Hi there! Thanks for viewing our listing! We are Mike & Jennifer, a lovely Dutch couple who recently moved to the Gold Coast from the Netherlands. We are currently both working in Kingscliff and now we would like to live in the area as well! Jennifer: Bubbly and social, working at a resort, loves to run at the beach and enjoys the beachlife in general. Beginner surfer. When at home quite quiet, however always up for a chat or glass of wine occasionally! Non-smoker and leads a fairly active and healthy lifestyle. Mike: as social as Jen is, working at a nursery. Passionate surfer who travels the world for it. Always surfing. Of course non-smoker! When at home super relaxed and easy going. Likes to read books. Both clean and respectful! Hope to hear from you soon! Cheers Mike & Jennifer

My business has me travelling or at sea often, most trips via Gold Coast airport . Along with an unfurnished bedroom I require some lock up storage and a secure car park, (can be outdoors). I love peace and quiet, I dont smoke or drink. My furniture includes 1 king bed, fridge, flat screen TV, and a washing machine. A quiet acreage away from town would be ideal.
Hi! 😊 I'm a professional muso, gigging the East Coast on weekends. I'm currently also studying digital photography online and about to start another course at Kingscliffe Tafe starting in July. My friends say I'm funny, spiritual, creative, honest, respectful & communicative.. and I agree with them 😊 I've lived in sharehouses before and understand the dynamics of respecting personal & shared spaces, honest communication, financial responsibilities & contribution. I'd be away most weekends and in study mode most weekdays with spurts of social activities like dinners and enjoy bodyboarding and brisk walks when I can. I'm looking for either a big bedroom or space for music/camera/office use. A small studio if you will. Maybe a garage or study if bedroom isn't big enough. Anything else, just ask 😊
Master bedroom available for $280 OR a different room available for $220. The master bedroom has a wall mounted TV and queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other room has a shared bathroom with one other. The unit is also fully furnished, and centrally located, only a few minutes walk from the beach and shops. The unit has a private rooftop patio with a spa and views of the ocean on one side and view of Mount Warning on the other side. Great place to watch the sunset. It also has a separate outdoor dining section with a BBQ. Also includes an internal laundry with a dryer, as well as a dishwasher, air conditioning in the living room and built in wardrobes.
Hi, I'm a Tafe teacher and I teach yoga and pilates. I am easy going, look after any place I live and I'm quite. I work early mornings and evenings so tend to be home when most people are at work during the day. I have a very friendly beagle who is walked twice daily so he is well behaved at home.
I am looking for a new housemate; I am currently in a share house at the moment and I am wanting to move out into a new house with one other person. Preferable I would like to live with a male, in their mid to late 30’s however I am very open to a female. I have a 4-year-old staffy, who will be living with us too, he is an inside/outside dog so you MUST be a dog LOVER!! A bit about me… I work in the travel industry, I LOVE the beach, ocean, surfing, cooking good food and who doesn’t like nice wine or cold beer every now and then. I am looking at getting a house as close to the beach as possible my preferred areas are from Burleigh to Tugun, again depending on the area. I am in no rush so I would like to find the perfect house and most important house mate. I have partial furniture, 2 x lounges, kitchen stuff and my bedroom and bits n pieces, I would need to get a few things like fridge and washing machine but if you have stuff too we could work out what we do and don’t need. Looking to hear from you soon. Thanks Heidi
I'm a quiet person but love to socialise. My room is full of quirky and eclectic items and photos. I love to keep my surroundings clean. 1-2days of the week I may be down in Mullumbimby at my partners place, and the other days I'll be working at Coles Express in Burleigh Heads.
I'm honest, respectful, reliable and a happy person... I work as an electrician. Early starts and long days generally so very quiet through the week. I love the ocean and surf when I can or otherwise playing golf . I'm never hanging around the house too much and like to be outdoors enjoying the day
Artist / musician / teacher / Counselor / minister ... still traveling but looking for a peaceful home base. We are creative, caring, sense of honour, discrete, acknowledge sense of 'your own space'. Non-smokers, not loud, easy-going. Home is sanctuary. We have interesting global stories to tell, and yet covet 'our own space'. We are particular about the shared kitchen being kept super-clean, so our preference is a self-contained space that doesn't put that pressure on you! Just looking for somewhere light, bright, fresh and restful. Walking distance to a thriving cafe culture would be a bonus. Walk to the beach and hear the ocean at night would be bliss.
Hi, I'm a 21 year old man working full-time, own my own car and am saving to buy my own home. I love music, cars and video games. I have a sense of humour and am easy going, I am happy to socialise but am generally pretty quiet. Hope to meet you soon, Conor.
I am a student. I work lots and study lots. I try to fit everything else around that. Which does not leave much for anything else. Gym, beach the rest of my life. I am quiet and tidy and easy going. I don't have any pets, but I am happy to move into a house that has them, it makes a nice balance to the house. I don't smoke and I am a very occasional social drinker.

I am a clean, tidy and considerate housemate. I love going to the beach and socialising outside with friends... it's hard not to living in Kingscliff! I'm quite healthy and enjoy doing yoga. I work part time as a PA. I'm usually pretty quiet when I'm at home. I don't watch much TV but I do love watching Vikings! I can move any time from now up until mid-April so am really looking for the right house with like minded future housemates!
Hi. I'm work in Kirra and looking to move a little closer to work (currently living at Casuarina). I'm reasonably quiet and clean living when I'm at home. In my spare time I enjoy going to pilates, yoga, deep water running classes. I'm also very fond of the beach and love living within walking distance of the ocean. I'm on committee of a community garden at Tugun so that also takes up some of my spare time. I share my life with a loveable cat, so pet friendly is important. Definitely prefer non-smoking, non-drinking household. Would really like to know what LGBT stands for??
I am in my mid forties, female and enjoying this time in my life. I greatly enjoy a healthy lifestyle and have worked in the health industry for 20 years. I enjoy being around easy going, health orientated and positive people. I have a quieter life these days and after hundreds of flatmates I really just love a peaceful, relaxed lifestyle close to the ocean and all amenities. I work locally in Currumbin Valley and am looking for accommodation proximal to there.
