'm 25 and studying the JD at Melbourne uni full time. I also have a part time job at a family law firm in the city. These both keep me quite busy, I'm often at the library studying. This means when I'm at home I do like a relaxed and quiet house. I'm always up for a chat and a few wines though! I'm really clean and tidy and love to bake all kinds of yummy things. I'm also really organised with life so I'll always pay my rent on time and contribute my fair share to the house.
Neat, tidy, quiet. I enjoy a casual chat over coffee, but am not someone who is always hanging around to talk your ear off. Working full-time in the CBD, so somewhere close to transport would be great.
Hello future Roommates! We are a French/Scottish Couple in our late 20's who have enjoyed working and travelling across Australia for the past two years. Little about us... My name is Gini 28 years old and originally from Glasgow, Scotland. I'm currently studying a Diploma in Human Resources and work part-time as an Office Temp covering Receptions and General Admin work at different companies across Melbourne, mainly 9-5 working days. Ludo is 28 years old (nearly 29) and from Paris, France. He's is currently working as a sales assistant in a bike store, Ludo is a keen cyclist, triathlete sports in general oh and cheese! We are an easy going, open minded couple who like to socialise have a chat about life, travel, etc. but we're not too in your face either, respectful of space and the need for some downtime! Like to lead a healthy lifestyle, keep fit, eat clean (not opposed to the odd treat now and then). Love to cook, try new recipes and happy to share meals and a bottle of wine..or two. Both of us are clean, tidy and organised. We previously sub-leased in the Brunswick area which we loved, but are open to discovering other areas. However this time we would ideally like to have our names put on the lease (rental history for the future etc.) We are looking to rent long-term 6months or more and would love to call a place home not just a place to live in. Happy to share with open minded, respectful people from any nationality. If you like the sound of us and think we'd suit your home, please don't hesitate to drop us a message! Merci :)
Hi all who might be taking the time to read this! My name is Ignacio, a 25 y/o guy from Chile, but hey, please keep reading! haha I'm moving to Melbourne to study my master's in Information Systems at UniMelb, and I'm planning to spend also a couple of years in this city. I graduated from a public university in Chile in Organisational Psychology, and then I worked as an IT implementation consultant for a firm based in Toronto. As I was awarded with full graduate scholarship, I decided to come to Melb to start this new chapter of my life. I usually spend my free time biking around the city, and visiting new cafes and bars, if not a park -depending on the time of the day-. I also enjoy cooking at home, as it allows me to save a lot of money as well. At home, I'll be usually seen either studying, cleaning the kitchen -yeh, I'm a bit of an OCD when it comes to that, so I usually clean after myself immediately-, or having a good chat with my future housemates while enjoying a glass of wine. I'm quite house-trained as I've been living with flatmates for quite a few years now both at home, and abroad, with people from different nationalities, so I'm also pretty flexible and chill when it comes to get to know each other and their different habits. As a Chilean, my mother tongue is naturally spanish, but I have been speaking english also from a very young age, as well as working (and studying a bit) for a couple of years now, so communication won't ever be a problem. If my profile seems like a good fit for your houseshare group, please don't hesitate to send me a message as I'll be very looking forward to seeing them. If there's anything else you'd like to know about me, please feel free to shoot your questions! I'll be open to having long distance interviews/calls from now, and for inspections starting from the third week of January. Thank you for taking the time to review my profile!
Hi, My name is Natalie and I am 36 years youthful, but can be a grandma at times too. Looking for a long term and prefer furnished (but can be flexible) room in the Northern suburbs of the CBD and within a 15 min walk to train station. Ideally I would a like an inclusive of Rent & Utilities around the $300 mark. I am neat and tidy and will keep the place presentable, but I am not OCD or a fan of a strict cleaning routine. I am a 9-5 office worker and outside of work I try keep fit at the gym most nights and wine and dine to chilax others. Weekends are generally running around doing stuff or just socialising. I enjoy people's company and would like someone outgoing that is home a couple of nights of the week for chit chat, but there are times when peace and quiet is called for too. I am an animal lover so pets would not be a problem.
I have just taken on the lease on this new lovely 2 bedroom pad in Kensington and looking for a fabulous new housemate. The house is pretty much furnished minus a few items which I am planning on getting soon so you really just need to bring yourself and bedroom furnishings to the house. The house is gorgeous with a newly renovated kitchen with all new appliances, big bathroom with european style laundry. Extra storage cupboards in the walk out the the low maintenance but astroturf garden with new timber deck. There's a 4 seater outdoor setting with umbrella, two bench seats and MANY potted plants giving the area a jungle feel. There's space for a desk in the living area which will be set up with a monitor, keyboard and mouse which you can feel free to use. My tv is 32" so not huge, if you have a bigger one feel free to add it to the house. There is Suround sound Bluetooth speakers connected. Like the rest of the house, your room has good natural light. It's a mid-size bedroom and has previously fit a queen bed, bedside table and chest of draws.
I'm an international student studying my bachelors degree in RMIT University. I play soccer and love hanging out with a few of my friends. I'm usually quiet but easy to get along with. I love baking... and pizza!

Large room for rent in beautiful Kensington home We have a spacious room available from the 26th of October in our gorgeous period style home that has recently been renovated. The house has high ceilings and floorboards throughout, a seriously amazing kitchen to cook up a storm in (with a dishwasher) and a luxurious claw-foot bathtub in the bathroom. The bedroom has a lovely big window, built in robes and can come furnished or unfurnished. The house is furnished. We have a medium sized courtyard with potential to grow some vegetables (so far only bok choi) and plenty of space for pots. You will be sharing with one female and one male in their thirties, both working professionally in the government sector. We are a social house and the place has a warm family vibe. We enjoy the occasional house roast on a Sunday and often cook and eat together at other times when our schedules align. We also like to occasionally visit the local farmers market for their amazing breakfasts on Sundays, have dinner parties or lazy brunches at our fave cafés (of which there is a plethora in Kensington). A popular summer activity of housemates past and present has been lounging in the sun on our little grassy knoll at the end of our dead end street (hoping to promote some playing of finska on said knoll this summer). There has also been history of dance-offs in the dining room.

I am friendly, discreet, and tidy. I will be moving to Melbourne on a work holiday visa to further pursue my passion of mixing (djaying) and possibly music production as well (electronic). Don't worry, I only use headphones when I am doing anything related to music. I hail from a small town in Virginia, love meeting new people, going out to dance, and exploring new places. I am rarely home and if I am, I am usually resting, but am more than happy to strike up a conversation with my fellow flatmates.
