Just another gal who doesn't have her own mortgage so on the hunt to pay off someone elses 🙄😂. Would love to find two other females to live with because I have spent 28 years with males and I've done my fucking time dealing with smells, ball sacks and beer bottles 🙅 NEED TO MOVE BETWEEN THE 9-23rd OF JULY- before uni break ends. Not overly fussed on north or south location, Kmart + KFC do need to be close by though 🐷🙈 I Study at Curtin uni and work in Burswood so need a house that's MAX 20-30 mins away from both those places. Plus side is I don't have 11 kids, down side is I would loveeee to find a pooch friendly rental, preferably a 4x2 so there is a room for a study, extra storage for 3 females that hang on to clothes that no longer fit but we remain in denial 😂 and a decent backyard for whoever has fur babies. If you're fan of elastic waistband trackies, wine and nibbles, potatoes, chocolate and just having a laugh then message away! 😘

Aussie born and raised, independent and full of life considering I am half way to being a fossil. I work in southern Metro area. I'm soon to be starting up further study so this may have me home at nights and maybe occasional weekends studying if not out with my daughter enjoying time. I'm a simple cook - at this stage - fancy being a test pilot?
Extremely convenient location. A quick three minute drive to Cockburn Central train station which has parking lots and a bike rack. A close drive to shopping centres and easy access to the Kwinana freeway. Only 20 minutes from the city. Also close to Murdoch University. The area is well developed with a large shopping centre, close to facilities such as gyms and an ample number of food places around.

We have nbn Internet, Netflix, fetch etc in the main lounge room. We would love a male/female, full time worker or FIFO to join us. Rent price negotiable for fifo. Having a few issues with photos to just text or come round and see for yourself.
Hi I'm Zoe, and I live with one other housemate and am looking for an easy going person who is tidy, who doesnt mind doing a bit of house work but who also likes to chill out and chat. The room up for rent has its own reverse cycle airconditioning unit with a built-in wardrobe. The house itself is quite big which allows everyone to have their own privacy. The suburb of South Lake is situated about 20 minutes from Perth CBD and about 15 minutes from Fremantle. The suburb is quiet and friendly and is close to two train stations and has buses which frequently run near the house. There are multiple shopping centres within short distance of the house so getting groceries and necessities has never really been an issue. If you have your own car it would be an advantage, but if not thats ok! So if you are that fun and friendly person, send me a message if you are interested and i will get back to you as soon as i can. No pets allowed. Thanks :)
Great location, on a bus route, close to train station and Gateways Shopping Centre. Air conditioned common area. The house is fully furnished, but BYO bed; we also share a bathroom. Looking for a female housemate only :)

Hey, I am a student at UWA and I am currently working part-time as a waitress. I need to move out by the 3rd of September as my lease ends then. I am a friendly, neat and organized person. I will be at school and be working most of the time so I will not disturb or bother anyone. I am also an international student from Singapore.
Hi, I am a student and looking for a long term stay female single room. I am a neat and tidy, clean, honest, friendly, respectful of the space of others, and quiet person. I have used to clean where I live at least once a week. I have been paying $100 per week for the double size bed single room & separate own bathroom (including bills) since Jun 2017. My max budget is $120 per week and hope this must include bills. I do not use heater even it is a freezing weather. I hope that only 3 people living in the same house as too many people live will make noise! About me as a roommate: I am focus primarily on my studies and working! I am easy going and respect other people's routines. I also am a non-smoker. I am looking for a place to live for more than 6 months, however, if all is well, I'd love to live there long term! Please give me a message if you feel I meet your criteria and we can discuss future options. Thanks Kind regards, Isabella
I am 29 year old, single, female. I moved back to Perth a month ago, after living in Kalgoorlie for 4 years. I work as a Credit Controller in Burswood, and am also studying Accounting part-time/online through Curtin. I have my licence, and a 2004 Ford Focus. I’m looking for a room for rent because I’m currently living with my brother and his gf in Shoalwater and driving to Burswood every day is getting tiresome quickly lol. Plus, although I do enjoy my “me time” - I do prefer to live with others and meet new people 😊 I also have a 4 year old rescue dog named Alfie, who as a result of his treatment as a puppy can be very shy and anxious when meeting new people. Howerver, it doesn’t take long for him to come out of his shell and he’s found a new best friend. He’s very protective, which makes him a great guard dog (which also makes my mum happy knowing he keeps me safe, haha). He’s well trained, and doesn’t dig holes: as he prefers chewing his toys or sunbaking, haha. If required, I can provide rental references to cover myself and Alfie, and also a reference from some dog-sitters who looked after him while I was in Europe for 2 months. I also have a police clearance less 12 months old.
Hi my name is Casey. I’m a 33 year old single guy I am easy going not a loud/noisy person pretty quiet ,I try to go to the gym everyday after work.. or if I’m not working I like to go for a skateboard, ride my push bike or just jump in me car and go for a cruise. I also like to have a beer or 2 or 3 or 4 and I respect people’s property space and privacy.
I’m a responsible hard working guy. Same job for 7 years, I come from a good family background and I have good values. Social drinker, not a party guy and no drugs for me! I’ve left my run late at moving out as my family home is amazing but it’s time!
Hi I'm Tiarna! I'm super friendly and laid back. I currently work 4 days per week as a property manager. The office is in Westminster so Cockburn central would be as far south as I could go. I am looking for someone to live with preferably one other person in an apartment or house. Hit me up! Also would do a team up.
I'm from Singapore. Currently doing my Early Childhood studies. Very clean and tidy person. Love to interact and feel home and would like to be quiet in the evening times so that I can study. Easy going personality. As for the room, I would prefer a room with ensuite. Location has to be easily accessible to the train station
Heyyy looking for granny flat or master bedroom for myself and my 3 year old son. Easy going positive chilled person studying and will secure barista employment depending what area we live in. Originally from new zealand been here for 12 years but still visit home alot. If anyone is keen to apply for rental together then let me know asap
Hi, My names Eric, I’m 21, I work 2 casual jobs which have part time hours with one being at Fiona Stanley Hospital. Im moving by myself as the household I’m currently in are all young boys who can’t look after themselves and help around the house. Looking for a home to be a safe heaven with like minded clean and responsible roommates who are keen for a new friend who enjoys having company but also their own space, laughs, music, cooking & a couple of shared drinks now and then. I LOVE pop music and pop culture so if you’ll like to hear me sing in the shower time to time to Lady Gaga & Charli XCX then I’m your guy hahaha. In my spare time I create & produce music, but will always respect everyone else around me by not playing at inappropriate times of the day/night. If you are someone who is clean, fun, funny, responsible and respectful of ALL persons of the LGBTQ+ community and all the different diverse races around then world, then we willl get along just fine :)
