My name is Clara, a girl from Hong Kong and a future nursing student at QUT starting from February for two years. I am passionate about travelling and have been to many countries in the world. I have spent a year living in France and two years in Australia previously, I love discovering new things and learning new challenges. I may sound adventurous but I am a quiet person who is also willing to share the joy of life. I am a very respectful and clean person. I prefer keeping living area clean and making it pleasant to live. I am looking for a private room furnished with a bed, a study desk, a chair and wardrobe for myself in a clean and tidy apartment or house, hopefully it is not too far away from my campus (maximum 30 minutes by bus) as I do not have a car. I will also need a lot of quiet space for my study, no party house please. I have a strong faith in Christianity, my living lifestyle is very healthy and I do not like parties and drinking. I am currently not in Australia and will check the room in mid- February.
I'm looking for a place to live during my first year at QUT; I'm studying a Bachelor of Journalism at Kelvin Grove. I'm currently working at Woolworths, which will continue throughout university. I’m a quiet and easy-going guy, known for being very clean and organised with my room and workspace. I’m also very responsible with my weekly earnings, which is a necessity for university life. I hope to hear from you; please don't hesitate to get in touch. 😊
I'm a 26yo Czech living in Amsterdam, moving to Brisbane to do full-time studies in Psychotherapy. I have already shared a living several times, so I know to be mindful and considerate about a personal space, but I'm still friendly and easy going. I enjoy casual socializing and chats, or occasional gatherings at home, but not much of a party animal any more, and will definitely appreciate to have some privacy to study and chill on my own, too (thus looking for a single room + own/ensuite bathroom). I like travelling, volleyball, everyday workouts (no fitness freak, though), pizza&wine sessions, and animals - if there was a dog or a cat in the house I wouldn't mind :) If you're like-minded and think we could work out as flatmates, leave me a message :) Cheers!
All my friends are now married, so I'm seeking to share a unit/townhouse with one other person. Preferably two bathrooms and a carpark (although a place with ample street parking is also fine) - these are not a prerequisite however. Looking anywhere Brisbane Inner North (I have listed many example suburb options but not further North than Chermside). Looking to move now, as I have had to extend my lease a further two weeks to Feb 1st. I work at Eagle Farm so closer to there is ideal. I have all the gear required to setup a place (indoor/outdoor furniture, TV, kitchen stuff etc etc), so if you have a place for rent that is already kitted out (or nowhere for me to store) chances are it might be tough for us to manage. Unfortunately it seems many of the rooms listed for rent are also already kitted out. I have storage options available for some of my items but not all, so perhaps something could be negotiated there. Happy to meet up this week to discuss teamup possibilities and gauge suitability. My work is understanding with me needing to find a place to rent so anytime can be arranged. I work as a logistics manager for an IT company have just completed two degrees (Diploma of Graphic Design / Bachelor of Communication Design) in the past 2.5 years. Weekends I like to go to the beach / hiking / visiting friends. I would like to find someone who is open to the possibility doing a bit of meal sharing because I enjoy cooking for others more than myself and I appreciate that communal aspect of it. I like to have a couple of hours later in the weeknight evenings to myself to work on projects / wind down. Flexible with leasing options but would rather something 6months+ Cheers!
Easy going and sociable. Interested in other people and trying new things. Currently working at CSIRO and also testing out some ideas with some friends on the side. Have been living in Sydney last 7 months, originally from Canberra. In my leisure time like to exercise, follow/play soccer, listen to music, read and socialise with others in the Sydney tech scene.
Hello! I am goofy 26 y.o gay professional working in Medical Imaging. Looking for a place to call home with some wonderful peeps! My current roommate has sadly moved OS to live and I have opted to not continue my current lease (which ends on the 6th of March) for a bit of a change. I am super easy going, clean ( but not OCD) and considerate. Would love to share a couple of beverages/ meals, go for a hike or hit up the movies with the roomies. I like getting out and about, dabbling in crafts, hiking and keeping active. I do have to travel a bit between the GC + Sunshine coast for work, so I do have to be up and at 'em early fairly often. I am looking for an unfurnished room+ I do have a couple of other pieces of furniture ( fridge, chairs TV etc) that I can bring along with me. Please don't be afraid to ask any questions and I am happy to meet up for a coffee/drink. Cheers, Todd
I'm a design student at QUT who is looking for an awesome modern and clean bedroom/ensuite. I am fairly active and semi extrovert/introvert - I'm up for a chat if you are. I am looking for a place from February onwards. I am very clean and do my part to clean up as well. I enjoy my privacy and a good amount of space. Would love to live in a place that is neat and tidy. I have a 4 month old kitten which is furball of love which I will keep in my room (unless you want her outside!!). I am very responsible and an excellent housemate ! Don't mind teaming up with another female/couple .
I work for Uber in the Valley so ideally would like to live somewhere central. I like music, live gigs, reading, cooking, gardening, cats & dogs, board games and dad jokes! I don't mind the occasional drink and am social, friendly, honest, tidy/clean, reliable and respectful. I like to think I'm pretty easy going to live with!
CALL TO VIEW THIS WEEK; PERSONS FROM OVERSEAS ARE VERY WELCOME. Hi all, Available is a bedroom on the shady east side of the house in a renovated Queenslander which is quite a beautiful home. The room is $190pw for a single (or $240pw for a couple), paid monthly. Services are included. Couples or singles from overseas are most welcome as I have always found people from OS to be excellent in a house share. The home is ideal for RBWH staff being just a 400 metre walk, City workers- just 2kms from the CBD, and for QUT students- a short bike ride to campus. There is also a bus station at the hospital. The vacant upstairs bedroom will fit a queen size bed, has a wardrobe, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. The house built in 1930 is beautifully renovated, on two levels in Butterfield Street on the park side; the living areas are open and easy to live in. The living rooms feature varnished hoop pine floors and are attractively furnished in keeping with the home. The beautiful bathroom is big, features a smart full-size enamel bath, and a large shower (ensuite in occupied bedroom). A huge open air back verandah has an 8 seat dining suite perfect for dinner parties and overlooks a relaxing park-like lawn shaded by trees, and there is always a cool breeze. The kitchen is big; the laundry has an 8 kilo washer. Weekly cleaning of living areas, including kitchen and bathroom, is shared. A large friendly dog is resident (dog park 150 metres away). Happy, dependable, employed people or student person/s wanted; bond and references. Probably most ideal for people from their 20s to late 30s seeking a quiet household, aren't too serious and are relaxed and friendly. Please email or text to view. Cheers, John.
I'm from Victoria and coming up to the sunnier state to continue my Bachelor degree as a full-time student. I will also be working whenever I can. I'm tidy, respectful and reliable. More than happy to have a chat over a drink or cuppa, but also understand people need their space too. I love sport, music, hiking, swimming, cooking, dancing, gaming (board games too), reading, karaoke, 8-ball... Pretty much most things, and willing to give something new a go. My rent budget includes bills and my move in date for now is around the 18-19th of February. PM, SMS or call me anytime :)
I am a 22 year old female and will be commencing study at QUT. I love the outdoors and trying new things. Not much in to partying but love small gatherings and having a good time. I like a tidy space and will ensure I accommodate the needs of my housemates.
Hi my name is Lisa! I recently just graduated from uni and i'm working part-time for a Marketing company and part-time as a sales consultant. I am looking for flatmates who are like minded like myself. I am very easy going, friendly and I enjoy a bit of a chat now and then. I enjoy keeping fit by playing tennis, cooking and having a social glass of wine with friends. I am great to live with because I am an organised, clean and a respectable person who gets along with most people. Feel free to send me a message :-)
Hey! I'm Harry, a recent graduate working full time for the state government. Born in Brisbane, just moving out of a 1 year lease share apartment and looking to upgrade. Overall, I would consider myself social and easy to talk to but still introspective and definitely in need of my own space some of the time. As a housemate I think of myself as communicative and friendly, I'm not a cleaning nut but like to live tidily and hope that you do too to some degree. Don't have any pets but would be more than happy to move into a place that has some. I love music a lot and love talking about it. I also like art and reading books and I just gained an interest in gardening! If I can find people with similar interests and values, I'll be happy!
"You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with" Jim Rohn. So, I'm looking to live with like-minded legends. - Mature, self-aware, respectful & ego-free communication (no issues with noise, mess, negative drama, etc) - Healthy lifestyle and nutrition - Can be found in the ocean or mountains at any opportunity - Goal-orientated. Never bored. Growth and contribution mindset (non-fiction literature, nutrition & training, psychology & philosophy, social sciences, technology, Brazilian jiu jitsu, acroyoga, meditation, languages, vagabonding, etc) - Independent thinker, not a sheep. Prefer almost no commercial TV. (intentional entertainment is sweet, but 24/7 ads and lowest-common-denominator shows polluting our castle aint so sweet). As Josh Waitzkin says, "I cultivate empty space as a way of life for the creative process".
Hi everybody! I'm a friendly Italian girl, already used to live with other people. I'm tidy, clean and respectful of the others. I'm about to start a Tafe course in Grovely and I need an accommodation for the next 2 years. If you live near Brisbane and are looking for a flatmate, please, don't hesitate to contact me!

