Hey all we have a room to rent in Salisbury North, for $160 per week it's a 3 bedroom home myself and my partner kylie is looking for a female who's honest and a quiet person, that's clean and friendly to all housemates. we are looking for that great person. Our place is located close to, salisbury north football club a bus goes straight past the front of our house to the interchange... We are preferably looking for someone between the ages of 21-35.we also have a security gate at the front of our home so the house is well protected. We both work Monday to Friday. So someone that works is preferred. We do all like a social chat often but we are very busy people. Parking is on the side of the house but it's very safe as it's on a corner block. We also have a spare room for guests please ask in advance if you have people over as it's just being polite. We have a 14month old labradoor X Retrever, who lives out side and loves people very friendly dog he is our world. We also have a baby turtle in our living room. Sorry no pets as of this reason, and we look after these pets and require no help with that unless we ask you to help eg if we are going away! .ps we are quite happy to furnish room, or you can bring your own stuff..

The room for rent is the MASTER bedroom, it is fully furnished with a WALK-IN (!) wardrobe and locking doors. One door opens to the main bathroom and the other to the hallway. The windows have security screens which can be raised and lowered with a remote control. The room also contains a study desk, lamp, chair and TV as well as heating and cooling. The house has high speed premium NBN internet as well as Foxtel in the lounge room the bills for both are included in the rent. The kitchen is modern and there is plenty of space for anything the tenant would like to store in the fridge and pantry. There is also an outdoor sitting area and a small yard with a mandarin tree. There is free on-street parking and the nearest bus stop is a 2-3-minute walk away. It can take tenants directly to Tea Tree Plaza and from there, there is a direct bus to the city on the O-Bahn. The nearest supermarket is about 5-6 minutes away on foot. The bills for water, gas and electricity will be divided evenly. Natasha and I are both studying and are searching for another student to live with us. We are friendly and always keep the house tidy. Ideal tenants would clean up after themselves and be respectful of the home and everyone living there.

The shops is close by its only 15 min walk from the house. Mark is a very good landlord, if you ever wanted assistance with anything he'll do it, all in all it has been great living here. There are a few shopping centers within 10-15 mins drive.*** The house environment is very peaceful and very comfortable to live in.
