Seeking room rental, granny flat or team up for private rental.
I'm looking to secure something within the next 2–3 months, as my current lease is ending. *Move date is flexible to a degree.
I've lived in shared properties before, more recently been living alone.
Part of the package is a beautiful little French Bulldog cross. Due to her breed, she is predominantly an inside dog. Needing someone who is comfortable and sensible with a pet around house.
About me:
• Currently working and studying part-time (Health, Wellness, Aged Care). Previously in Real Estate Industry.
• I enjoy a clean and tidy living space.
• I can be a little introverted at times and enjoy being in the comforts of home. I am not into the party lifestyle.
• General interests: outdoors, gardening, walks/hikes, beach, occasional exercise, health and wellness.
Pet details:
• French Bulldog cross, female, 2 years old, desexed.
• She is house-trained. We attend obedience classes as a hobby/socialisation.
• Very sweet-natured. Can be shy/timid at times.
Preferably looking for another female, however, wouldn't rule out a respectful male.
Currently living in Glenelg area, open to areas surrounding or further south area.