Hi there, I am a 22 year old female (turning 23). I have completed all my studies and now working full time in teaching (primary). I am respectful, clean and easy going. Love the occasional wine and socialise but also like my downtime as well. I live what I like to think an active and healthy lifestyle. I am looking for like minded people. Ideally, I'm looking at places that are more on the modern/newer side and my own bathroom. My current lease is due to run out on March 16th but may find someone to fill my current room earlier. If you think I'll be interested in your listing or would like to team up, please feel free to contact me. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you. Annie

We are two young female students who are looking for a friendly, clean, and considerate housemate / couple. Studying at UQ and QUT we are looking for places to live on the inner north side of Brisbane - preferably a house or a spacious unit / townhouse w/ its own privacy. We like to socialise and would want to have small gatherings every now and then, however we also respect each others space and privacy. Must be open to tasting my (great!) cooking, love a laugh and overall enjoy positive vibes. Ideally we are looking for a third person to join us so we can live in a 3 bedroom house. We both love animals so we are open if you have a cat/small dog! ****$180 max EACH*****

Hi guys, I am a 31 year old male who is relocating to Brisbane to undertake a Masters degree at QUT. I live a healthy and active lifestyle, very clean, friendly, and respectful of others. I am easy to get along with and enjoy a good friendly conversation with housemates whilst also respecting space and privacy. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker (one or two socially on occasions at most). Ideally i am searching for somewhere to live with friendly, mature and respectful people and am not looking for a "party house" or anything alike. So if you have a place and feel like you could use a fun, friendly, and respectful guy to join your house family then please get in contact with me.
