Hey guys, We are looking for a place for towards the end of the year or start of next year to move into. Brayden is from South Australia and will be moving down at the end of the year. Emily is from Melbourne and has lived in different parts of Australia, including remote cattle stations. We are both well mannered, polite and clean up after our selves. We get along well with people but also enjoy alone time. We have been dating for two years. We are both nerds and love gaming, watching tv shows, and things like that. Both of us are still studying and are looking for work but school is our top priority.
I'm a pretty neat, quiet Australian guy currently studying engineering full-time online, and looking for work in electronics or chemistry. I have a degree in science (applied chem), and 11+ yrs experience as an electronics tech. I'm a bit handy with computers, fixing some stuff around the house, and paying rent/bills on time. I clean up after myself, and like to keep a tidy, clean house, but not too fussy. I enjoy an occasional glass of wine/beer, a chat about politics/economics/technology/society..., video/board/card games computer programming, and maybe a little bit of gardening, but largely keeping to myself, not a party person. (Yes, I'm a bit of a nerd.) I can bring a PS3 and a few gardening tools. I'm fine with pets, though I don't have any. - Sam
Hello! I am an environmentalist/conservationist who works in bushland management across Melbourne's north. I have recently moved down from Darwin and am looking for a cozy place to call home where I can find some comfort, community, and solitude when I need it. I have plenty of experience in share accommodation, I am tidy and courteous and conscious of my footprint. I enjoy cooking, sustainable eating, tending to the garden and playing boardgames! I'm creative, musically inclined, I love writing and illustrating. I am into my cars, I am a bit of a hobby-mechanic, currently have a project car and a daily driver. I like to head out camping and exploring nature on my weekends. I travel interstate a bit, I'll sometimes scoot off to Adelaide or Darwin or Rural QLD for several days at a time, and would love to have a peaceful home-base to come back to after a trip! I have no kids and no pets. I have my own bedroom furniture. I can afford up to $250 per week including bills/utilities. If I sound like a good fit for your sharehouse, feel free to send me a message!
Hi. I am a writer and teacher, doing a PhD in a combination of history and creative writing. I lived in Central Australia for many years and still own a home there. I am into community, movies, music. I am happy, peaceful, into fun, getting along, gardening, going for walks and bike rides. I am looking for a little self-contained apartment for myself or a share house arrangement where i get my own bathroom and a bit of space of my own.
I am clean and somewhat tidy, but not over the top. More than happy to pull my weight around the house. I am responsible and honest. I like to live my life, my way - so I have no issue with how you live yours - unless it impacts on me. I am friendly but not needy. I like my own time and my own area but am happy to sit down for dinner, chat and go our own ways. I am looking to share a home with someone who has similar views on sharing a house. My own bathroom would be preferable but not a necessity. I don't mind food sharing as long as it remains even. If I am paying for heaps more than i eat, then I would prefer my own food. If everyone is happy to share equally, I am happy. I am neither vegan nor vegetarian, however, I am not fussed on eating vegan or vegetarian foods as I don't eat heaps anyway. I also have a fur baby named Louis. He is a 6 year old white maltese shih-tsu, who is totally house trained and very much a lap dog. He loves people and cuddles and is great with other dogs of any age and cats too. He is really easy going and so quiet you even know he was there. Even when people say they don't like little dogs, Louis wins them over with his chilled out little personality. If you think we could make a good house team, feel free to contact me anytime. Thanks!
