Account Manager in the Framing/Art industry. Hope to find a furnished studio or grannyflat for solo living. Tidy/clean. Courteous to neighbours. Rent always paid on time. If bills (Including internet) could be part of rent, i would consider a slightly higher price.
I am a student at UTS studying business, I have just come back from being on an exchange in Slovenia. I am from country Australia but have gone to school in lane cove area. I am sociable looking for a clean, active apartment and flatemates, in the past I have enjoyed living in student housing and got along and lived with people from all cultures and also lived in private housing in Slovenia with 2 other students who liked to keep a tidy friendly flat and go out together. I am looking for an apartment near public transport and need to be able to get to Central easily.
Hi everyone! I'm visiting Sydney for a week from 2nd - 8th of April and in need of a short term place to stay! Let me know if anybody is in need for a week of occupant desperately too. Thank you! Kind regards, Emily
Irish guy moving to Sydney from Wellington due to promotion with work. Easy going and laid back attitude. Will be away mid week with work quite often. Tidy and like keeping my space clean. Pretty social - up for a beer or whatever on evenings or weekends.
I am looking at moving from my current place in Roseville early June, my lease expires 6th June but will likely move the weekend prior. I have a car so parking I'd need know is an option or available, and I also have a small shitzu/poodle that is very well trained and super friendly! I don't have much stuff apart from my bed and chest of draws, so if the option of un furnished is available (or at least room for my bed) that would be ideal as I am rather fond of my king bed! I moved from Perth last May with work and have just had my contract extended for another 12 months, so will likely stay for that time frame (if all works out). I'm a professional recruiter commuting to Macquarie park everyday, sometimes I'll work from home so internets pretty important. Originally from the uk (10 yrs this July) and am a big nana during the week and usually out n about at the weekend - I keep myself to myself but don't mind a wine and chat at times!
Just made the nudge up to Sydney from Melbourne so I'm now looking for some easy going people to move in with. Me: I'm 23, an expat Kiwi and moved over a couple years ago. Currently I'm working in construction and also study a Masters at UTS. I play footy during the week and enjoy a social place to come home to at the end of the day. Looking for like minded, easy going, similar aged jokers to share a place with.
Living in shared accommodations in the UK, France, Spain, Canada and Australia I am a great and respectful flatmate. My perfect home is a calm and friendly place with open-minded, friendly flatmates. Preferably females only. I love traveling, languages (speaking 4), learning about different cultures, volunteering, being in nature and dancing mostly Salsa. I am a social person but I also like my quiet me time. If my flatmate turns out to become a friend that would be a big plus ,-)
Hi, I'm Gabriela, 29 years old, and I'm looking for a nice single room where I could be feeling like at home. I'm working at Darling Harbour as a waitress and so I'd prefer something in a good walking distance to the city (e.g. Pyrmont, Darlinghurst, Pots Point, Paddington etc.). I'm a very friendly, clean and organized person. I like cooking, reading books, travelling, hanging out with my friends and visiting good restaurants as I love quality food :-) I'm also very active (I do a lot of sport - yoga, tennis, swimming, and I'm very happy to walk everywhere). I've already been living in Sydney for 2 and half years and I absolutely love it here, especially the beaches and people. I feel that it's a right time to get my first single room as I'm a very talkative person but at the same time, I need a privacy. I'd like to find a home full of nice atmosphere and friendly people. I have a student visa but I'm currently doing my 6 months work placement which is giving me more free time. Hope to hear from you soon :-) Cheers Gabriela
Im an independent B/A business management student from Sydney, looking for friendly roommates. I am very tidy and considerate of others. I work as a nanny and am looking to find a place I can make my home longterm. I am hoping to find a place within 30 minutes of the city (via public transport) preferably walking distance to train or ferry.
24 year old female looking to move to Sydney from Wollongong. Recently started working full time in the city and the commute is slowely killing me. I'm really easy going. I like clean common areas and having a wine or 5 on a Friday. Looking for friendly house mates who like having a chat and watching trashy tv late at night. I spend my weekends with friends and like to adventure to places I haven't been.
