Beach lifestyle living cannot get better than this! Will probably suit a student but others I’m willing to consider and can arrange for it to be furnished. The location of this home is impeccable; Direct access to the beach across the road, minutes walk to woolworths one way and the seaford shops and train station the other. easy to get to the eastlink and a little further around to get to peninsula link. Its fully floor boarded throughout and every room is separated/has its own doorway so plenty of privacy. its an older home and has plenty of character. everything is negotiable but smoking and drugs are def out and no one who sells themselves bringing random guys into the home (Yes, that has happened previously) I don't have an issue if you do that but not while living with me thanks. I'm in no hurry and will wait for the right fit
