I'm a 47-year-old woman who works full time. I work from home mostly but can go to office occasionally. I work in health insurance. I enjoy photography, reading and going for walks in my free time. I’d like to find a place that is cleanish, and quiet. I work well with having my own responsibilities so I don’t mind a cleaning roster. I have 2 indoor cats whom I’ll clean up after myself so i hope you don’t mind the presence of a litter box. I will save for an automated litter box as house sharing (after moving in) so there won’t be much if any smell once I have obtained one. I’d like a peaceful space where I can relax and be myself. I am quite independent do like watching tv/movies together at times too for some social time. The main thing is you are a person whom is easy to get along with, you help with cleaning the main areas and you are willing to close doors behind you so the cats don’t go outside.

I get it, it's been a long day. That said, you should totally play board games with me and come along for mini golf. 🤞 ⭐ I'm super friendly, cruisy and non-judgemental- I don't really get offended by anything, as long as you're nice then I'm happy! ⭐ I care about making sure everyone's comfortable at home- your home is your fortress, man. Nobody should need to feel on edge, or feel like they need to put on a mask at home. As long as we're all being nice, keeping the house clean, and respectful of each other's needs- I'm happy for us all to just... do whatever, relax and let our hair down. ⭐ I've been told that I'm good company? I'm a pretty funny guy, as long as I'm not tired or busy people tend to have a great time when I'm around.
