I currently study at RMIT and work as an NDIS Support Worker. I am looking for a place to rent until mid 2026 when my study finishes. Need to be dog friendly cause she is my best mate. She's goes everywhere possible with me.

I've done house-sharing before and come with references. They will tell you how I usually keep to myself as I do a lot of work writing/reading on my laptop. I adapt to how other house mates want to spend their time in the house. Happy to hang out and chat about each others lives and escapades but still have their own space.

Prefer a psycho-free home. Somewhere safe and respectful of each others property/possessions.
- Yes I clean up after myself.
- No I don't take forever in the bathroom or leave a mess.
- Yes my dog has rules and house trained (can be an outdoor only dog). She gets along with other dogs and cats.

Bottomline:
Great sense of humour and easy going.
Honest and respectful.
Always pay money on time.
Good listener.
Clean.

Would prefer to live with people that have similar qualities.
