Hello, I'm 19 year old Nomi, from Mongolia, arriving in Sydney on September 13th as a diploma student at UTS College, further transferring to UTS for my Bachelor's degree.
I'm looking for a place that's walkable distance from UTS and preferably an all-female accommodation to live in long-term with mates around a similar age group. It'd be nice to be able to hang out together and develop actual connections rather than just co-existing in the same flat.
I like to keep my living space very clean, tidy, and on the quiet side; hence, housemates with like values would be preferred.
