STARTING A SHARE HOUSE
Hey! I'm Kat, 37 Y.O. part-time zoo retail worker and Interior Decoration student.
I'm in search of a couple of friendly people to team up for a share house. I'm happy to take on the admin responsibility as main tenant if you're comfortable with that. I have most items and furnishings needed.
MY IDEAL HOUSE SEARCH: 3/4 bedroom house, little yard/ outdoor space.
I value my personal space, but would still want my housemates to be more than strangers and share some occasional chill moments together. I'm clean, respectful of shared and personal spaces and try to keep home duties eco-friendly. I don't smoke and don't really drink, but totally fine with fellow drinkers!
MY ROUTINE: work/study 5-6 days a week with alternating weekends off, and my spare time is recently just gym, movie at home and occasional hangouts with work friends.
I also like nature walks/hikes and all animals.
