Hi all, We'd love to have two special people join the Carlton st family. You'll be living in the lovely suburb of Highgate, a 10 minute drive into the city but with the illusion of living somewhere far more secluded. The Arkaba centre is a short walk away for all your grocery needs, as well as the award winning Frewville Foodland. There is a go zone to the city on Fullerton road and Duthy street, which are both short walks from the house. The house is huge, with four bedrooms and comes with everything expected and a few things extra such as a makeup room which we all share and a massive sunroom which is an awesome place to chill, study and a great party space. Sadly we are unable to add any animals to our home as we already have a fish and a dog. There are two rooms available both approx 3x3 meters. One has with an easterly facing window for beautiful sunlight almost all day long and there other has a northerly window which looks out onto a lush wall of ivy. We are looking for new house mates to move in the beginning of November but we are pretty flexible here at Carlton street. As there are two rooms available although they are pretty similar its first in best dressed i.e. who ever can get there stuff in first and claim a room gets it ;) The house is already furnished, aside form your rooms. Utilities and internet are not included in rent. Bond is actually 6 weeks of rent and comes to $720
Hi, I am a 21 year old uni student. I study part time and play soccer, so I'm generally pretty busy! I love to socialise and hang out with friends, but I'm also very independent. I'm clean, organised and tidy. I am looking for a clean, comfortable place to live with friendly but not too loud housemates. I am currently living in a sharehouse but want somewhere a little quieter and with less people (ideally 3 people in the house). Would love to hear from you!
Mature online nursing student bar tender who is tidy, respectful, easy going lady back non smoker that is considerate of others privacy, space and feelings who chips in around the house where needed; into playing or watching sport live or on TV, night in of movies with a glass of wine, keeping fit and lives a considerably health lifestyle (out of choice) that is down for having a chat where time permits with my house mates.

Willing to rent out both rooms so you have your own living space as well for $220 per week. The house is well presented with great lawn areas at the front an rear. The bedrooms are large at around 4mx4m and could also have room for your own desk. The area has a bus stop a few hundred metres away into town and is only around 6km from the CBD. There are also great parks and reserves nearby to explore. Depending on which room you take, there is a wall air con in one of the rooms and the other has a ceiling fan. The internet is also super fast at around 50MB/s! Internet will be included for free.
Our home is in a quiet suburban street in Fullarton with friendly neighbours, close to the city and Adelaide University's Waite College. There is a bike lane close by and it's only a 30 min walk to the CBD fringe. The 171 bus stop (3 min) to the city as well as two large supermarkets are both in close walking distance. There are also cafe's and bakeries around the corner. Our's is a typical Adelaide stone home, it is air-conditioned, clean, and has high ceilings and big rooms. It's recently been redecorated and has a big established kitchen for everyone to use. We like to cook together if time permits. The kitchen has most appliances, including dishwasher, stovetop and coffee maker. There is a comfortable living area, entrance room, and a large bathroom with a separate laundry and w/c. Big, green front and rear gardens, BBQ. Your bedroom (at least 16sqm) is fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and plenty of light. You will have three housemates: a female student (25), a female student (22) and myself: a friendly, older Australian male. We have a spare bicycle to help you get about. Services and internet is $45/ week. We are looking for a friendly, honest housemate who is non-smoker, no pets, willing to engage and share. We can provide references! Looking forward to hearing from you and meeting you soon!

Im graduate in gastronomy and wine businnes in Brazil. I love cooking , have a good time with friends, listening music, doing some sports. That`s it ;)
I am a native of this fine city. My job is to turn paper into happiness. I am great to live with because I am open-minded (but closed enough that my brain stays in), reliable, funny, modest, and I can cook. I'm not real picky about fun as long as it's fun.
Work full time in private wealth and risk management and completing my Masters in Feb; so study most weeknights and generally make little noise even when socialising. Clean, great at fixing things / handy, active, healthy eater (but a whisky and wine lover), cook a lot, gym daily, read a bit, and come with a ~9,000gb movie and series collection that makes Netflix look lame and an awesome coffee machine. Flexible on furnishings / appliances etc, happy to sell or store gear, but have almost everything. Keen to hang out a bit, not fussed if you want to keep to yourself. Happy to move as early as December. Listed suburbs are preferences, happy with anything within around 15 minutes drive of CBD. Share housed for about 6 years in total generally with 2 or more people.
Hi, My name is Alice. I'm a high school teacher and am looking for a room in a shared house. I am very tidy and clean and like to cook a meal each night for dinner. I am always happy to share my dinners with my housemates...they're not a masterchef creation but it is good, delicious and healthy food. I have a miniature schnauzer called Clark. He is only 1 but has completed 5 levels of obedience school. He does not lose any hair and spends the days outside whilst I'm at work. I bring him in each evening for a few hours before he goes outside to sleep. He is also looking for a place to call home and unfortunately he is a non-negotiable for me. Where I go, he comes. You would have the privilege of laughing at his little quirks and if you go for a walk, he's great company. I ride my road bike on weekends and a couple of times during the week before or after school. I really enjoy sports but play only socially. Alice
Hi I'm Lauren! I'm a clean, quiet non-smoker with a passion for gaming, reading fantasy, and binge watching a good series on Netflix! I work part time for Essentials 4 Women SA. I am a little introverted, but once I get to know someone I open up. I bring with me an extensive library of books, which I am happy to lend out, and a pretty nice collection of gaming consoles and games, which again I am happy for any housemates to borrow. I enjoy curling up for a movie and a quiet drink on the weekend. Originally from the Limestone Coast, I enjoy camping and swimming, and also knit, make chain maille jewellery, and occasionally sew (I'm good for turning up the hem on your pants). I am a cat lover, but my cat lives with my parents, and will not be joining us in Adelaide. As such, I am delighted to lavish love and attention on a housemate's cat, should they have one. I have great rental history, and can provide references from both former landlords and former housemates. Look forward to hearing from you!

