I am a young 49 year old AuDHD woman, who collects vintage, retro and mid-century modern treasures, and indoor plants of every size and type. I value a comfy, cosy and clean home with lots of lamps, plants and places to relax. I enjoy spending time decorating, gardening, and keeping spaces clean.

I am friendly, kind, and bubbly, and I enjoy catching up with housemates over the occassional meal, wine, coffee, board game or movie, as well as valuing quiet time to myself.

I have a very cute 14 year old puppy named Toto, who is a maltese x scottish Terrier. He is super sociable and loving, and would enjoy living with another dog, and anyone who is willing to give him lots of pats and tell him what a good boy he is.

I am currently receiving Income Protection Insurance, as I have not been well enough to work, however I am working hard on being able to return to work in the near future. I have decades of experience share housing, and I was the Head Tenant at my previous property, renting out two rooms for almost ten years. I come with great rental references, including the Principal of a major agency franchise, who owned my last rental home.

I am looking for a large unfurnished room in an existing sharehouse, with a backyard for Toto and me to relax in, with bonus points for an extra room or garage for me to use as a lounge room/study. I am also very open to Team Up with another woman or two to create a comfy, cosy home. I have a lot of kitchen items, fridge, and furniture, and lots of plants. lol

I am quite left leaning politcally and socially and would prefer to live with like minded people. Must be neurospicy and LGBTQ+ friendly.

Prefer Southside suburbs, as I have lived most of my life in Yeronga, Moorooka and Tarragindi, but happy to go further out for the right fit to Upper Mount Gravatt, Sunnybank, Salsibury, Acacia Ridge etc
