Hi! Sofia is a Flinders University student, doing a double degree with 5+ years rent history! Never missed rent or been late with bills :) I work at Glenelg and always have a steady income. Zeke is a personal trainer. Both very laid back, fun and easy to get along with! Looking for new accomodation due to the current lease expires soon! If you have any questions or would like to get to know more about us, please do not hesitate to send a message! :)
Hi!! My lease is up soon where I currently am and I would like to move somewhere closer to my work. I’m hoping to find someone else to move out with. I have a active very affectionate Labrador so we do need a decent backyard. I’m mostly keen on team ups as I do have a whole house of furniture! I work full time across two jobs one being a nanny so I do travel around Adel to different families homes. I’m hoping to find a house between Glenelg and Ashford or anywhere in between, so I’m little more central. Thanks!!
We’re a friendly and respectful couple from Bondi Beach, Sydney looking for a place to call home in Adelaide :) We’re great housemates as we’re up for a chat but also respect others space. We take care of our surroundings and love to keep a clean and tidy home. We’re also creatures of habit as we enjoy having a routine throughout the week and going on adventures over the weekend. Ben is from the UK and has just secured work in Adelaide (hence the move). I am Australian, work in communications for Westpac and am relocating to their Adelaide office. We’re looking for a place that is quiet, close to public transport, the beach and local shops, gym etc. Drop us a message if we could be a good fit for your home :) Archana & Ben
Hi I’m moving on down from Sydney to be closer to my fiancé, and I am pretty excited about settling down in Adelaide for a time. Being an international business person I spend a fair bit of time flying around the world, so I might not be home very often either. Which could be a massive plus if you like to spend time in communal spaces in your underwear. A bit of a surprise is I’m in a wheelchair (just like Dylan Alcott but more mobile yet worse at tennis) I’m a paraplegic but still can walk a bit. Don’t let that freak you out, all I need is minimum stairs. I’m a solidly good housemate, with excellent taste in wine and cheese. Hopefully this spikes your interest!
Hiyya! I'm open minded, clean/hygenic, caring, pay bills on time (1st thing that should be paid), love a good laugh, am a singer and have geeky hobbies. I'm not a party gal and like to listen to music or read from home, have friends over (all of my friends are funny, safe, random peeps, most are musicians too :) ) Not too fussed with the genders, age, ethnicity of housemates, just no creeps, duh. I also do not have a car, so close proximity to train and bus stops is important! I'd particularly love to live around the Seaford train line :D I require house mates who are: respectful, egalitarian (or at least don't push their differing views on me), mature/mostly mature xD, good communicators, considerate, clean up after themselves, and aren't too loud. Extras: It'd be nice to become friends with housemates, maybe cook together, watch movies, share music tastes, from time to time - I love alone time though, so this isn't a need, but would be nice :) To support a positive living environment, friendliness and communication is necessary though :) Housing History: I've lived in shared private rental, in student accommodation buildings, with friends, and with family. Have met and been around diverse people from different cultures, backgrounds. I've been living with a 25yo male and 24 y.o. nb housemate since July 2018. Before that I lived in a large (8 story, 38 rooms/floor) student accom. 3 diff friends households at the end of high school until I got into a Music course last year. And ofc with family before that too. I've experienced controlling friendships and housemates, messy housemates, overcrowded housing (a friend who has 5 high functioning autistic siblings and parents :) I stayed with them for a month while house-hunting :) ), and with my family - the family structure house hold. I know what I like and don't like in a household and in people, so have good, real expectations for safety, living environment, and communication. I love cute things, and am semi into gardening, but I'm a bit clumsy and forgetful, so it's more of a 'when I'm not too busy' type hobby. This year, for at least the 1st study semester, I'll be studying a UniSA foundation course, since I studied more practical Music Industry (Performance - vocal) courses last year, and haven't written essays et cetera for over a year now......+ (rant: I hadn't finished paying off the certificate 4 which I was going to use to get into a uni psychology course......there's a student loan for that sort of thing that I didn't know about #regret....well.....now I know T-T ) I'm thinking of studying a Psychology/Behavioral Science bachelor degree at Adelaide Uni or Flinders, oooor an Arts degree (could study psych & Japanese @ Adelaide - I'm a bit of an otaku, so that sounds fun~) so will be looking for housing around there for mid year (looking for a 6 month lease. I prefer 6 months incase housemates end up being to loopy, not what they say they are etc) xD I love plants, animals & the environment too - I'm an avid recycler, so would prefer eco-concious housemates :) Message if you think I sound like a good fit for your household c: Toooodles~
Looking for flatmates who are chilled out and easy going. I’m very neat and tidy, and spend most of my time doing outdoor stuff, like surfing rock climbing and photography. I do enjoy hanging out though and watching movies now and then, so hopefully looking for flatmates who are similar. Not looking for flatmates who throw parties every weekend. Ideally looking to team up with someone to find a house/apartment down south of the city, as I spend most of my time south.
I'm Codie! I grew up in Mount Compass, close to Victor Harbor, SA. I've house sat for a few different couples in Alice Springs last year (LOVE the desert land). I work casually atm doing hospitality work and uber delivery driving! Looking for a place to call home after being away. I'm 21 years old, plant based and health inspired. I love walking in nature, doing yoga, going to the beach, exploring vegan food, doing small trips and spending time with friends and family. I would be a great housemate cause I'm easy going, love having a good conversation and a laugh, and also keep my space clean and organised!! I’m respectful of space and do like my own space too! I believe that our home should be a comfortable place with open communication- if you feel the same hit me up!
Hi, I'm a 37 year old professional from Adelaide. I work in Management...all pretty standard and boring really. I'm currently renting in a place on my own and whilst I love it I am looking to reduce costs, hence this ad :). I like all of the normal things: markets, catching up with friends, walks, dogs, food, drink, indoor plants. I'm a fair bit over the party scene but do love exploring new bars or eateries in Adelaide. I'm looking for a room in a sharehouse or someone cool to team up with. I'm the type of person who likes to love where I live and that includes the people I'm with as well as the aesthetics of the place. I'd love to become friends with those I live with and spend time chatting, eating, drinking etc. however still respect each others personal space. Ideally I'd love to have a big bright room to retreat to. I'm fairly neat and tidy and respectful of others and would like the same in return I do have two small dogs that I share custody with :) I usually have them on weekends but sometimes I have them full time for a few months so I'd need a place that can have dogs as well as a person who loves cuddly little floofers. Also I'm a non smoker and would prefer to live with other non smokers.
Hello my name is Tyler I'm a 28yr old student and part time labourer. I'm looking for a place close to the beach but that is not essential. I don't smoke, occasionally drink but don't care if you smoke or drink. Ideally the place would be safe and a friendly environment which isn't a constant party place. If I might be a fit, please let me know. Cheers
