Hi there. I'm Eline, a transwoman studying a Masters of Information Science at Curtin University, hoping to become a librarian. I work night shifts part-time so will be arriving home late with some regularity. at those times I'll respect your space/environment and keep quiet. I'm fairly introverted and keep to myself most of the time but am always looking for more friends. I'm moving because my new housemates aren't very clean so am looking for a place that keeps the common areas nice. My favourite thing to do is make a coffee and curl up with a book, so I'm fairly quiet. The only disturbances I might make are late-night showers, cello practice and 10 minute vocal exercises (for speech therapy). The latter two will always be done at a reasonable hour. As for likes, I love studying, cooking, writing music and reading. I'm a bit of a hermit but am trying to put myself out there more, it's not something that comes naturally to me. I'm neurodivergent and sometimes get overwhelmed, at those times I'll need space but I'll just retreat to my room and manage that myself. Hello, my name is Benjamin. I’m 37 and I’ve lived in Upper Kedron/Ferny Grove for 4 years now and will need to move at the end of this year. I’d love to stay in the area as I’ve grown very fond of the local community and I’m trying to open a business in the area within the next 12 months. If I’m not working on menus and systems (I run cafes for a living) in the evenings I like yoga, stir fries, writing and reading, and exploring the neighbourhood. I’m very domesticated as well finding comfort and relaxation in both keeping a clean environment and sitting in a clean environment. I’m a non smoker though I do use a vaporiser for a prescription and I don’t eat or cook meat if you’re concerned about odours or grease in a kitchen. Ideally I’m looking for something very private and self contained. I work 5 - 7 days from very early until early afternoon and need a quiet, private, comfortable space for myself and a very friendly rag doll cat when not working.
