My name is Nikki, and I currently live in Bundaberg with my partner Fraser. I have to re locate to Brisbane for Uni to start in July but would like to get my bearings before I move. My partner Fraser is currently on clinical placement for his degree, but will be joining me in Brisbane after he has finished. We are both super friendly, easy going people who love to have a laugh however, we are also relatively quiet at first. We are also both very clean people and like to keep clean home. We aren't very adventurous people but we are open to new opportunities like travelling to different countries . We also love to eat and go to different places to eat. :)

Well what is there to to tell, My name is Crystal , im 24 I've recently made the big move to Brisbane 5 months ago, I enjoy the little things in life good company, food and spontaneous adventures . wouldn't call myself a chef but I do love to cook and bake ,bad side of things is I always make way to much so be warned to be over fed. I'm a active girl who likes to train at least 5 times a week if not more , so I don't have as guilty having a few beers on the weekend. I do have a 6mth old fridge and washing machine that I would like to bring with me if there is room .
Heya, I am a 25yo female looking to make the big move almost 2 thousand kms from my home town. I currently live in a small country town in south west Victoria. I am looking into employment around the Brisbane area where I would be aiming for work in the horse racing industry which mean early starts and arvo work. I am very considerate of my housemates and keep quiet in the morns when I leave etc. I pride myself on having a bright and bubby personality. I'm very easy to get along with and easy to live with. I'm not OCD but I keep my living space tidy and don't mind cooking 'family' dinners. I'm not a crazy partier but I definitely enjoy having a night out or quiet drink on the weekends on my night off. I have a small dog named Turbo. He is my world and eveybodys friend. I do prefer him to be able to come inside when I'm home but happy for him to have a lot of outside time all the same. He is toilet trained and very quiet (will sleep all day and night) unless you want to play fetch with him haha! He gets along with any animal and human and is a pretty no fuss kind of a dude. *My move date is unconfirmed at this stage. I would love to hear from you if you have something that may suit. Terri
I compliment an easy-going housemate dynamic. for the past 18 months I've shared a great home with 2 amazing guys but it's time to look ahead and find someplace new. I am quite content with my own company and have interests from social dancing to cooking fresh food, to binging on movies and occasionally getting out & reconnecting with nature in the great outdoors. I love having people's company but I also enjoy just chilling out and keeping it pretty low-key. I value respectful co-living habits but pretty much get along by being relaxed, funny (occasionally) and being open-minded. I should add that my preference would be living in a non smoking household.
Cute small house in great location 10min from Brisbane city. This house is kept exceptionally clean and has new kitchen and wooden floor boards. Very large backyard and outdoor area great for entertaining. The room fits a queen bed and a cupboard (however is not furnished) and views the lovely backyard. The house does not currently have a lounge but you are welcome to bring yours. Kitchen and laundry fully furnished.

