I'm currently in the process of renewing the lease but will expect the rent to be $220 - $230 per week per person. Utilities will be paid separately, but expect water/gas to be about $20 - $30 per week. Internet is TPG NBN at $35pm. Bond will be one month's rent. You'll also be responsible for your own groceries but no need to sweat the small stuff (dishwashing liquid, etc). VI. The inspections are not regular, but we try to keep the place in a clean condition, as we have a lot of friends who come around and enjoy a nice looking house :) There is usually an inspection once every 6 months. The room you will be moving into is one of the smaller rooms (but not by much). Comfortably fits a queen sized bed and furnishings.
