Hey future roomie/s! 👋

I'm looking for an ensuite room in a share house, or I'm happy to team up with someone to find a new place together. I have most household furnishings, so can definitely help set up a home or pop them in storage if not required.

I also have a 9yo beagle who will join me, he just requires a courtyard and a few pats/cuddles. So you’ll need to be a dog person! He is also fine with other dogs if you have a dog of your own that would enjoy the company. Dexter is outside whilst I’m out, and inside the rest of the time usually!

Location-wise, I'm pretty flexible. I'm open to both the southside and northside, as long as it's reasonably close to the city (easy public transport is a must!) and if possible a spare room to keep for friends or family visiting on occasion and an office.

I'm not in a rush to move, so I'm really focused on finding the right housemate and a home that's a good fit, rather than just the first place available.

A little about me:I'm 32 and work full-time in marketing (8-4), with three days working from home each week. Outside of work, you'll usually find me at Pilates, out running (currently training for the Sunny Coast Half Marathon), or catching up with friends. I also appreciate a quiet night in with TV and an early bed time.

At home, I'm social and always up for a chat, shared dinner or wine night, but I also really value personal space and downtime. I'm tidy, respectful, considerate, and like keeping a home that feels relaxed, comfortable and easy for everyone to live in.

I'm hoping to find housemate(s) with a similar mindset - people who are friendly, communicate openly, respect each other's space, and genuinely enjoy creating a positive home environment. I’m not after a party house - those days are well an truly behind me haha.
