I have been working full time as a software engineer in the city after graduating at the end of 2017. I'm a relatively relaxed guy and tend to keep to myself but I still enjoy hanging out with whoever I'm living with, whilst still being respectful of others space! I'm extremely clean and tidy, I love to cook and follow a healthy lifestyle, I'm a bit of a environment enthusiast, I love the beach, anything active, playing guitar, gaming and chilling out. Not really pet friendly due to allergies. I have been living in Hove in a share house with two friends since January 2018 and the lease is ending in December due to the house being demolished. I will be moving back in with my family temporarily over the Christmas period and come late January / early Feb I will be looking for a new place to live. My current housemates are going overseas, which leaves me looking for a place solo dolo. I'm cool with teamups! I have come to love this area (Brighton / Hove / Seacliffe) as its closer to the city but still relatively close to the beach, whilst still being near the Seaford train line. So anything around here with NBN/good net compatible houses are preferred!
Hey legends! I'm 26 years old, full-time worker. I'm single, female, generally awesome and ready to meet some new people and start a journey of finding myself this summer. I'm in a love hate relationship with human beings but regularly contradict myself because I LOVE meeting new people. I'm looking for a laid back environment, somewhere that I can surround myself with great people. We can have casual Friday night knock offs and head down to the beach on Saturday morning to swim it off! I love brunch, wine, food, animals, markets and all that fun stuff I lead a pretty active life and would love to have similar people around me but I'm flexible. If you do nothing but hang our with no pants on all day then thats cool too, I love that. My main goal is to find somewhere to call home for the long term, somewhere thats not too rowdy or loud, but still doesn't mind a great night (or day) every now and then. I am outgoing, friendly and basically ready for anything. I do love to layz around, binge eat and watch netflix a lot too. I am a business owner, I house and pet sit, dog walk and transport animals as required. Look up @pawsplayadl on instagram - thats me! I'm sometimes not home for a few days or occasionally weeks because of my business so there will be times when I'm out of your hair completely. I love animals, I have a 12 year old house trained cat, Pudge, who is also a lover of humans and will give you endless headbutts and cuddles as long as you rub his belly - Pudge is a non-negotiable, he comes with me. He's my partner in crime. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to get another dog, so if you have one I'm more than happy. At the end of the day, I'm looking for some like minded, relaxed people that don't take life too seriously but are also working their butts off to achieve their dreams. I'm looking for motivated, enthusiastic people who know what they want, but aren't afraid to live a little while they're working on getting it. Looking forward to hearing from you! Lets have a fabulous summer together!
Hey my name is Celeste I’m 20 years old and currently working on jetty road. I’m wanting to move into the area as it’s closer to work. I’m a bubbly, positive person, easy going and very independent. I have lived on my own before also. Some of my hobbies include drawing, art, movies and gaming. I am very passionate about animals and volunteer at the rspca when I can. I am currently having a gap year before I plan on going to uni next year in the mean time I’m wanting to work as much as I can. I go to the gym, love cooking and going on adventures with friends. I prioritise bills and budget as I’ve had to do this from a young age. I’m very clean and respectful also. My friend Alexis is also wanting to move out with me so we’re looking for somewhere with two bedrooms. Hi, I'm Alexis, I'm currently studying and looking for work in the Holdfast Bay Area. I would describe myself as quiet, easygoing and very open minded. I'm super into fashion, cooking and design. I have been living out of home since my early teens so I really understand house share etiquette and just general respect for all members of the house hold! If you would like to get in touch just message me (Celeste) and we can organise to chat or meet up and for you to meet me and Alexis. We look forward to hearing from you! Celeste and Alexis xx

