$200/week•27 year old female
Hi, I’m a 27 year old Youth Worker looking to move into the Mount Gravatt area. My roster calls that I work day and over night shifts, so I’m not home all the time. I’m coming from Melbourne and arrive in Brisbane on the 9th March Maximum rent $200 pw I’m tidy, conscientious of others, friendly and mostly keep to myself, but certainly enjoy an occasional housemate dinner or lounge room chat. Hope to find a place where I feel comfortably at home, where I can slide into an established respectful housemate family or be part of establishing one. I’m a good person who’s easy to get along with and reliable. I’m also a new friend to your pets if you have any. I don’t use Facebook and signed up to be part of different social groups so don’t be alarmed by the lack of anything on my profile, would love to have a video chat and have a house tour. Looking forward to hearing from you

Hi everyone! My name is Shenee and I am looking for a private room to rent in a share house. I'm looking anywhere in the Sunnybank, Mount Gravatt, Nathan, Salisbury areas or anywhere in between - needs to be close to public transport for easy access to the city. I'm a clean, tidy person who mostly keeps to myself as I work weekdays 7-5 and also study at uni externally part time. My girlfriend does tend to stay with me a couple of nights a week, so I'm hoping to share with likeminded people who are ok with this :) I would like to move into a place with people I can become good friends with, and do things together outside of our busy lives. I am pretty laid back and easy going, and the only real essential for me is that there is garage/shed space so I can carry out maintenance on my car, I used to be a mechanic so this is important for me to keep myself busy - as a bonus, I can service your car if you need :)

I study at Griffith, Nathan campus. I prefer a bright bedroom with a study desk and a chair. I am having a hard time in my current room as the temperature is rising up and the window doesnt give much airflow. I hope that there is a room can answer my concerns or at least in a better way. I dont drink but I need to have a cup of coffee/tea. I enjoy reading books and watching. I hope to live along with respectful people that can follow the house rule in a positive manner. I would love to meet any kind of persons who could share stories but also live individually at the same time. Pls contact me.

Hi I’m Lisa and I have a 5 year old Minature Australian Bulldog named Bella. Bella is an accredited therapy dog (which means she is a qualified cuddler!). She has also performed on stage in musicals. In my spare time I love to perform in musicals too, which is where Bella got her love for the stage. She is an inside dog, and does shed hair, but I do my best to keep on top of it. She is fully toilet trained and doesn't really like to get dirty, so is very clean compared to most dogs. I am yet to meet someone who doesn't love her. I like to have the occasional cheese platter and wine night but also sometimes like to keep to myself and spend time in my room or out and about with Bella. I work full time in the disability sector and sometimes take Bella to work with me. I like having people over from time to time, but not parties that involve me having to clean up vomit. I love to chat and am super open and consider myself fairly easy to get along with. I do have a king size bed so would need a room large enough to accommodate this. Would prefer an ensuite. And Bella needs a small courtyard with some grass or bark at a minimum. Willing to sign a 12 month lease if we get along well and the place is right :) Please shoot me a message if you think Bella and I are the right housemates for you!

Hi! I'm Deon and I'm currently undertaking my 3rd year of Biomedical Science at Griffith University. Due to a misfortune change of plans myself and my friend are left scrambling for accommodation before the 22nd February at the latest. Looking for a place with two rooms available however, can settle for 1 room if need be. Ideally in the surrounding areas of Griffith University but could go further out depending on subjective taste. Both of us typically don't mind to have a few drinks and engage in sporting events however, with both of us being in the final year of University we feel we will be living a more quiet lifestyle.
