Love a great chat and do enjoy a lot of fun. However, I can be a quiet guy depending on my housemates preferences of course! I'm always working or studying and find myself to be out and away from the house a lot. I do regularly travel for holidays too. I'm generally neat and tidy and can be obsessively organized at times!
I'm a professional working full-time and studying a Bachelor of Science part-time at uni so I am very busy and only at home during the evenings. I'm currently in an awesome share at Clayfield but sadly this is only until the end of November 2017, so I am looking for a female flatmate of similar age who I could potentially share with long-term. I don't have parties or regular visitors, don't drink or smoke, and respect the privacy of those I live with. I'm very fitness-minded so I'm up early and go to bed early, so I don't keep anyone up at night too. If you are looking for a quiet, tidy, mature and reliable flatmate who values a relaxed and peaceful household and you are offering a flexible period of up to 6 months to 1 year to stay in a furnished room (preferably with own bathroom) then please don't hesitate to contact me. (Please note: I am currently not looking to sign on to a lease/take over a lease, apologies.) Looking forward to hearing from you - please feel free to ask any questions if you'd like to know more! Update: I've had quite a few offers recently (thankyou) but please note I am not looking to live with someone who is on the party scene, heavy social drinking etc. Unfortunately my schedule means I'm on the super quiet side at the moment and looking for someone who is the same way! Cheers.
I'm keen to meet new people and start making new friends with new people. I love pets so I don't mind a place with pets and would love to help out with them. I can clean up after myself and don't mind cleaning up a little for others too if necessary. Would like to move out before the end of the year if possible. Im really after anywhere on the Northside that isn't past Albany Creek to Boondall. I would be up to moving out with someone my around my age and could find a property or unit to rent between the two or three of us, message me if you're interested or have any questions
Relocating to Brisbane for work and would like to share a place until I get settled in (though if it works well then hey, great!). Single professional lady, non smoker, no pets. I am not a party type, and don't know anyone in the area so will be pretty quiet! Though I do like socialising and am friendly. I generally work 8am-6pm four days a week. I'm allergic to cats (though I do love them!), and generally prefer to share with men, or a share house with at least one man (nothing personal ladies), however I'm open to discussions. Thank you for looking at my profile!
Hospitality worker so hoping to find a flexible room mate or private living area, granny flat, studio etc. I won't be there too often as I am always working and enjoy my sleep and quiet days off work. I'm a great cook and big coffee lover. Smoker, enjoy outdoors and animals. I've rented many houses of my own and lived with housemates. I enjoy my privacy and only ask for honestly and always communicate. I can finish work sometimes as late as 3am, but will always respect possible other housemates. I also catch 375 bus to work but love cars and hope to get my licence soon. Please message me if I seem like someone whod be great for your rental. No student accomodation please

Share this new furnished apartment with a mature easy going male. The rent includes everything: furnishing, electricity, Internet, water. No one has lived in the room advertised. It is completely new and clean, along with the new bed and mattress.. Located 5 minutes away from Chermside Shopping centre. All you need is around the corner: Aldi, a Coles getting built close by, Woolworths at Chermside, BP service station, bus stops, KFC, Hungry Jacks, Subway, and a number of other restaurants and shops across Gympie road. The available room has a double bed with a water proof mattress protector, ceiling fan. There is ample space for a study desk, otherwise enjoy the space. The bathroom is located just opposite the bedroom, and has a bath/shower and toilet. Washing machine and dryer are located here too. Living area has 4 seater dining area, new comfortable sofas with soft suede-ish material, air conditioning, Netflix, games, and some extras. Balcony available for relaxing, drying clothes, etc. Kitchen has most of what you would need. You may make use of the visitor parking spaces, or on street parking which always has lots of space. No pets allowed. Adjustments to rent can be made to accommodate couples!
It's located 2 streets away from Gympie road, so plenty of public transport. KFC and Hungry Jacks (located on Gympie Road) are within walking distance, the new coles is within walking distance. Chermside shopping centre is a 5 minute drive. Please let me know if you require photos. The room is very large and will fit quite a lot of stuff in there. There is everything you need in the house already and is airconditioned. The lease is up on November 6 so it will be a short stay.
I keep to myself a lot but I do love a chat. I'm a fan of baking and will often have either a whole cake or the fixing for cake handy (I take orders) I'm a shift worker so there's the possibility of not even seeing me for weeks at a time if that's something you're looking for. I have an indoor cat called Turnip and he's more dog than cat. He loves cuddles and he'll meet you at the door after work. He's a bit of a sook. (The suburbs listed are just a bunch of randoms, I'm open to anywhere within 10-15km from Brisbane's CBD)
Photos are from previous sale of the house. All walls have been painted white and there is hardwood flooring throughout. Huge backyard, perfect for entertaining and storage in the back shed if you need it. On street parking is free and plentiful Aircon in living room Timber floor boards Gas stove BBQ Built in wardrobe Security bars on all windows Approx. 10 mins drive from the city Short walk to Gympie rd bus route So many handy shops nearby - Aldi, Coles, BP, 711, chemist warehouse BWS..... Chermside The house has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. You can come and make the place your home. Looking for people who enjoy a decent meal out every now an again. Also have a good ol' chat sometimes, but respect each others privacy. Really want a roomie who fits the vibe, pays bills on time, and isn't a hermit in their room. I work 9-5 and have a few quiet drinks on the weekend! There is a 'cellar' attached to the laundry, if that's you're kinda thing, come have a drink and a chat. No Drugs - No Smokers please. Vaping is ok.
