I’m from Thailand. I was a System Engineer for 5 years’ experience at IBM. I came to Melbourne for study IELTS/EAP to prepare for Master in the next coming year. I study in the morning and do some part-time job in the evening till late. I'm a sociable person, keen to meet new friends as I am new in town. I consider my self easy going, neat and tidy and also down-to-earth. Openminded to learn international cultures and languages. I though I'd be your co-traveller, unless you want me to :) I like taking photograph, I probably give you pretty shots in return. I’m a sport lover. Enjoy yoga, tennis ,golf , long walk and even for outdoor activity. Can definitely have play time and catch up for a conversation during meals or my spare time. I like trying good food, good coffee and grab couple glasses of wine at bar. **PS. I'm looking for any room type in suburbs, 1 hr or less to the city by public-transport is preferable. It would be nice to have many people in house.
I’m 21 currently student at RMIT UNIVERSITY I’m easy going friendly personality . Keep to myself , love to be in a clean environment and enjoy helping and caring for others
Hey :) I'm Rynette, from Papua New Guinea (although half Australian). Here in Melbourne studying a bachelor of International Relations full-time at RMIT in the city. Pretty laid back, respectful and clean. I'm 27 so not much of a partier anymore, but I'll chill at home with some music and a few red wines here and there :) I'm into music, nature - going on walks, being near the water, camping all that sort of stuff, although I don't get to do it as much as I'd like to. I'll go through phases where I'm super social, and then super not lol (think this might be lots of people?) but not in a bad way, usually just lost in a book or lost in music - headphones in a lot of the time. Either way always friendly, pretty easy to talk to. At the moment I don't work, though this won't be a problem with rent/bills. I spend most of my time at uni, or studying, or gallivanting, so I wont get in your way. I will be working part-time eventually, but at the moment my main concern is uni. I'm perpetually quitting smoking, so I may or may not be a smoker when you meet me :) Looking for a home for 6-12, depending on what works for you and whats available. Hope this suffices, but happy to tell you more if you need. Feel free to contact me. :) -Rynette
After a 4-year stint as leaseholder in an inner west Sydney townhouse, I am well share-house trained - friendly, respectful (to people and property), tidy and a good communicator. Seeking the same in my future housemates. Lover of the arts - theatre, live music, books, galleries... anything really! Working in the not-for-profit arts sector. Cheers!

Hi there, I am a Software Engineer, working full-time. Have been living in Brisbane for the past 19 years and now relocating to Melbourne for work. I am looking for a modern, clean, and furnished place to stay short to medium term, ie anywhere between 2-6 months. I am a vegan and love all animals. I am very friendly, I enjoy having meaningful conversations but also need my own quiet time and respect other people's space. I enjoy running, swimming, cycling, and hiking. I play the piano and love classical music. Love to travel and explore new places. If you want to learn more about me or have any questions, please feel free to send me a message! :)
I am here from Minnesota, USA on a working holiday visa. I am currently working at the Social Research Center in North Melbourne. I am clean, and have lived in a variety of settings with a lot of different people so I am used to being accommodating and respectful of different needs. I am also studying so much of my time is spent quietly on the computer. I like to think I am pretty fun and I love making big meals!
Hey there, I'm Mikhaila, I'm a full time uni student at Victoria University, studying Education. I also work as a nanny/babysitter and earn earn enough to comfortable pay rent (around $200) and bills. I've been living in an apartment across the road from Flemington racecourse and I absolutely love this area, but have decided apartment living isn't for me, so I'm ending my lease on the 6th of April. I have found some really great townhouses right behind where I live now. Its a really beautiful area here near the Maribyrnong river, which is why I really want to remain is this area but in something a bit more spacious and bright than an apartment. There are lots of nice parks and paths along the river and a beautiful view of the city from the river. I've got a lot of furniture (L-shaped Couch, Futon, 6 seater Dining table, Outdoor setting, Coffee Table, TV Unit, Shelves) and all the essential appliances plus more (Washing Machine, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Machine, Firdge/Freezer, 2 TVS, Vacuum) , but more furniture is welcome and I can store furniture at my parents place if it isn't needed. I can also transfer my electricity, gas and internet from my apartment to the new property, so there will be no start up fees and I am happy to have all bills in my name and from my account, because I get a student discount. I'm used to being in charge of bills and am happy to do this if housemate would like me too and will give you plenty of notice when bills are due, so all you have to worry about is transferring the money before the due date. About me: You won’t see me much during the week because I’m either working or studying. However I generally don't work weekends and try to have a break from study. On weekends I like to go to gigs or festivals or I catch up with friends and head to a nice bar or beer garden, or camping, picnics and BBQs when the weather is nice. I’m from North East Victoria so some weekends I go back there, but not often (theres a lot more to do in Melbourne). I'm not overly sporty like I used to be, but I still enjoy going to the gym and walking or jogging along the Maribyrnong river most evenings and don't mind watching sport too. I am a very placid, friendly, easy going person and although you wont see me much during the week it's important to me to have a good relationship with my housemates and share common interests so we can chat and hang out when we all home and not busy and do things together occasionally, but also respect each others space and do our own thing when we are at home as well. I would prefer to live with other uni students or at least people of similar age, in their 20s. I’m a pretty social person, when I'm not tied down by study and work and am absolutely okay with housemates having friends come over for dinner, drinks, BBQ's, Birthdays ect. but obviously within reason (no wild parties, not every night of the week ect.) I am also a very clean person so it’s important that my housemates are generally clean too, I don’t mind if your bedroom is messy and I don't expect everything to be spotless but living areas must be kept generally clean (clean dishes, sweep/wipe up your crumbs, if you have friends over for drinks put the empty’s in the recycling and clean up when everyone leaves ect.) I have a vacuum and actually don't mind putting on some music and doing the vacuuming, so am happy to do that, but at least expect my housemates to keep things generally clean. Most importantly just want to live with nice easy going housemates who respect and care about each other and get along. If this sounds like a household you would like to live in and are willing to fill out the application forms for the realestate, commit for 12 months minimum and come to some inspections please send me a message. I have already inspected some 2 bathroom 3/4 bedroom townhouses and can send you the links to have a look. I know applying for properties is not a fun process but hopefully by doing this we will be able to find the perfect place for us. Please send me a message if your interested or have any questions.
