You'll be living in the lovely suburb of Highgate, a 10 minute drive into the city but with the illusion of living somewhere far more secluded. The Arkaba shopping centre is a short walk away for all your grocery needs, as well as the award winning Frewville Foodland. There is a go zone to the city on Fullarton Road and DuthySstreet, which are both short walks from the house. There is also a bus that takes you straight to Flinders University, super close to the house which is really convenient for any Flinders students. The house is huge, with four bedrooms and comes with everything expected and a few things extra, such as a makeup room which we all share and a massive sunroom which is an awesome place to chill and study. We have a cleaning roster to take care if basic cleaning tasks and share the remainder of household responsibilities. Sadly we are unable to add any animals to our home as we already have two big dogs. The room available is approx 3x5 meters with an easterly facing window for beautiful sunlight almost all day long. We are looking for our new house mate to move in by October 2nd. The house is already furnished, and your room is available furnished or unfurnished. We are looking for a housemate (or a couple) to move into an amazing house in Malvern. The house and backyard are great for entertaining or simply to relax on a blanket under the trees and read a book all afternoon.
