I’m seeking a furnished one-bedroom flat, two bedroom flat, granny flat, or large studio for a minimum of 6-12 months. What I’m Looking For: ✅ Budget: Up to $550 per week ✅ Preferred Suburbs: Kewarra Beach, Palm Cove, Trinity Beach, Cairns City, Whitfield, Parramatta Park, Edge Hill, Redlynch, Smithfield, Brinsmead, Cairns North and surrounding areas. ✅ Move-in Date: 24 May 2025 (flexible- as temporarily staying at a friend’s in Cairns until I find the ideal place). About Me: I work full-time as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of an aged care, disability and mental health service Provider. My job is remote, with working hours from Monday to Friday (8am–5pm, sometimes later). I also FIFO (Fly In, Fly Out) once a month for Board meetings and events. I am seeking a quiet, private, and secure living environment, as I value my peace and privacy. I am a clean, respectful, and responsible tenant, with excellent references and bond ready. I’ve recently completed an Art Therapy Practitioner course, and I enjoy nature, the beach, and creative activities like painting. 🏖️🌊🎨🖌️ While I enjoy friendly conversations, I prefer a home that is peaceful and free from high-traffic or party environments.
