I'm pretty relaxed, I do my own thing and respect the space of others. I am currently studying and spend most of my time doing Audio Production in my Home Studio (I try not to be to loud). I moved to the city at the start of the year , having just come from living in Rural Victoria my whole life I'm not cut out for living in the city anymore, so I need to move out into what could pass a Natural Surrounds whilst still living near the city. I mainly want to move out of the city for several reasons, being; *I hate the city *I want to have space and quiet *I miss gardening *For much needed mental clarity and stability Basically, I'm looking for a place I can spend the next 2-3 years, and form a home while I study.
I work in Eltham. Im well travelled and have experienced many cultures while living overseas. I work mostly days inc. weekends sometimes. Into music, art, sport ,food and live a usually quite life although can also be social. Very easy going and down to earth.
I'm a career focused girl. Working shift work and long weeks, up pretty early and can be home pretty late. Love a night out on my days off but usually keep it pretty low key. I'm very clean and more than happy to help out. Easy going and very respectful, always up for a chat and a glass of wine.
Hello! I don't want to waste anybody's time so first things first, I do have a 5 year old Border Collie that I won't part with, shes well behaved and obedient. I keep her groomed and and as clean as I can even with the weather being miserable, i do like to have her inside but she isn't a stranger to sleeping outside, she is my responsibility and I would not expect any potential roomies to take on any responsibility for her. She is friendly with people and other dogs, she may take a little bit of time to warm up to another dog but 9 times out of 10 she's happy to have a mate. I am a laid back person who is more then happy to either keep to themselves or make friends with those that I live with. I like to keep busy on my weekends and have a bit of a social life but also enjoy my quiet weekends too. During the week I am busy with work, gym and the odd social event which I do try and keep to a minimum during the week, because, well, I like to sleep and just chill out after work. I have been told and feel as though I am easy to live with, I clean up after myself and my dog, I am chilled and don't let too much phase me. I am happy to have a meal together or if that's not what you're after that is 100% ok I can respect others privacy but if you are up for some company here and there I can guarantee i am always up for a laugh and a friendly drink if keen! I work full time in the CBD Monday to Friday. Any questions please feel free to ask..
We are a couple who own this property and we are looking to lease out one of our rooms. We are currently renovating an older home so will be continuous upgrades over the coming year. Room is very large can fit any size bed, built in wardrobe and lots of light. House is 3 bedrooms (turning downstairs rumpus room into a 4th) have a spa bath and a large back yard (happy to have pets here as long as they don't destroy the place). Have a spa bath, and central heating so place is kept warm. Unlimited internet included.
I'm a 28 year old graduate from the US, moving to Doreen Australia under my graduate work visa to gain experience in the field of my study. Currently searching for a good place to live under my budget. I don't smoke and rarely drinks though I don't mind if you do. I love to make new friends. So count me as a very friendly person but mostly I enjoy being quiet. I'm not a fan of going out on parties frequently. Staying home watching netflix with a cup coffee or do some shooting (Video games) at a spare time always does it better.
I am a 21 year old student with an 11 month old pup. He's a Great Dane x Bull Mastiff, but he thinks he's a lap dog. I'm studying 2 nights and 1 day a week and searching for a job in the new area. I don't smoke, but I don't mind if you do. I like the occasional drink, but I don't go out partying. I love to binge-watch Netflix and have quiet social nights in. I'm more than happy to food share or do our separate things. Always happy to cook a communal meal. I have a small fridge (best suited to a garage, but it'll do if it needs to) and a washer and dryer.
Modern, spacious open plan with 3 living areas. Public transport access at the door. Shops within walking distance. Living in the green belt of Eltham's art and cultural community, has many benefits. Multitude of wineries and weekend escapes, innovative dining and social venues are at your fingertips. Life with me is easy going and unobtrusive. Easy access to gyms, Greensborough watermarc aquatic centre, Greensborough shopping centre, western ring road, Westfield doncaster and all city links.
