Hey all! I’m a 28 year old who works admin at a hospital (RMH) full time! I'm pretty low key yet busy during the week - working and suffering through F45 most nights - I’m not a fitness fanatic type of person though and I enjoy a glass of red, a laugh, a cheese board and a cheeky chocolate I try to get out on the weekends and be social and do things! Love to pat every dog, art (making, looking at, etc), gigs and music, having a drink and a dance, do enjoy a big night out every now and again, meeting new people - but also not leaving my bed because of Netflix! I have many plants, reading and can cook a mean toasted cheese sanga. Always down for an NGV trip. Not really looking for couples - sorry! Would prefer to live with similar aged ladies with great vibes! Last boring bits: i'm very neat and tidy apart from the occasional don't know what to wear floodrobe (in my own room). I am housetrained, friendly, and am happy for housemate family time as well as respecting peoples space and alone time. Would prefer to live in Carlton/Fitzroy/West/North Melbourne :)
We are an Italian/Canadian couple looking for a room. We have travelled up and down the east coast of Australia together and now we want to settle down in the great city of Melbourne for a while.
Hello! I am a canadian girl on her working holiday visa and looking for a flat. I would prefer a private room with good internet. I'll be in Australia until march. I am working in Footscray and would like to find a room near that. I don't go out much, I'm really into fitness and cooking healthy food, and I like to relax at home. I'm very social and get along with everyone :)
My name is Vitaly, 26 years old, recently moved to Melbourne for a new full-time role. Prior to moving to Melbourne, I lived in Sydney where I worked in tennis, sports management and startups. I am easy going, tidy, love all things art, tennis, hiking and camping. I am looking for a place that I can call my home with respectful and clean housemates who are friendly, responsible and tidy.
I live in a nice apartment that is only 10 minutes out of the city via Dyon Road. The apartment is within walking distance to Kensington station and South Kensington station which is only 2 stops from the city. It is a cosy and clean level 1 apartment with a balcony perfect for entertaining friends or for those Sunday morning eggs and bacon! You can walk down the road and get to a street full of restaurants, cafes and pubs. A little further is Racecourse Road where there is a whole lot more to choose from. There is also park and a leisure centre with a swimming pool and gym only a 5 minute walk away. The apartment is currently fully furnished with a couch, TV, dinning table, fridge and washing machine. All you would need to bring is your own bedroom furniture and anything else you may like to add to the decor of the apartment. If you have a car there is an underground car park that is reserved for this apartment. Split water, internet and electricity bill Long term stay at least 6 months Not a party home
My name is Maddie, Im 21, full time professional, work at Origin Energy and have a very busy life! Ideally would like to live alone but very comfortable and friendly if put in a shared environment. Been out of home since 17, so i like to think i run a house smoothly and tidily now. Smoker. Very open minded to anyone and most things :) Feel free to shoot me a message if there are any questions!
Two storey townhouse in a great location with your own bedroom and bathroom. The room currently has a queen size mattress but I could provide furniture if required for a small rent increase to $300. There is an IGA across the street and easy walking distance to Newmarket and Kensington station, tram line, buses, Woolworths, and restaurants. Townhouse has: - study area - open plan living, dining and kitchen with small walk in pantry - laundry - toilets downstairs and upstairs - central courtyard - small backyard with washing line - central heating - no parking restrictions in street Please note I do have a cat and she would have to sometimes be fed by you if you’re home before me at night. She is quite affectionate once she gets over the shyness stage.
Hi! My name is Swati. I am working full time as a store manager. I am clean and considerate person. I love my space and respect other's space too. I love pets.. so I dont mind staying with them at all. I am looking to share an apartment/ house with someone with the same mindset. I am organised and responsible as well, so I pay all my bills on time. Please let me know if you have anything available for me. Looking forward :) Regards Swati
I'm a 30-something professional who needs a quiet space to relax after work. I pay bills on time (usually early) and like to keep things tidy. Easy to get along with. I don't smoke and have no pets. I'm into tabletop games, comedy and sci-fi on Netflix. I like to eat healthy food and coffee is essential to my diet. :) I am LGBTI-friendly. Happy to occasionally chat over wine or go out for breakfast on a weekend. :) Because of where I work, it's important I live near a tram or train that goes direct to the city in 30 minutes or less.
