They say you're only as great as the company you keep and I have the most awesome Cavoodle... so by default, I'm pretty rad too :) I respect others space and belongings. I like chats at home over a few ciders and a delicious cook up. I'm a veteran at the share house thing, so I've learnt how to adapt and mix well with a diversity of personalities. I like a stylish yet chilled haven as my home is my sanctuary... go out to party, stay home to unwind.
Me and my blue heeler dog Belle have teamed up with another couple and are currently in the process of inspecting and applying for houses. We are after a fourth person as most of the places we are looking at have four bedrooms! Me: Relocating from Melbourne but originally from Qld. Working full time in Redcliffe next year at the hospital. Enjoy a glass of wine on a balcony in the afternoon, a solid Netflix night and watching First Dates and going out for cocktails or brunch. Clean but not pedantic. Keen on paying a little bit extra for the main bedroom due to my ridiculous wardrobe quantity :). Louis & Vihangi: Young couple from Melbourne originally relocating to Brisbane. Vihangi attending University of Queensland. Louis working in Brisbane CBD. Keen on a bedroom and an extra room for a study. Belle: One year old blue heeler dog. Loves everyone. Free for walks at any time. Most of the places we are thinking of applying for are in Windsor, Gordon Park or Hendra. A male would be good to even out the genders but not essential. Someone between the ages of 23-32ish would fit in well :).
Hi! I'm Maddy and I'm an RN at the RBWH. So if you hurt yourself, I'm a great roomie 👌🏼 Looking to hopefully move at the end of February/start of march. Would like to stay in close proximity to the hospital and if there are some other Royal/Charlies nurses out there keen to get a place together that would be great! I'm a neat and tidy person who loves to cook and bake (brownies, cookies, you name it) and loves a good cheese platter and wine. (Usually I do it by myself, but with friends is better #singlelife) I know how to be quiet, but also don't mind having a chat and a laugh on the couch in my pj's eating pizza. If you haven't worked it out by now, I really enjoy food. Oh and I don't smoke. My prerequisites for a new place would that I get the garage/undercover car space and potentially my own bathroom if it is more than 2 bedrooms, but I'm not picky, as long as you're neat and tidy! If you're looking to move at this time, chuck me a message!
I am a social person who likes a chat, but I also value my privacy and quite downtime. I have been living in share accommodation for the past 4 months, and believe that I am a tidy and easy going person to live with. I am currently in between jobs, but am actively looking for work, I am currently on Centrelink payments. While I am 17, I will turn 18 in January. I have been told that I am mature for my age, which my current housemates would agree with.
Brand new build apartment ready to being called home! Beautiful timber finishing through out. 2km to Chermside shopping centre, chemist warehouse just around corner and everything you possibly need just at your fingertips. Driving straight to Gympie road lead you to everywhere or walking 150m to get the bus straight to CBD The apartment will be fully furnished and curtains will be installed. And all rooms with air-con and walking in wardrobes The bill is including all the utilities and internet It will take 24-48 hours to be approved to move in
Renovated queenslander home with spacious bedrooms for rent. Bills included! The rooms on offer are large, both with huge built-in wardrobes that has plenty of room for storage up top. The rooms easily fit a queen-size bed and bedroom furniture. One has a ceiling fan and both have easily accessible power points. The first room is in the centre of the house (3.6m x 3.5m), and does not have a window, although the bedroom door looks through to the window in the lounge room. The room is easily darkened day or night for sleeping, making it a brilliant option for those who work overnight. ($180 a week) The second room has windows, offering heaps of natural light (3.5m x 3.4m), as well as the other features mentioned above. ($220 a week) There is a large lounge room, dining area and a large, modern kitchen and a renovated bathroom. You would share the bathroom with the other tenants, who generally need the bathroom at different times so there are no troubles accessing the bathroom when you need it. There is an enormous, secure storage area under the house, where you will also find the washing machine and dryer. There is plenty of off-street parking available in this quiet, residential street. There is a large backyard with a clothesline, as well as a covered area for drying clothes. The house is close to all sorts of things to make life easier: a 10-15 minute drive to Brisbane Airport, 5 minutes from grocery shops in Stafford and less than 10 minutes from Chermside Shopping Centre. For public transport, it’s a quick stroll to Gympie Road to catch one of the regular buses heading in and out of the city. It’s a straight run into the city down Lutwyche Road. If you’re keen on exercising outside, the walkways by Kedron Brook are close by, and lead to a local park with exercise equipment. The fortnightly rent includes electricity, gas, internet and fortnightly cleaning. The rooms will become available at approximately mid-December.

Shalom! My name is Chevy, I'm a 19 year old author, blogger and columnist! I am looking for a cool guy or gal to stay with in or around the city from January onwards in order to look for part/full time work. I can teach you Hebrew phrases and cook you Kebabs. We can be partners, conspirators. We will plot our takeover. It will be just like in the movies. I've grown up in the suburbs and also in the sticks - I lived in a small rural town, in fact so small it can no longer even be found on maps, and attended a school with only twelve or so other students (what?). Shortly after moving to the suburbs, the school closed down and the town was virtually abandoned. I grew up in Upper Caboolture for about eight years before moving West to Kilcoy, where I have been for the last six or so years. In my spare time I am a blogger and a collumnist, and I am about to publish a non-ficton book on the changing dynamic of power in the Middle East. At the same time I play Minecraft and my eating habits are ridiculous, so I am still quite the typical teenager. Just a little different. Let's you and I get in contact!
