I attend home visit, work from office in Ku-Ring-Gai area and at times work from home.. I don’t have any furniture just my personal belongings. I am quite independent, like exercise, travel and look after the place where I stay … clean and considerate of others space … I am sociable but also like my own space .. I pay rent on time .. I rarely have friends over … i have a handful of good friends and I normally go to their home I need to provide 2 weeks notice to my current place. I will need a bed and a study table or separate study space would be great. I would like to share a home with one other person only preferably room with own bathroom, or a granny flat or studio.
