhere where I can park my car off street. If your property doesn’t meet the above exactly, that’s not a deal breaker, I’m just looking for somewhere safe, secure and quiet. Please feel most welcome to contact me if you’d like to know more. Kindest regards Pauline
