I am a young 49 year old Neurodivergent woman, who collects vintage, retro and mid-century modern treasures, and indoor plants of every size and type. I value a comfy, cosy and clean home. I enjoy spending time decorating, gardening, and keeping spaces clean. I also love baking, sewing, puzzles and boardgames, and live music.

I need somewhere with outdoor space, as I have a very cute 14 year old puppy named Toto, who is a maltese x scottish Terrier. He is super sociable and loving, and would enjoy living with another dog, and anyone who is willing to give him lots of pats and tell him what a good boy he is. I am also an outdoor smoker.

I am friendly, kind, and bubbly, and I enjoy catching up with housemates over the occasional meal, wine, coffee, board game or movie, as well as valuing quiet time to myself. I have decades of experience living in sharehouses and I come with great rental references, including the Principal of a major Real Estate agency franchise, who owned my last rental home.

I am looking for either a room in an existing sharehouse, or a woman to team up with to rent a small home.

Existing Sharehouse - I am looking for an unfurnished room in an existing sharehouse, with a backyard for Toto and me to relax in, with bonus points for an extra room or garage for me to use as a lounge room/study.

Team Up for a rental property - I would be open to teaming up with another woman to create a clean and peaceful home. I have a lot of kitchen items, a fridge, some furniture, and lots of plants.

Prefer Southside suburbs, as I have lived most of my life in Yeronga, Moorooka and Tarragindi, but happy to go further out for the right fit to Upper Mount Gravatt, Sunnybank, Salsibury, Acacia Ridge etc
