-3km to town (10min bus) -Very close to multiple shopping centres, pharmacies, restaurants etc. Like Sushi Train or Zambreros - Large backyard. - House is pretty small with no lounge room, but your room is large, well lit and airy with a fireplace, built in wardrobes and a dimmer switch. - Less common areas means less cleaning! -Ducted heating and cooling -Dead locks on doors, property feels very safe

Hey, I'm Emma and I am 26 years old. I'm an actor and I work full-time in an Arts Organisation in the city. I love a good pun – will always laugh at jokes, especially terrible ones, but won’t be funnier than you (win win right?) hehe. I’m not a party animal – I love tea, food, and blankets too much! But that being said, I’m not a complete hermit – as much as Netflix can sometimes tempt me to be! I do love being social and surrounding myself with lovely people. I like to get out of the house and see friends most weekends and some nights after work. I would really love to live with some nice people who I can hopefully be friends with as well as housemates – but don’t worry, I’m not a clinger! :P I also have a very cute (and very tiny) little old lady dog named Buffy. She is a maltese cross toy poodle and is literally smaller than a cat at the size of a puppy, weighing only 2.4kgs. 😊 (I am more than happy to send you photos if you would like to see just how teeny she is, and because, like any dog owner, I’m always up for showing anyone pictures of my cute pup hehe). She is an indoor dog, fully house trained, she doesn’t jump up at people and will generally keep to herself and lounge around on the sofa or my bed– unless she is trying to convince you to give her some of your food. I take her to work all the time, and she just curls up next to my chair. She very rarely barks – not at all when she's at work with me and veeeerrryy rarely at home (only really if someone knocks really bloody loudly on the door). :) If there is anything else you would like to know about me of Buffy, please don’t hesitate to ask. 😊 Warmest, Emma
Hi! I'm a friendly 23 year old female, working full time as a Physiotherapist in Adelaide. I'm looking for a place to live where I can chill out at the end of a busy day, but also chat to housemates if they're around. I am clean and tidy, and value equal distribution of domestic responsibilities within a household. I'm looking for a place that is drug and smoking free :) I already have my own bedroom furniture, and would prefer to move in with 1-2 other females at the end of in December 2018. I look forward to hearing from you!
I have a very friendly persona and tend to get along with everyone. I am a fairly clean person that sees something that needs to be done and does it. I stay at the girlfriends house 5 out of 7 days usually so you will hardly know I'm there. Never shy away from a chat and understand also that people need there privacy. I'm currently a contracted groundsman at a primary school and am regularly doing casual labour work. Before moving to Adelaide I was a Golf Course Superintendent in Whyalla. I love every sport under the sun and am very outgoing. I also tell dad jokes on the daily so get ready!!
I am someone who does or tries nearly everything, maybe not watch telly or do things on the net so much (though I watch sport a bit). I’m a potter, footy player, musician, gardener, board gamer, camping lover, beer fancier and lots of other things.
I’m a social person who enjoys her down time too! Wine and a movie during the week is my favourite way to chill out. I work full time in the city so looking for somewhere close to the CBD. Very open minded and respectful. Also very allergic to cats.
Hi there, I am looking for someone to start a new sharehouse with me. I have lots of nice furniture, including a dishwasher, so just looking for a responsible person with good references who just needs a room and bathroom with use of shared areas. I have a well behaved cat called Shelly. I am a counsellor and hypnotherapist, and preferably I would love to find a house where I can practise from a front room 2 days per week. I also drive a bit of Uber to pay extra bills. I am also studying psychology part time. I also love playing tennis and having brunch with friends.
Hi there, my name is Kimberley (or Kim for short) and I'm a 34 year old female originally from the Adelaide hills, and have just come back from living in Melbourne for 3 years and am looking to find a new place to call home. Hello. I am a no-fuss, quiet, tidy, reliable housemate. I have a fairly well-established routine with yoga, work, study and walking/running with my dog. I'm pretty content with a good coffee and a warm house. I'm a non-drinker but couldn't care less if others drink! Just like to state that up front in case people are looking for a housemate to drink with. Although I don't drink, I still enjoy a laugh and chat. I would really like to start a new sharehouse with one or two other people. I have a 9-year-old dog named Henry (Red Cloud Kelpie X) so require a pet-friendly property. Thanks!

