I'm a 27-year-old guy, works full-time and loves living in a clean area. I enjoy focusing on my business, health, and fitness, while also cherishing time with friends and my faith in God. I prefer a homestay environment without pets or kids, as it allows me to unwind and recharge after a busy day. 🏊🏻🏄♂️🏌️♂️🤺⛹️♂️🤼♂️🏋️♂️🏂🛼🏑🏸🎱⚾️🏀🥊🚵♂️♟️☀️ ^ if you like any of these, we will get along well If not, we still would likely get along. i have built electrical and plumbing businesses in the past- i have just come off taking 6 months break from work as i went travelling. looking forward to this next stage of life. i am working on building an invention and currently working from home a bit but that will change next year I really enjoy work-related things. Hi guys! Looking for a small place following the breakdown of my relationship. I have my own education consultancy company which sees me work with the Harvard Graduate School of Education. I visit Cambridge at least once a year to lecture. I have two cavoodle brothers (nearly 4yo) who are housetrained and exceptionally well behaved. Their father & I share care, so they’re only with me some of the time. Their names are Aston & Martin, (after their father’s car obsession). We would love for you to consider us! Best wishes Penny, Asty & Marty

Laid-back but clean, social but value our own space — we are ambiverts who know how to read the room. Into basketball, good food, late-night convos, and the occasional house party. We’re big on music, movies, personal growth, and keeping the house vibe easygoing and respectful. You’ll usually catch us studying, watching something solid, or out playing sport. Looking for a place that’s tidy, drama-free, and feels like home. Keen to live with people who are chill, social, and down to hang but also respect space when it’s needed.

NOTE: putting together a teamup and not looking for/interested in a room; thanks. Hey guys! I'm putting together a teamup to find a vacant sharehouse in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne (see suburbs below for an idea of the area that I'm looking in at the moment). I just vacated my long-term sharehouse in Chadstone recently and have a long list of shared items/furniture (including furnishings for at least one other room) that I can contribute. I've been living in sharehousing since February 2021 (initially in Brisbane and for the last three years in Chadstone) and am a clean, reliable and organised housemate who always pays on time (in fact, I've most often been the main contact/person in charge of rent/bills and making sure everyone else pays on time, haha). So yeah, would say I'm pretty well-versed. Overall, I'm a pretty sensible, friendly and easy-going guy (you might hear me play music/an instrument from time to time, but I try to keep it down), so pretty easy to live with. I'm a muso (bass, piano and dabble in guitar and drums) and play in my own band, and I'm a music, film and TV lover (big into Star Wars and Marvel in particular); also love the footy and tennis. Otherwise, keen to find some cool people to team up with (ideally around similar age) and form a group that gets on well and has a good balance between being social/occasionally doing stuff together but also being respectful of space, down time, etc. My current sharehouse has always been mixed-gender, and it's worked pretty well for us, so happy to do this again. If this appeals to you, give me a message; looking forward to meeting people – thanks!