One bedroom unit available in Kedron from 15th of December (or even earlier). Very neat and tidy. Consist of - 1 bedroom with built in wardrobe - bathroom - kitchen - back yard - own entrance Please notice the flat is unfurnished. Very quiet property with lovely neighbours. Close to public transport. Rent is $290/week ( water included) Bond 4 weeks up front Adress available upon request. Please contact via
Hey hunters! It is a really cosy unit and pretty big for only one person so I am looking for someone to share the space who is willing to call this nice place home! House is fully furnished, it has a massive balcony, a nice BBQ and a great view of the Bradbury Park! Your room comes with the furniture, there is a wall to wall built-in wardrobe!! Kitchen has everything you would ever need; a massive fridge (which is brand new), dishwasher, kettle&toaster, sandwich press, coffee machine, blender, and some other small goods - I love cooking so I have many things here. I have space if you want to study, a white board :) Living room is very big so we both can have our own space. You will have the main bathroom but don’t worry no-one else will use it but you, if anyone visits me they will use my own bathroom. I have a brand new washing machine, so the fridge and the washing machine are only 10 months old. there is many cupboards and little storage things everywhere so you will find living here quite handy I promise! Unlimited internet is $30 monthly. There is aircon in every room and ceiling fan in the bedrooms. Please come and see the place and we can have a chat. Nesli - 0451 491 104 Deepali - 0433 493 886 Lease ends on the 27th of July 2017.
I'm looking for a suitable place to move ideally before the end of December, it can be early 2017 though. I'm 22 and work full time. I'm a social person but respect and like my own personal space. I'm clean and tidy and easy to get along with. I like to go out for drinks or dinner every now and again but otherwise love getting outdoors, especially to the beach.
I'm looking for some easygoing flatmates in the Chermside/nundah area. I'm new to Brisbane and will be commuting to Redcliffe for work, starting in late January. I'm friendly, like to keep active, and always happy to share a meal or a glass of wine.
Well, this isn't my first rodeo when it comes to house sharing, so I hope I make a good flat mate.... I'm quiet and respectful, clean and tidy, I love to have a good old chat and have a wine or two of an evening with dinner - but I won't be in your face 24/7 and I'd hope you're not in mine. My hobbies include TV watching (various things and definitely some trash TV), hanging out with friends on the weekends (brunnnnnnnch!), drinks on a Friday night and going to the beach most weekends - as an ex-Melbourne girl good beaches are still somewhat of a novelty for me. At the moment I work full time, and in the new year I will be leaving my current job and commencing part time work as I'll be continuing studying (Nursing), so between work and uni 2017 is going to be busy. I come with stuff too if we need it, like a washing machine, fridge, couch and kitchen items, but I'm also happy to find storage for these things if need be. I lovvvvvvvvvvvvve to cook and bake so if you like cookies I'm your girl! In a nutshell I'm looking for someone I can be friends with and live with I'd love to live with someone similar!
Honestly, best thing to do is to come and have a house inspection. Young students or young Full timers preferred. You'll love its yard and location. Its a quiet suburban house that is super close to the city and Chermside Shopping centre - But in a quiet family neighbourhood. Big back deck which is perfect for having a few drinks after a long day. Storage underneath the house. It is fully furnished but feel free to add to it. At the moment its a 3 bedroom house with just me and my dog, which she is super chill. She is a german shepherd/Staffy. So if one person moves in it will be $180 - If we fill the other room it'll be $120 and I may already have a friend keen for that. Perfect for any Uni students as it is a 10 min bus straight to QUT and the city. Lots of parks and shops nearby. 10-15 minute drive to the Valley/city ($10 UBER)
Hi, I'm Kamilah and I am looking for 1-2 people to share a house with beginning at the end of January when my current lease runs up. I currently work part time and study full time with 6 months left until I graduate. I am very responsible with my rent and bills and I have a number of necessary household appliances that I would bring with me that would be available for everyone to use. I do enjoy to be sociable however I also enjoy my own privacy and downtime. I am often at my boyfriends a number of nights during the week so would not always be at home. I would also be happy to pay extra for an ensuite. The suburbs I have listed below are only a rough guide and I would be open to other locations on the Northside. If you feel like we might be suited then please message me! :)
The room will be available on the 26th of October. The house is on a quiet street in Kedron, close to the Kedron Brook, the soon-to-be-opened Coles Kedron and relatively central to everything. It's got polished timber floors throughout, a modern kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet. There's plenty of space for furniture in the living room, if you need extra space. The backyard is big and shady, great to enjoy the upcoming summer months! We are looking for someone that is happy to be on the lease for 12 months as we will be renewing it at the end of October. We are also advertising a larger room in the house for $160 a week rent (it will be either of the rooms, not both available). You can check that out here: http://flatmates.com.au/P445837 Sorry. No Pets or smokers.
Close to city, really quiet neighbourhood, old queenslander. Heaps of storage space under the house. All appliances and white goods. Timber floors so easy to clean. One shower/Bath, extra own toilet close to room. Bedroom is 2.6 x 3.5m with an extra side room which is 2 x 3.5 m that is open to the kitchen comes with hammock if wanted. High ceilings. Small walk in pantry, big fridge. Gas oven, grill and cooktop. Undercover parking if needed. Lease ends/renews in february.
Born and raised in Birmingham, UK, I am a Exotic Animal Veterinary Surgeon. I'm laid back, relaxed and sociable - but will always do my part to help with the house work. I'm always keen to play sport - especially football, volleyball and capoeira. My other hobby is board gaming. I will be working full time as a Veterinary Surgeon for 6 months in Brisbane during my time in Australia, with the view to travelling afterwards.
