I’m looking for a short-term rental or sublet (around 3 months to start happy to move to 6-12), ideally with: • Just one housemate • Solo residence • A private bathroom or ensuite • Somewhere I can park/store a car and motorbike if possible I’ll be working most days and out filming a lot, so I’m after a chilled, tidy setup where I can unwind at the end of the day. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. I’m not much a party person, more of a gym, food, creative projects type.
