Looking for a housemate to join us in January 2019 :) Are you our new housemate? A room will become available in our beautiful Geebung home from 11/01/2019. You will have your own room in a sunny house, located 3 minutes from Westfield Chermside and Marchant Park. Your room is just $140 per week with bills split between the 3 of us. The house is located in a quiet street and has a beautiful back deck, front and rear gardens, and off-street parking. We are a walk to Geebung Train Station and a short train trip to Brisbane CBD! Also, the house is literally 500 metres from the nearest cafe :) Ideally you are aged 18-28, working and/or studying, smoke and drug free. You will be sharing with myself and my friend, 22yo female, who studies at ACU and works part-time. Please contact me to chat further! About me, I currently work full-time and in 2019 I will be studying full-time at ACU and working part-time. I'm friendly, respectful, clean, love a chat and also enjoy my downtime. When I'm not working I like to exercise, read, explore parks with my dog, socialise, visit cafes and churches, and volunteer. My sweet 3-year-old dog is very loving and offers many cuddles. Hope to hear from you soon :)
Hey everyone! I'm new to Brisbane and currently looking for a place to live around Chermside. I have been renting for three years now and know how to keep things tidy, as well as respecting other people's personal space. In saying that, i love a social household and if my roommates wanted to hang out or have a drink, that would be awesome! I work full time. I'm into sport, music, fitness, travelling, gaming and heaps of other stuff. Hit me up if you're interested. :)
I am a friendly person, clean and I would respect common spaces. I currently work in Chermside shopping centre and running my online business. Time by time I work on a graphic design projects. I am really into personal development and meditation. I love travelling, photography and being in contact with nature I am looking for a place to live where I could feel at home. Ideal moving period: mid of October. I prefer a furnished room.
Hi, I am currently looking for a room or team up with 2 or 3 other house mates with a similar way of living. I work full time and live an active lifestyle which normally keeps me pretty busy, but I also dont mind the occasional drink or two. I am fairly laid back but also enjoy living in a clean house. I have a 4 year old Irish wolf hound, he is extremely friendly but loves to spend time inside getting cuddles. I would prefer to live closer to the city but anywhere on the North side of Brisbane will be considered. Please feel free to message me to organise a coffee.
22 year old flight attendant with a cat best friend. Away majority of the week, would ideally like someone who is able to feed flossy whilst I’m away. Super relaxed and love to have fun, enjoy an occasional wine.

But I also love having a drink with my housemates & general catch ups. I try to keep active with pilates and walks, but it doesn't always fit into my schedule haha I like reading and movies & the general stuff. I'm signing a lease on an apartment in Nundah this week. The apartment is available to move in from Oct 5, but I won't be moving until the following week. Check out the ad & flick me a message if you're interested :)