The house is a newly renovated house in an awesome location, Kensington, between two train lines, a tram and bus line as well. The house is located on a quiet street and has a park right in front of it. Up and down the the street, there just so many amazing restaurants around. The house is a double story house and has an amazing backyard. The house and rooms are fully furnished, has air conditioning and comes with Netflix
We are super close to the city but the neighborhood is quiet and relaxed. Only a short walk to public transport and only 2 stops to Southern Cross station. The living room has appleTV and Foxtel, central heating throughout the house, small backyard with bbq and courtyard. Looking for respectful housemates who enjoy company but also welcome privacy.
I am an open and friendly old soul. The three things i love most are people, art and the environment. I have a little bit of experience in share houses, as i have lived in mine for more than 2 and a half years now. I consider myself as responsible and tidy so you’ll never have to clean up after me. Typically, i am completely sociable and love having any and every kind of conversation. Whether that’s over a meal, herbal tea or drinks i am down! I love the feeling of community and the idea of sharing with others but, with that being said, i also enjoy my own energy from time to time and will also be respectful of the personal spaces of others too. As an (LGBTIQA+) identifying person, having a safe space and caring environment is at my core. I believe in acknowledging everyone’s needs and putting in the work to make a house a home. At the moment i am working casually in front of house spaces and engaging in community initiatives. If you would like to know more, please don’t hesitate to message me. Faith :)
We are Claudia from Italy and Tyler from Canada. We travelled for all our First Working holiday visa. For our second year we are looking to stay in Melbourne till the end of our visa. We are both working in hospitality, friendly and clean people. We love spend time with friends or just discover new places around us!
Hello! We have just secured a lease on this renovated Kensington dream and are looking to find someone to fill the front master bedroom! It has huge built in robes a split system and big window onto front yard. The house itself is small but renovated with new bathroom and kitchen and big backyard. It's on a quiet leafy street equal distances between Kensington and Newmarket stations! (About 7 mins walk) We get the keys on the 10th of October and would ideally like someone who's available to move in by then! Shoot me a message if you're keen :)
I'm a Kiwi, relocated in July. Currently in a share position in Laverton but when lease expires in November, will be moving less far away. I work in East Keilor, Parkville, and by appt in Yarraville so while I love being West, I need a few less train stops. I'm a practitioner of a health modality you've likely not heard of - very simply, I locate and release surprise impact from bones and the sensory shock system. This is new to Australia, so at the time of writing have also two other part-time jobs - for both networking and self-suffiency reasons. I would love to live in a place where I could cook, pull some weeds, read or write in a sunny spot and pat a cat on my down time. (I don't have any animals, but I miss my cat and am amenable to small dogs). I've owned my own homes for more than half my life so know how to look after one, and I love to know someone is coming or going to say either a quick hello or share a meal on occasion. I'm apparently 'mature' having reached the half century mark, am environmentally aware, socially responsible, culturally open, fairly well travelled, reasonably educated, and like to bring flowers into the house. I don't smoke, and prefer no beer swilling rugby events in the lounge room, so if you do neither of those things it'd be lovely to meet you and see if we could share a space :)
Hi. I'm from New Zealand. I am clean, working full-time, and looking to live in a peaceful beautiful area. I like to be quiet and work focused during the week. My daily routine is to work, gym, cook dinner and relax. I like cleanliness. I like peacefulness. This enables me to focus and be productive. If a flatmate has a dog or cat that can be a good thing. I am looking to find a place before October 1st. Preferably 6 month minimum, but I am flexible.
Hi! My name’s Olga, I am a nurse at the Royal Melbourne Hospital ED. I am usually working and if I am ever home I am pretty easy going and flexible. Dont worry about hosting parties or having people over when im catching up on some 😴 .I sleep like a log....no amount of party noise can wake me up so feel free to turn up the bass. looking forward to meeting you!
Hi my name is Joshua and I'm looking to make the move out of Geelong to the western suburbs of Melbourne to be close to University. This will be my first time renting/living out of home. Currently studying full time at Victoria University and work as a bartender hoping to continue working as a bartender after move. Along side study and work, I compete in powerlifting so I will be spending most of my free days at the gym. Other hobbies include collecting comic books and painting. I'm not good at cooking but like to cook and experiment as I meal prep for every week. I value socialising and personal space equally. I like a clean home. Love a quiet night in but never too shy for a cheeky beer out every now and again. I bring a great attitude, cleanliness, and knowledge for great coffee :P
