I cook, bake and clean up after myself and leave the goodies out for you! My trouble is getting rid of the baked goods now that I've finally graduated and don't have a dumping ground! Socializing is nice but I tend to bury myself in a book in my room when I get hold of a good one. For the last 10 years I've lived in shared accommodations so I do understand and respect boundaries. Currently working part-time in two different cafes so I'm actually rarely around. I actually have some furniture, a good bed, an extendable 6 seater dining table and a couple of other things but I can always put into storage if the new place is too small for my furniture. Looking for a place with white goods provided as I have none. I'm very good with dogs; my aunt runs a rescue centre back home and I would volunteer every weekend to keep out of trouble, but cats are a 50/50, I have to meet them first! I like them but they don't necessarily like me! A bit of a Harry Potter, LOTR, Star Wars nerd and I do love my Harlequin books. Hobbies include reading and crawling up Mt Lofty (no matter how much I go up, it still gets me for the next 3 days) on a weekday. I don't have agoraphobia but I'm not a fan of crowds.
I am a health professional who has just moved to Adelaide and am about to start working in the public health care system. I'm a friendly, clean, respectful person who enjoys socialising, but is also happy to do my own thing. I am looking for somewhere on the Southern side of Adelaide, preferably with reasonable access to public transportation. Ideally, I would like find somewhere with access to my own bathroom and that is pet friendly, as I have a cat (who is currently being looked after for me, but plan to bring to Adelaide as soon as I can).
Hi everyone ! We’re working in Adelaide and looking for a room with our own bathroom or at least our own toilets. We’re looking for something near my work, so close to Unley. We’re friendly and clean people. We need a off-street parking and uncovered because our car is high. Doriand is smoker but no worries he can smoke outside. At the moment, he is trying to stop.
Howdy comrades. I’m looking for a commune, socialist utopia, or in lieu of that, a share house. A modest room is needed for board, and may also serve as a distribution centre for Bolshevik propaganda. Looking for a cosy place with an open fireplace, wooden fixtures and a large windswept garden to remind me of my days in the Gulags of the Siberian Tundra. Needs to be close to Glen Osmond where I work in serfdom at a golf club servicing the Bourgeoise. Note: I am willing to make an ideological comprise and will not requisition housemates’ leftovers. I am a 25 year old Occupational Therapy Master's Student. I am respectful of other's space, but also happy to socialise with housemates. I enjoy playing music, hanging with friends, exercising, and seizing the means of production.
Hey guys! I'm working full-time as an engineer and looking for people to share a place with (maybe 3-4 including myself?). Would prefer sharing with a few girls but don't really mind a mix also. I do my own thing but it would be nice to be able to be friends as well - as in being able to cook together/hang out from time to time. I go swimming/gym after work and generally won't be home until 6/6:30 and I have an 8am start. I wouldn't say I'm an extrovert, but I'm not reserved either - I drink socially, not a fan of parties and nightlife and I don't smoke. I'm clean, tidy and organised. An apartment/house/townhouse would be ideal with a couple of bedrooms and preferably my own bathroom (but I don't mind!) with offstreet parking, max. budget $250/wk. I work in the Grange Area, but currently live in the Goodwood area, so any suburbs surrounding Grange/Goodwood would be ideal! Hit me up with a message if you're looking for something similar :)
I'm 27 and pretty easy going. I'm usually busy with work/gym/social life. I work full-time in the city. Looking for a happy and friendly household. I'm sociable but also enjoy a bit of time to myself every now and then. I also dabble in a bit of salsa dancing. If you like wine and cheese, we'll get along just fine! (:
27 years of age, been here for 7 years now. Military and Exercise science background, currently work full time as a coach at goodlife glenelg and run an online business coaching individuals. My time to myself is limited but when i do its typically spent on myself, either training or off hiking around the outdoors or the beach side. i am extremely driven and caring, love a clean space and a good movie.
