Hi there! I'm Kacey. I'm looking to move from regional Victoria to Melbourne, due to changes in my work and family commitments.
I'd love to live in Frankston, as it's close to the beach and I LOVE the beach (it's my happy place), and the ocean views from this apartment are amazing!
I look forward to getting more involved in my hobbies, including kayaking and boating, as well as martial arts (I see there are several great martial arts schools in the area).
I'm looking to lease a place for myself only, and would prefer to start with a 6 month lease if possible, to see how I enjoy living in Frankston. If all goes well, I'd love to continue my lease beyond the initial 6 months.
I work in IT as a Digital Project Manager for a software development company (Ackama), and I'm quiet, a non-smoker, and will look after the place like my own - I'm a landlord as well, so I very much appreciate a good tenant! :)
