Across from a park and in a quiet area. Close to Chermside shops and public transport. 30 mins to the city by bus. The house is mostly furnished already (including a dishwasher, washing machine, couch, TV, etc) - you just need your bedroom furniture, really. And bring along your own items for cooking. Ideally, seeking a housemate who loves dogs. No smokers or drug users.
Large room available in Kedron - Great location! Plenty of access to buses to the city etc. and within walking distance to Westfield Chermside and Coles Kedron. The room itself is quite large and can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs. We have plenty of secure storage space available if need be. You will be sharing the house with two others - who both work full time. The house has a fairly modern/large kitchen with a shared bathroom and living spaces. If you're interested or have any other questions, please get in touch! Hope to hear from you :)
I am an international student at QUT, studying Construction Management. I am a clean and organized person, love to meet and get along with people. Would love to meet with the housemates whenever possible, go out with them for dinner/lunch or just have some drinks while watching a movie or a tv show that we all have started watching together. But also know how to keep things to myself and not disturbing others and respecting their privacy. I have a part-time job as a cadet so would be busy with my stuff, but would love to hang out and have a chat every now and then whenever it could be possible. Also, I am interested in starting a new sharehouse together and ready to meet new and fun people in the way for creating a share house.
Hi, I'm a 26 year old full time worker, generally working from 6:30am - 5pm within the construction industry. I can cook, however equally good at ordering Uber Eats when required. I am generally quite active during the week, going to the gym regularly and on weekends socializing. I am clean and tidy, however not a clean freak. Looking for house mates who enjoy a good conversation over a drink and a easy going friendly household.
Hi! I’m Tiana. I’m 23 and am studying full time at uni and working part time in the CBD. I’m not a big partier at all but do love nights in watching tv. I’m pretty busy a lot of the time balancing uni and study. My move out date is flexible, I’d ideally not like to live with more than 2 other people and I would just like to live within a 15 min radius to the CBD. I am tidy and quiet.
Hi, I’m currently waiting for placement for my course I have completed and go to the gym twice a week and I always clean up after myself, currently in Hillcrest, I normally keep to myself but do like talking to other people, I don’t go out a lot.
Easy going, neat and tidy. I am an accountant. I enjoy the outdoors/ sports/ surfing and fishing. I come from Zimbabwe and this is my first time in Brisbane. Looking for a place that is convenient and close to where I work.
Looking for short term accom for about 2-4 months til I finish my studies and save enough to rent my own place again for a while. I work part time and study a Masters full time. (Initially I did this the other way around but it would’ve taken too long) Clean, tidy, quiet accommodation is a must, with someone who is suited to the considerations of share housing- rather than only doing it for a financial need. In these cases, share housing often doesn’t work for the interests of the potential person moving in, so if this is your situation, please don’t contact me. I'm a busy person who values space, sleep respect and privacy and find it easy to get along with people versed in these qualities. I have stayed friends with many good quality people I have previously share housed with who have moved on to different life stages, however I’m not looking for a place where this is a necessity. As long as there’s respect, quiet, a non chaotic environment, tidiness and you’re a reliable person with dependable values, we should get along just fine. Prefer to live with only one other but would consider a maximum of two others if the value for money, space and personalities fit. If you have a dog, that’s a bonus as I do like to play with them and walk them when time permits for relaxation. Also, parking is not required as I sold my car a few years back and haven’t missed it nor the parking, rego, fuel, insurance etc- this is also why I prefer to live in the suburbs listed (Chermside, Kedron or Lutwyche) as express transport from early morning til late at night if needed, is available through the tunnels sans traffic.