Hi my friend Liam and I are looking for a 3rd and possibly 4th person to move in with us in January/February. We are both students working part time very easy going but do like a clean and tidy house. We enjoy hanging out with friends and going out on the occasional weekend off. Liam works in hospitality and I’m in healthcare. We are looking for someone who is easy to be around with a good sense of humour and likes to have a bit of fun but also wanting to have own space and is generally pretty clean around the house!
Hey! I'm Jess and I'll be moving over to Adelaide from Melbourne in Feb 2019 to start Medicine at Flinders University. Looking to find a place to rent with other students or people around my age group (24-30). Would love somewhere quiet and low key to come home after a long day to crash. Having said that, im in no way opposed to a late night wine and harry potter marathon. As i'll be on a pretty strict budget with full time university (and i mean 8AM-6PM most days) and hopefully a part time job on the weekend- I'm hoping to keep my budget for rent + bills (water, wifi, electricity ect) to $200 a week; (ie: $170 for room, $30 for bills). Ideally an ensuite or more than one bathroom would be preferred, but i'll just be happy to have a nice warm roof over my head. Want to make Adelaide my home, and hoping for a longer term rental if all things go well Can provide an amazing book collection, Stan and Netflix accounts as well as no culinary skills Also- highly allergic to animals, so a house without them would be preferable :)
Hi! Sofia is a Flinders University student, doing a double degree with 3+ years rent history! Never missed rent or been late with bills :) I work at Glenelg and always have a steady income. Both very laid back, fun and easy to get along with! Looking for new accomodation due to the current lease expires soon! If you have any questions or would like to get to know more about us, please do not hesitate to send a message! :)
hey! I'm Paige, 20, I work part time and I'm going to commence study next year! I'm a pretty easy going person and love a bit of a chat but I also enjoy being in my own company. I clean up after myself and I am a tidy person. I respect people and their privacy and space. The beach is my favourite place and love anything relaxing, going to the pub and watching movies! I'm looking for a relaxing place to live.
Looking to move into a laid back home near the beach and work with roommates with similar interests. Always working and starting my study’s in January so won’t see too much of me but I’m a very bubbly girl who loves to socialise with a few bevvies but also likes my down time watching Netflix (Gilmore Girls). I like to keep a clean house, ready for when the family surprise visit you. I have rented for a year in North Plympton before heading to Europe and Egypt for three months, now I’m back home ready to move out ASAP 😊😊

Hello my name is Tyler I am looking for a safe and friendly place to live, close to the beach if possible but not essential. I am a student and work part time doing steel frame housing construction and landscape gardening. I am a relaxed and easy going person who has no criminal record or convictions with all paperwork available upon request. I do not smoke, I don't care if you smoke and drink. If I seem like a fit to you please get in touch with me via flatmates Cheers
Hey I don't know why it keeps deleting my bio thing, possibly because I'm not using the paid version, so I keep having to write it again! Hahaha, so nice and simply put, I'm a SUPER friendly, down to earth guy with a passion for bodybuilding, music/playing piano, animals and work full time with nutrition. Don't drink, smoke or party, I'm a pretty quiet dude and like to keep to myself for the most part, but I'm always eager to listen and learn about people and all things! Have a GF so I'd like to be able to have her stay over every now and then, but obviously wouldn't be disrespectful or greedy in use of facilities if she was over. :)
Located within a 4 minute walk to the train (to get to the city) and a 5 minute drive to the beach or Marion shopping centre. It is a modern apartment with open plan living, a decent sized backyard with lawn and an enclosed garage. The unit is fully furnished except for the bedroom, with reliable internet, smart TV (access to Netflix, Stan etc.) and ducted reverse cycle heating/cooling. The master bedroom (which is the one that will be available) has a built in robe and a door straight into the shared bathroom (which also has a bath tub). PLEASE NOTE: Bond is 6 weeks rent but the site didn't have 6 weeks as an option (landlord/rental agent sets this).

Must be neat and tidy. Internet included. Share power/water. Non smokers only! No Pets! All you need is your own bed and bedroom furniture 👍🏼
I am an easygoing guy in my 20s. I've decided to move to Adelaide to finish my degree which I am doing at the Uni of SA. I am keen to get away from Sydney, get out and do lots of activities like hiking, sport, camping, training, etc., and focus on my health and fitness. For this reason, I am hoping to live near the beach, or along the coastline. I have never actually been to Adelaide but my sister and her husband are moving there, and they love it, and it sounds like it suits what I'm looking for in a lifestyle. I am flexible with locations. I am a very chilled out person, always respect privacy, I'm clean and tidy, and I am excited to meet some new people. I am an animal lover but I do not have any. My moving dates aren't confirmed but if the right situation turns up I'll be happy to move right away. Happy to live with male or females. I may potentially rent a 2 bedroom place myself, and rent the second room out, so if you would like to have a chat send me a message :)
EDIT Hey Everyone! My boyfriend Brodie and I (26 and 25 respectively) are looking for a double room to rent from early February next year until end of April! We are willing to live anywhere in (bike) riding distance to the beach with rent being max $400p/w. An outdoor area is a must. We have been house sitting up and around the east coast of Australia since October last year and have been back in Melbourne working since October this year! We finish working in Melbourne at the end of January and are going over seas for a month on May 1st so we are looking for a place between then. We are easy going, friendly vegans who like to live in a tidy house. We are not party animals but are social and enjoy good conversation. We have a growing board game collection and love to play often :D Being able to play with more than two people is always a welcome change! We will be working part time Monday to Friday and on weekends we either like to relax and enjoy our time not at work or go out and explore something new. We look forward to chatting with you :)
