I am a 37 year old doctor who will be working at RPA from early February 2026 looking for a flatshare close to work. I will be commuting to Newcastle to see my family most weekends and will be studying for my specialist exams a lot when I am not at work during the week. Happy to have a chat over a drink or meal or show during a study break though! I am looking for a tidy, quiet /non party place where we respect each other and each others work and privacy but can chat and be not-awkward :) I am neat, organised and respectful. Would be ideal if you are open to splitting costs of a cleaner since my free time will be limited with study so not looking to spend long periods of time cleaning