Will keep the place clean and keep you good company. HMU!
You will be living in a high set Queenslander with a front balcony and large backyard. The house in the heart of Kedron and is a 3-5 minute walk to the bus stop with express buses coming every 10-15 minutes which stop at King George Station and the cultural centre. You will have your own unfurnished bedroom.
Easy going and open minded. Tidy and respect other people's space. Don't smoke but not against it. Have a car. I Don't have a pet but I'm good with animals. Working casually at the mo at a juice manufacturer .. so free juice for all !! Mostly hanging in my room playing games, watching movies, and enjoy the odd Bush walk. Don't mind having a chat and catch up, mostly keep to myself.
As you now I'm a student nurse at QUT looking for good, affordable accommodation toward the end of the year with house mates who are clean and not too noisy. I like going to the gym, weekly park runs, shopping in the markets, reading and going to the movies. Favourite programs are GOT, Vikings and House of Cards.
Modern and massive house located in a quiet, family friendly street, very close to public transport, Coles, Westfield Chermside, and all kinds of takeaway places. The house has two separate living areas, a massive modern kitchen, a pool and on outside area, and a small front balcony, and with heaps of parking available on-street. The room is located upstairs, is very decently sized, can easily fit a queen bed, big built ins with a huge sliding mirror, and access to the front balcony. You will be sharing a bathroom with two other housemates, both are really clean and are good to share with.
I am a yoga teacher and wellness specialist (working with PTSD/trauma/high-stress occupations) looking at making the move back to Brisbane from the Sunshine Coast. I have a beautiful, 5y/o husky who loves people but as a rescue pup, doesn't do well with other dogs in the same space. She's fluffy, but I make sure I clean up after her. (Outside-only dog - I know people always say that, but this is actually very true). I also have a sweet, quite timid inside-only cat (so she's clean) who will probably hide a lot of the time until she gets to know people. I'm clean, super-respectful of space and boundaries, am not a partier but can enjoy a wine or two over good conversation. I'm friendly and love when I live with people I can get along with. I'm reliable with bills and a good communicator. Bonus: I also come with an espresso coffee machine! I also have white goods (can be stored elsewhere if necessary) and super comfy lounge suite (can confirm: best napping couch!) Since I own my own business, I will need space at least in the bedroom for my desk if not an extra area where possible. I'm generally pretty busy and focused on my work. When I'm not doing that, I'm out at yoga (doing or teaching), walking the dog, being active (just getting into indoor rock climbing), finding a park to chill out and read in, etc etc. My move date is just dependent on finding the right place. Let me know if you have any other questions :)
Hello, I'm Kate, and I'm a purple haired, deaf, goth chick who is looking for friendly, open-minded people to share a house with. I sometimes work in the Valley and often socialise out on the weekends. When I'm home, I tend to keep to myself on my computer mostly. I clean up after myself, try to be considerate as possible and enjoy the occasional housemate hang outs. I figured I'd add just a few things I'm looking for, to give an idea of what I'm after: 🗺️ Location: Somewhere close to public transport as I do not drive. Ideally near routes that go to the city/valley as I often head into town. Currently based in Geebung, and looking at areas like Chermside, Kedron, Albion etc, along the Gympie Rd bus routes (340/333/330), but willing to consider other locations as long as I can get around easily enough and be independent travel-wise. 💲 Budget: Has to be share-housing that is reasonable and affordable for someone on Centrelink; as a deaf person, work is hard for me to come by; bar hours are highly unreliable and work is dry for me atm, so I would like to ensure I can afford my rent on Centrelink, whether I have the hours or not. I always pay my rent on time. Bills included preferred, but not necessary. All up rent + bills cannot be over $190 as I simply cannot afford that! 🐾 Pet-friendly preferred, so I can get myself either a cat or a small caged animal(s). 👥 People: I'd prefer open-minded, considerate, laid back, friendly people I can get along with. I'd like to be able to have friends over occasionally and host the occasional gathering, potentially. Open to sharing with smokers, as long as my area/clothes don't get stinky from it! ;) (Balcony/outdoor smokers preferred but it ain't a deal breaker for me) 🏡 House would be preferred but won't say no to reasonably sized townhouses/units,etc. Storage also preffered. 🛌 Room to be big enough for my queen sized bed, bedside tables, my computer desk and furniture to put clothes in/or have built ins. I'd also like some storage space to put a few boxes in. 🛋️ I have my own furniture for my bedroom; and also a couch, armchairs, coffee table, microwave and washing machine that I would be willing to share and furnish a share-house with. 🌏 Unlimited internet connection preferred, as I occasionally game and spend a lot of time on Netflix! 🏁 Ideally looking for somewhere to start a long term lease and stay put for the next two years at least, unless circumstances change it otherwise. Feel free to message me if you have any other questions!
Need off-street parking. Not looking a party house, I like my own space, but like to have a chat, a social drink when others available. Looking for a clean, quiet house. Maximum of 3 people or less including me would be ideal. I’m a shift worker, working night shifts in the Brisbane airport, so, sleeps during daytime after work. A house within 30 min from the airport. Happy to pay up to $240 for a good accommodation. Would consider all the options. Sorry... I'm Not a Pet person (cats or dogs). Thanks.

I am a fun person but like my down time too, not a party animal though, I like to watch movies, listen to music out for dinner that sort of thing. I’m pretty easy to live with, tidy and clean, I pick up after myself, I love cats,
Kind of new to Brisbane, I just finished a world trip this year and slowly getting back on my feet, easy going and i like to keep fit. I do all the normal sharehouse things like clean, be quiet in the mornings, take the bins out etc. Looking for a place around Chermside as I train there most days.
Hi, I'm Tamara. I'm 28 and have 2 mature, small lapdogs. Both are indoor dogs and fully house trained. I work shift work and study, both full time. I am also an introverted people person, and usually pretty busy and keep to myself. I am clean, courteous and respectful. I enjoy cooking, reading and exploring new places and have eclectic tastes in nearly everything. I like my privacy and space and respect other people's, although happy to be social and share common rooms and a meal... I have been told my cooking and baking skills are pretty good and I haven't killed anyone yet with it, so it can't be too bad. Haha. Clean, honest, respectful and always pay bills on time.