I am ridiculously tidy and will on many occasions, procrastinate my uni work to clean the house (yes, I even dust, who knew that was a thing?). Unfortunately this can be a plus and a minus as I'm pretty anal so if you're a slob we may not get along. However, in saying this, the two 23 year-old men I currently live with are slobs but we've been able to co-exist happily for over a year now. Sadly we must part ways as our work/uni requirements mean we must re-locate to different areas. I am looking for flatmates to either rent a place with or for a room in a pre-existing share house to move into. I don't come with any pets, just a boyfriend who would occasionally stay over. This also comes with the added bonus that I will always pay rent/bills but you will probably only see me 3/7 days as I live part time with him (he's not ready to move out of home yet, I know.. lame). I'm at uni doing a Bachelor of International Relations (nerd) at LaTrobe in Bundoora during most days, and if I'm not there I'm at my boyfriends house or locked in my room studying. I work as a swim teacher most afternoons/nights so I'll be gone from about 4-8pm, which means dinner time the kitchen is all yours. Also the added bonus that I will almost never contribute to dishes as I pre-prepare most meals at my boyfriends house at the start of the week. Okay enough of the boring stuff. I'm super bubbly and have been told that I am incredibly mature for my age. I don't shy away from a conversation or a party in that case. This doesn't mean I like hosting rowdy parties every weekend, but my house-mates and I have had a couple of awesome social events at our place and its always been super respectful and nothing has been broken (woohoo). I love animals/pets if you have them, but have no interest in owning my own until I'm stable (not a uni student lol). I'm a non-smoker but I currently live with a smoker and have had no qualms, I just expect butts to be disposed of responsibly (in the bin - I'm a greeny) and doors/windows to be shut so the smoke doesn't drift in the house. I also enjoy travelling and will probably be overseas or out of the state for about 2.5 months in the next year. So as I've said, I'm like the invisible housemate, perfect for people who like their "me" time. I'm down to have a housemate where we just live under the same roof and that's it, as I have a hectic schedule and don't like being around fairly high maintenance people. Or if you sound fairly similar to me and you think we'll get along.. well then I'm also happy to have a housemate that becomes a best friend too :)
I am a friendly and respectful man that enjoys the company of others but is equally happy doing my own thing. I enjoy cooking and gardening. Non smoker. Very easy to get a long with and am coming to Melbourne for work and following my heart.
Hi I am 21 years old and a student at La Trobe university, my Friend and I are looking for a place with 2 separate rooms to stay. We are both pretty quite, and easygoing and don't like too much noise. We are also very tidy and clean and spend most of the time studying. We are easy to live with as we don't like being nosy and involved in other people's business.
The three of us would love to welcome you into our home. This is a fantastic house for having friends over. There are also countless cafes around and multiple shopping centres including Plenty Valley, Epping plaza and UNI hill factory outlet centre. We live right against the gorge so there are kangaroos around and great walking paths to get out and about. We love to do outdoor things together like going to the local swimming hole, beach/surfing, playing golf, walking the dog, drive in movies etc. There is so many opportunities to keep busy out here. We have central heating and cooling which is great, unlimited wifi, the shed is set up with a lovely pool table, table tennis, couches, tv and music so is a great place to hang out. For uni students we also have a study which makes spreading your work out easy with lots of cupboards to store everything in! The house is fully furnished with everything including washing machine etc. The option of a supplied single bed and bed side table is an option if you would like that just let me no other wise the room is unfurnished with a built in wardrobe We have two rooms available so would love to hear from you!
You will need your own bed You have your bathroom and toilet Heating and cooling Good size kitchen if you have your own lounge and tv there is a different lounge room Good size back yard Lake across the road to go for a walk or ride

Hi Guys, I currently work as an advisor for Apple Computers, which means I work from home. This also means that my internet connection is paid for. I am currently living in Geelong at present and am looking to move closer to Melbourne towards the end of this year. I am very responsible and a considerate person. Respectful of others and their privacy. I'm not looking for a party place, but I do enjoy socialising with a quiet beverage every now and again. I love my soccer, and am looking to get back in to playing again. Always looking to make new friends to hang out with ! I am looking to share a house with 4 Bedrooms, preferably in a quiet area or near the CBD. Also, somewhere that is near to public transport. Can pay up-to $250 including bills. I'm also interested in teaming up with other people to start a lease with. So, if you'd like to have me as a roomie, let me know. Am happy to share with people of all ages. Please message me if you're interested in having a chat. I look forward to hearing from you. :)
Quiet guy, keep to myself mostly, very tidy, enjoy cooking, messing with computers, , born in Melbourne, currently on a support pension, looking for a quiet place to either share or seperated living, budget i have put is $200 per week for bills/internet inclusive(negotiable), looking for 6-12 months
Working part time in recreation/entertainment. Student on a gap year. I am friendly and clean. I enjoy my alone time but am always willing to have a chat. I love animals, enjoy music and am physically active.
I'm a socially conscious person, I like to have fun but I like quiet time and my own space as well. Love a good TV series. I clean up after myself and keep communal areas tidy (bedroom is a different story, I often have a bit of a floordrobe happening, but it's an organised one) I'm a bit social so won't be around all the time. Currently working as a temp in the healthcare industry which gives me a bit of flexibility. My sister and I have joint custody of my 10 year old kelpie x. Although my dog mainly lives with my sis, I'm looking for a place where she will be welcome from time to time.
