I’m currently working part time at foodland in the deli, training to be a manager. I’m clean and tidy, laid back, friendly and quiet. I’m quite social and won’t be home most weekends. Currently living in aldinga but looking to move out of home, further towards the city but still preferably in the southern suburbs. Looking for some flat mates who are also clean, friendly and quiet, preferably around my age bracket ☺️
Single student looking for a place close to the beach for summer. Ideally housemates would be people of my own age but that is not essential. Close to public transport is a bonus. If you would like any more information about myself, just let me know. Move date as soon as possible.
Hey! I’m Aswiin. I work full time as a coordinator for people living with disabilities. Looking to move out somewhere west (Glenelg, Brighton, Morphettville, Marion). I’m super clean and very respectful of your personal space, as I tend to do my own thing a lot of the time, but also love a drink and chat :) No rush to move out, but if you’re keen to team up or have a nice place available don’t hesitate to message
Seeking a room to rent that will be welcoming of a meduim sized dog or would be happy to team up to get a property. Im currently working and studying. Im clean and respectful. My dog is well behaved. Shes roughly 7yrs old so heading into the more mature years in life. Previous houses shes been allowed inside I'd like a home that would be ok with that. Unfortunately I can't accept any properties with cats. Im currently living in Glenelg but would be open to other nearby suburbs as far as Hallet Cove. Can provide references if required. Move date can be as early as 2 - 3 weeks. Price range negotiable depending on house, room, bills etc.
Short term only (4-5 months) - homestay style accommodation in a quiet residential street just off Diagonal Road and close to everything needed. You also have your own lounge area with TV - the only shared rooms are the kitchen and laundry. Rent also includes Netflix; Stan, use of salt water pool in summer (not heated). 5 minutes drive from Glenelg beach, shops, restaurants. One of my former housemates described it as his sanctuary.
Two rooms available in a house in St Marys. It's a 15-20 minute drive to the city, 5-10 minutes to Marion Shopping Centre, and 5 minutes to Flinders Uni. Relatively close to Pasadena shopping centre as well and walking distance to public transport with bus-stops along South Rd and a train line not too far away.. The house is fully furnished (except the bedrooms) with just about all you should need. Each bedroom has a built in robe, ceiling fan, blinds, and is approximately 3x3. The house has two bathrooms, the main one will be shared between the two available rooms currently listed for rent. It includes a large vanity with lots of storage, separate loo, shower and bath. There are also two lounge areas, as pictured. The smaller TV will shortly be relocated the the smaller living area to make way for a new bigger TV in the other room. I don't really watch TV so there should always be a lounge available for binge watching something or hanging out with friends! Other stuff about the house/perks: - garage storage available if you have baggage! - doggos! See about the flatmates section for more info - two living areas each with TV, couch etc - unlimited hot water and a great shower pressure - puratap - washer, dryer, iron, clothes steamer thingo if you hate ironing - unlimited internet (Netflix account available for use too) - heating and cooling in the main living area - large backyard - old ass treadmill and weird pilates machine too if you're fitness inclined May be able to assist if you need a furnished room but it depends what you require ...other than the obvious (a bed).
Affordable living in a fantastic area. Large spacious double bedroom (partly furnished or can be unfurnished) includes desk and chair, table, rugs and a clothes rack. With or without a double bed. Reverse cycle air-conditioning. Security alarm system and secure backyard. 2 toilets. Street parking. This is a great area to live in, quiet and safe in an excellent location ie next to King William Road and very close to the city. Also close to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Transport just around the corner; bus and tram, direct route to the city and universities. Bills are separate. Unlimited NBN internet. No couples and no pets. Please email me with a brief message about yourself, thanks.