Hey Y'all :) My name is Ella I am a bubbly and sociable person, finishing my degree @Flinders, being in my last 6 months I am looking for a nice place that I can make my own with nice quirky people who don't mind if I have people over (no parties just entertaining). I am currently working and staying over the summer break so this to me is "planting my roots" as I am originally from Darwin and have been living at Flinders Living for the past 3 years! I will be a graduating teacher so I can't go past a glass of red wine and the beach :) I love indie music and have a fair amount of artsy posters and fairy lights to make any drab room a home. I am looking for a furnished/ semi- furnished room, as long as there's a bed and a wardrobe I can make do with the rest!
I'm Ethan 25, studying horticulture at Urrbrae tafe. I also work in the city a part time doing construction work at the Calvary hospital. I have a relaxed and kind personality and have lived in share houses in the past and have enjoyed getting to know people and their varying interests I've work well with people in the in maintaining doing the household chores. I enjoy a balance between socializing and solitude. My interests are Gymnastics, hiking/climbing/reading and generally keeping active, and am avid gardener and plant lover I grow/sell plants in my spare time and I hope to be able to continue my hobby in a new place
I'll start with the difficulties first I need room for a car and 2 motor bikes. I have a digital piano. I'd prefer to find a place with a shed I can use for keeping my vehicles undercover. I have a stable full time job in Urrbrae. So the the plan is to find a place and stay for the foreseeable future. I'm clean and tidy, independant but happy to share the workload of running a place this includes sharing the cooking and shopping. I tend to make lots of meals at once and put them in the freezer. I'm quite social. I spend a lot of time out and about or at work. I love hiking or walks in general. I want to be friends with my housemates and would prefer similar age range; give or take 3 years. I do not have a deadline to move but keen to move asap.
Hi my name's Afruza and I'm a full time student at Scotch College in Torrens Park. I work part time as a maths tutor at a Kumon centre and I also volunteer at Oxfam on the weekends. When I'm not working/studying I like to keep physically fit at the gym or in local hiking trails. I'm a pretty relaxed and flexible person but I like to keep myself busy and stay in a routine. Currently boarding at a friend's place but need to find somewhere to stay before they go overseas! I'm easygoing and get along with most people and hope to meet new people and make some friends on the way. My budget is around $150 a week, preferably with utilities and a private furnished room. North eastern to inner western would be ideal. :)
I'm quiet and meticulously clean, I don't smoke or drink and generally keep to myself. I have a small unusual cat. I'm known for my outstanding cullinary skills with a passion for food and if im not out attending to my daily duties or busy studying you will hardly notice im home at all.
A beautiful and spacious 3-bedroom house in a quiet but convenient (to public transport) street of Parkside. The house has floorboards (carpet in 2 main bedrooms), two outside entertaining areas, a big back garden (including vegetable garden and artist studio), air-conditioning/heating and feels like a proper home.
Hey I'm Kieren, I'm a really friendly guy I find it easy to get along with pretty much anyone. I'm a non smoker, clean and fairly active playing casual sport regularly. I'm a little artistic, enjoying writing music and playing it along with drawing. I'm fairly social and would enjoy hanging out with my roomies but also understand privacy and personal space so won't be too overboard.
I am a registered nurse working full time and about to start my grad year in Feb. I am vivacious and love a laugh. I live an active lifestyle and regularly have mini getaways (so won't be home much when I have days off). I do enjoy a wine but live a quiet life due to shift work. I love to cook and can get stuck into cleaning. Ideally I would love to live with other nurses or people that work shift work but it is not a necessity. Im ok with pets if they are well behaved 😊 and need a place with good public transport.
