Seeking a teamup for a new place

Housing preferences:

- yard/fencing for my dogs
- non-smoking household
- approx. garage-sized space for storage/furniture, etc (or space to furnish shared areas)
- windows and natural light / no windowless rooms
- air-con

Housemate preferences:

- non-smokers
- dog friendly
- prefer living with people who don't drink often or at all
- similiar age
- LGBT+ and disability/DSP friendly
- not misogynistic, etc
- reliable, and respectful of boundaries and privacy
- housemates who tidy up after themselves as they go in shared areas (if you leave dishes in the sink for most of the day, that's not going to be the best fit; I don't expect perfection, but I do expect to be able to use the kitchen without having to navigate someone else's mess - and no, I won't clean up your messes for you)
- night owls, shift workers, etc would probably align well
- writers, readers, gamers, creatives would also align well.