I moved from England to Australia many years ago and have spent most of my time in Sydney, until last year when I transferred to Brisbane. I’m now moving to Adelaide (for good) in October with my lovely Labrador and I’m considering a house share for the first 12 months. I’m flexible with the location but prefer either the city (or thereabouts) or somewhere like Aldgate or Stirling. Likes: cycling, my morning coffee, cinema, documentaries, my dog, brunches, lunches and dinners.
Hello, I'm Maddy and I'm 16 years old. I have been living independently for about a year and a half now, and recently came home to my parents as I was unwell, but I am now looking for accommodation again. I have lived in two houses with a flatmate, which both went fine. I get fortnightly benefits, and I am currently studying. I am finding in the process of finding a part-time job, but I can afford rent+utilities with the money I receive. My maximum is $190 per week+bills included. I will be happy to explain why I do not live at home if you're interested, but I still have a stable relationship with my parents :) Finding accommodation in the past has been difficult for me because of my age, but I can assure you that I am very reliable with my money, and after having lots of early practice, I am able to live independently and know the basics of living alone/with a flatmate. Females are preferred, but I'm open to anything. I hope you consider my listing and I look forward to hearing from you, thank you :)
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
I'm looking for a new sharehouse to make a home! About me: I'm a vegan actor, coffee-lover, who is studying post-grad arts management and working part-time in hospitality. As an extroverted introvert, I love hanging out and socialising with housemates but also getting lost in a good book.
Mature online student casual bar tender between two jobs who is tidy, respectful, easy going, sociable non smoker; who is considerate of others privacy, space and feelings; that is not scared to chips in around the house where needed and is up to having a chat and also happy to have time to myself. Interests: playing or watching sports live or on TV, the odd movie night with few glasses of wine with cheese or over dinner, going to the gym and hiking, cooking and visiting new cafes and spots.
I am a tidy and clean person who respects other’s privacy. I am pretty flexible and easy going. I do not bring any company home and will not be of a nuisance in any way. If you have pets, I’ll love them. I love any form of outdoor activities. I am good at cleaning up as well(:
Hi there! My name is Conor and I have just recently moved to South Australia from Queensland. I am currently working full time as a Sales Rep and casually as a bar tender as well. I'm looking for a place anywhere within 20-30 minutes of Adelaide CBD. I strongly believe in maintaining a clean and tidy household, and would also love to use this as an opportunity to get to know new people in a state I am brand new to! I generally like to socialise when living in a share house, but also understand and respect that there are some days people just want to go home and relax in their own space (As do I sometimes!). Really easy going, love to chat over a coffee or beer with some music playing, and love my sport and movies. Looking for somewhere as soon as possible, so if you or anyone you know is looking for someone new to their household, please let me know! Thanks!

I am a 32yr old single lady moving from Brisbane to Adelaide for work. I play social sports and enjoy being able to have a glass of wine or a cup of tea with my housemate. Looking for a place close to the city (where I’ll be working) and prefer my own bathroom. Was originally looking for my own place But thought living with someone might be a nice way to get to know a new city! I come with all my own furniture and would love somewhere that I can bring it with ( couches, dining table etc) I would also love somewhere that I could have a small dog !
I'm a friendly, obliging, considerate housemate who always cleans up his messes and is happy to help out around the house or in any other way, really. My current house is being sold out from under me so I need to find a place to stay by November. Currently in office admin, I have an educational background and am interested in (and happy to talk about) pretty much anything but my main hobbies are computing and origami.