Hey, I’m Rachel, I’m looking to relocate to a new house. I’m searching for a room that could work in an already established house or one or two quality humans that might be interested in teaming to get a place. I love meeting new people and am very social, although incredibly adaptable with different personalities and very respectful of others space and time. I work full-time as a BDM which involves a fair amount of travel and can be really busy/long days at times, so I enjoy just coming home and winding down. I also like to stay fit and train early morning 5-6 days a week - which means I generally go to bed around 9/9:30 Sunday - Thursday (sounds totally boring I know) I do try make up for it on the weekends by catching up with friends and I also enjoy a night out for a good food drinks and a boogie from time to time. I would love to live in a house with others who like to make a clean yet comfortable space, and don’t mind having a chat from time to time.
Hi im a nice girl from the western suburbs of adelaide and would love to share because ive been in a cheap one bedroom flat and would mucj prefer something better with a social aspect aswell. I am very reliable with rent and bills (it is my first priority) and can comfortably afford to pay my share. I do spend a lot of time at home but im planning to get back into the workforce and my jobseeker says it wont take me long at all to get something. I like comedies and i like make up and i like clothes and documentaries. I am also pretty clean, i might leave a dish in the sink on occassion but probably not if im sharing. Id love to meet with you if you have a room for rent. Seeya!
Beautifully renovated and spacious home only 5 mins or 3.5km from CBD. Multiple bus-stops within a few hundred metres of the house. Garage with electric, remote control door - you can share that with me if you have a car. All three bedrooms are large with built in robes and plantation shutters. Fourth small bedroom is set up as a study. Desk, new computer etc. already set up - you're free to use it. I set it up intending to use it but never really have. Two seperate living areas. House is fully furnished except you'll need to furnish and set up your bedroom. Serious enquiries are negotiable. Recently purchased house, gutted and stunningly re-done from top to bottom about three years ago, before I purchased it. The photos really do not do it justice. The backyard unfortunately is not looking its best right now as its undergoing a bit of a "transformation" / landscaping. Im happy for you to inspect. I'm looking to rent out two rooms.

I'm quiet, very respectful and easy to get along with. I consider myself to be quite friendly and social, while also respectful of people's personal lives and space. I work at a cafe and at a retail shop on a casual basis as well as studying full time in university so I keep quite busy. I enjoy spending the free time I do have watching Netflix. I'm not one for parties and would much prefer a quiet night in. I'm looking for a place that is friendly and welcoming, with roommates that are easy to get along with
I have recently come back to Adelaide for work- I will be here a relatively short time. I work as a business manager for an engineering consulting company. I have never tried Faltmates before and thought it could be fun and a great change from living solo for the past few years. I am looking for a furnished bedroom in a young friendly household. I am friendly, and easy going, clean and tidy, and like cooking, adventures and sport
I am looking for a room cheaper than mine right now. I am staying at townhouse in city, really good environment and housemate but I am trying to save money so I think I ll try to find suburb that is not far from school and workplace (Wayville). I also need car park (if off road is better). I am working part time, all day (weekdays and weekends) will be busy with Uni and work so barely home but when I do, I love peace. :) I cook my meal everyday (save money and just eat small portion). I am OCD so will be clean all the time ^^. I also like to go gym, anything about sports and travelling.
Trained as a future physician and scientist, I spend every second I can spare on making music: I play the piano, the organ and sing. Funfact about me: after highschool, I used to play jazzpiano in a restaurant in Paris. I love alpacas and all types of pastries. Jokes apart: I'm looking for a place to stay from Aug, 15th until when september ends. During my stay in Adelaide, I'll be undertaking a clinical elective in Cardiology at the Royal Adelaide Hospital.
I'm a student at the University of Adelaide. I'm friendly, cooperative and clean. Won't make much of a noise other than the occasional singing. Looking to rent a room a shared apartment/house or rent a studio/1 bedroom apartment for at least 6 months.