I am looking for friendly and reliable housemate/s - who will pay their share of the rent on time, be respectful of the living space and don’t mind a wee chat every so often, over a meal or glass of wine. Fantastic location - Close to the city and Chermside, less than 3 minute walk to bus stop (370 direct to CBD). Quiet part of the street, friendly neighbours and Kedron Brook Park is nearby, plus shops, takeaway food and post office on Gympie Road. The house features a great sunroom, updated kitchen, one bathroom and fans throughout. There is also a large garage with heaps of storage space/cupboards, a front courtyard and on-street parking. ** Electricity is the only other bill and gets paid each quarter ***Rental history/referee required
I work full-time and also study at university (6 months left until I graduate). I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. Feel free to chill in your room or join me in watching a TV show, I don't mind! If any of us want to have friends over for a drink etc. every now and then, the only rule is you must save your housemate(s) a drink! I'm a pretty clean/tidy individual, and I won't chuck a tantrum if you forget to do the dishes one night. I don't smoke either. If we can keep everything reasonably clean and pay the rent on time, we will get along fine!
Hi All, My name is Reece, I'm 27 and looking for a new place in Brisbane. I just finished living in London for 2 years and moving back to Brisbane. At the moment I'm most likely looking for shorter term accommodation as I'm also still looking for work. However for the moment just being close to some kind of public transport will be fine. I've also got enough savings to pay rent until starting work. I like going to see concerts, hanging with friends and hiking in the outside world and generally playing games/binge watching shows when I'm home. I've been living in shared accom for the last 2.5 years so I'm used to keeping tiding and living with a group of people. Preferably looking for something furnished or just with a bed at minimum and internet connection would be great too! Move in date also flexible Cheers!
The date 8 June is flexible. My 19 year old daughter arrives from the UK 5 June for 4 weeks. We will be away for at least two weeks during her stay. In addition to securing an ideal granny flat or private room I would also be interested in the option to rent a room which would be used for occasional use inbetween my cooking assignments outside of Brisbane. I have been offered assignments away from Brisbane which I will consider if a room for storage of my belongings and occasional use, 4/6 nights monthly, can be secured. Personal info: I am a home owner overseas and understand the importance of mutual respect and privacy. Also to respect and care for the property of others. I am a youthful, non smoking mature lady with a positive outlook. Known for thinking ahead and for being considerate. I am Aussie born and raised having returned to Brisbane after living overseas for 30 years. I am a semi retired chef with lots of private work in Brisbane. I love the arts, outdoors, live music, dancing, history, various sports and meeting people. I am not overly keen on argumentative people.
Hi I'm Phi, I'm 25, self-employed freelancer. I'm a social introvert, who is career orientated but likes to have fun. I am told I'm pretty chill and easy going and get along with most people. I have a small lap dog who is desexed and house trained that I'd like to move in with me, but if pets can't be accommodated on the property, then my parents are willing to keep her.
Hey potential housemate, If you decide to join our household you will be sharing with a positive, respectful, clean 26 year old female and a small dog. I have just finished my undergraduate degree and will be both working completing more study this year. There a great sized yard for a townhouse and immaculate privacy with high gates surrounding each side of the townhouse. As well as an outside swing chair to enjoy the lovely weather. The townhouse is fully furnished. You just need to bring your own bed and a desk for your room if you like. Rent is $190 + elec, gas and internet Bond is required as 4 weeks rent and one week rent is to be paid in advance. There's a pool and tennis court to use at your own convenience. The complex located in Kedron is a quiet and safe one. A community where mutual respect is both given and received by all. There is a hidden away walking track so getting to the city just as easy as escaping into nature. I am a laid back person although general cleanliness is necessary eg taking turns cleaning the bathroom, ensuring the kitchen is clean. Mutual respect and calm conflict resolution is also required (If we do have any small conflicts!) so we can all live in a happy comfortable home. There is air conditioning in the living/kitchen area and a fan in the room. The room has large built in cupboards and a nice leafy view. There is one bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs also. The complex is a 3-5 minute walk to the main bus stop on Gympie Road as well as a 20 minute walk to Chermside. If you drive Chermside is 5 minutes down the road and accessible without having to enter Gympie Road. 8 minutes from Wooloowin Train Station. Airport link is almost directly in front of us as well as a 7/11, petrol station, dominos, post office, bottle shop, pub and a new Coles being built all within a 5 minute walk. The location is fantastic and suitable for a day worker, shift worker, night worker or student. A small dog would also be ideal to stay. I am a very open and accepting person and hope that this ad has sparked your interest. Please contact me anytime if you have any questions about the property or myself. You can either call or message me on 0413 074 008. Hope to hear from you soon. Zoe

I am an allied health professional working standard Monday-Friday hours. I am looking for a place to live closer to work (Chermside) with a housemate of similar age. I am originally from Melbourne and have been in Brisbane for 2 years while studying my masters degree. I'm looking for a friendly and considerate housemate (prefer one housemate, but happy to consider more if the fit is right!) who likes to have a chat but keeps most of the socialising outside of home. Ideally looking for a place with off street parking but will consider without.