Hey! I'm looking to move out within the next few weeks, ideally as soon as possible, before 1st of October :) Preferably all bills included and great Internet, if bond is flexible that would be even better, but I am pre approved for a bond loan if required. Furnished with a desk would be great! I'm currently successfully self employed as a Virtual Assistant and on newstart payments while looking for fulltime work (or making my business full time) after moving back from Melbourne in March. I will be working from home but no clients visit so a desk in my room would be helpful. If you are interested let me know, I'm clean and tidy and respectful of my surroundings. Im a quiet person, I don't party and I'm not noisy, hoping to find a place that welcomes friends over for dinner once in a while. Thanks!
Located in a very good street, quiet neighbors and at the end of a street. Two stories, the lower floor is currently just used to house our gardening supplies and storage, but it would make a great gaming/rumpus room. Downstairs has a shower and toilet as well. Huge backyard and garden with a built in barbecue. Use of washing machine. We have 2 lovely cats and 1 great dog. Lots of nearby parks and walking tracks. 40 min bus trip to Queen St.

Clean, tidy and easy going 23 yr old male graduate working 9-5 in North Lakes. Occasionally travel interstate for work so will be away a bit. Looking for a house with a warm homely vibe preferably shared by individuals of similar age to myself. Would love to have some friendly/relaxed people around for a chat and the odd beer after work. Cheers, Michael
Hello :) My current lease ends December and I'm hoping to move somewhere closer to the city. I work full time in a law firm in the city. I love to read and have lots of books I'm happy to share :) I'm a clean person and don't mind cleaning up for other people too. Not a fussy person. Im single so won't have to worry about boyfriends being over all the time. I like my space but also love a good wine after work, can tell when someone else wants their space too. Hoping to live somewhere near a train station. I have heaps of furniture, that I didn't really want the hassle of having to sell. So if someone is looking for a team up it would be perfect 👌🏼
I'm a young professional who is very clean, tidy, respectful, considerate of noise levels and friendly. Non-smoker and not really into partying (although I like going to live music gigs), love dogs and would be happy to have a 4-legged canine roomie in the mix. Am looking for a flatmate who is also tidy, considerate and fairly quiet. I will be working away at some times which means off-street parking is essential, even if it's just in the driveway.
Just got a full-time job in Kedron and I'm looking to get a room as soon as possible in the North Brisbane area. I'm a clean and respectful person. I like to keep active, i play and watch lots of sport but i also don't mind a bit of down-time. I can also have some fun and be social, so sharing with relate-able people would definitely be a bonus.
We are both Irish Backpackers that have been in Australia for just over three months. We have just completed our farm work and are looking for people to share a place with in Brisbane for approximately the next six months and we're here to have a good time. We love getting to know people and also love to share our stories with others! We are both laid back but tidy and considerate. Our interests are Music of all kinds, Irish Sports, Outdoor Activities, and Movies!! We're both excited to meet new people and would love to hear from you!! :)
Hi my name is Taylor I am currently based in Perth and I work full time as cabin crew for qantas, I am being re located to Brisbane for work on the 30th October 2017. I am friendly, outgoing and love to socialise and meet new people, I am clean and respectful and have lived in shared housing before and can provide references. My hobbies are music, makeup, and I have my own horse here in Perth which I will unfortunately be leaving behind so I will need to get back into that when I am over in Brisbane :) I do work odd hours and prefer early morning flights so I would be looking for housemates that are clean, easy going, and be considerate of my varying sleep pattern and I will of course be the same in return (I am usually really quiet getting ready for work anyway so you won't even hear me leave) I also won't be there much some weeks as we do anywhere from 2 - 8 overnights a month I do like to have my own space however would love to live with people that I can get to know as I am moving to a new city all by myself :) I would absolutely love to find a master bedroom with ensuite and a small balcony (in a perfect world aha) but am open to most rooms available, would like to live close the the airport if possible Thank you :)
Hey I'm Jaime. I am 21 years old and studying full time Nursing at ACU, working part time along side also. I have been living independently since 2015 so I have good experience in shared living and housing responsibilities. I am super clean and tidy and happy to contribute to house hold chores and tasks. I'm either at work or uni most days but otherwise I will be home or out and about. I'm looking to move out mid-late September as my current lease ends at that time :) If you have something available I would love to hear from you :)
