Hello everyone, We have two rooms for rent in my Townhouse in Yarrabilba, one room is medium sized and the other is smaller sized. The rooms will not come furnished but there are built-in wardrobes and shutters have recently been installed for privacy and cooling. The house is located in the developing area of Yarrabilba - approximately 40 minutes from the Gold Coast, 45 minutes from Brisbane CBD and 20 minutes from Springwood/Daisy Hill areas. It is at the beginning of the Yarrabilba estate, walking distance 5 minutes from the local Coles/McDonald's and bus-stops. There are four bedrooms spread over two levels, each level has its own bathroom and toilet. Upstairs is the main living area with the kitchen/pantry and two bedrooms. Downstairs has two bedrooms with the laundry and garage. There are currently two of us living here, so we are both quiet and keep to ourselves or are out working/studying/socialising most of the time. There are a number of parking spaces available two in the garage, one on the driveway (covered by the front veranda) and also street-parking is available (usually first come first serve basis). The rooms are $150/week with unlimited NBN internet. All other bills are not included. Bond will include four weeks rent. We are looking for people who clean up after themselves, respect privacy/property and is relatively organised. I'm working on a vegie garden, it's coming along nicely. Internet is NBN. The wooden floorboards throughout make it very cosy and welcoming. The large front verandah is perfect for watching the mountains change colour. It's just a short walk to the local shop, butcher and bus stop. There's plenty of room to get away from each other when necessary ;) and it's surprisingly private. The neighbours are great, they keep to themselves, as I do.