Hi all, Im a Sydney girl just recently back after 10 yrs away travelling and exploring different parts of Aus and the world. Looking to reestablish myself in a nice place with people who share similar lifestyle values. I work in event management and casually in hospitality. Im a people person and enjoy a chat and a few laughs with roomies. Also very independent person and enjoy my own time. I'm clean and respectful of shared spaces and pretty chilled most nights, as I am up early for work or exercise. I love nature and the outdoors, travel, good food and wine, yoga, music and good conversation :)
French student in Sydney for this year coming. I'm in a homestay until April 28th. I'm sociable and I love to meet new people, but sometimes I need some privacy and time for work. I like to go out, dance and enjoy the life.
Hello, My name is Leandro from Brazil, I'm 29 years old non-smoker. I'm moving to Sydney next month (around april 17) and I'm seeking an aparment to share. I'll be in town to study business for one year and my field of work is IT management. I'm looking for a comfortable, tidy and friendly house where I can study and relax on my free time. I like social events and can share a bottle of wine or a beer sometimes.
Hello hello! Ok , so a bit about me. Originally from London, been in Sydney 6 years. Currently living on the North side. Work in the city during the day, part time actor on the side. Enjoy life. Pretty busy a lot of the time with classes, work and football etc but do like to socialise, go out for food, beers and banter. Also recently got into meditating. Bit of an all rounder really. What can I bring to the place.....? Well other than my outgoing personality and positive vibes, I will bring a state of the art cold pressed juicer, a Nutri-Bullet and a small Weber BBQ and my car. (So parking is pretty important) So yeah, give me a shout if you're keen. Thanks!
Hi! I've previously stayed in Sydney...would be moving again in April. I am a professional who will be working in the cbd, love the city and prefer to stay near by. Weekdays I prefer quiet evenings. For weekends I usually plan ahead and mostly out. I appreciate keeping my house tidied up. I also occasionally cook and entertain friends over. Like confining to my own space and don't mind catching up over a few drinks. Keen to team up with another person and look for a two room house. Feel free to reach out to me youre keen.
Amazing Water Views from Kirribilli Apartment . Please note that the room is available from 1 June. Looking for a reliable and friendly flatmate to share a sunny three-bedroom waterfront apartment in Kirribilli with spectacular views of Sydney Harbour. Must be a non smoker. Large room, two windows, sunny and quiet. The room is available furnished with a queen size bed and furniture (This is a private room, not a share room). The apartment is fully furnished, including dishwasher and internal laundry. There is also a beautiful backyard garden, right on the water's edge. Kirribilli is close to restaurants, bustling cosmopolitan cafes, shops, the Sydney City CBD, and North Sydney (including the famous North Sydney Olympic pool and a boardwalk wrapping around to Lavender Bay). Five minutes walk to Kirribilli ferry wharf (which doubles as a waterfront cafe) or 10 minutes walk to Milsons Point train station and bus connections. The Sydney city CBD is just one train stop away (a 4 minute ride). Circular Quay and the Opera House are 7 minutes by ferry - the best way to travel in Sydney! There is a bus connection on the doorstep that can take you to the train station, Kirribilli village, and North Sydney. You can also walk or cycle over the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge into the city, and enjoy a spectacular view of the harbour and Opera House in the process. Please let me know if you have a car so that I can explain the on-street parking restrictions. You will be sharing the apartment with two professionals, one male and one female. Rent: $400/wk including utility bills and internet. Rent is paid monthly in advance. Bond: 4 weeks rent
I live right on the harbour at Kirribilli. Your room has a private balcony overlooking a peaceful leafy cul-de-sac which ends at a park, and the building has a private garden at the water's edge with a BBQ and a postcard view from the Opera House to the Harbour Bridge. Fully furnished (sorry I don't have room for additional furniture) including a queen bed and linen. Built-in wardrobe. Shared bathroom. Modern kitchen. Shared in-flat laundry. On-street parking only. There's excellent transport options here: the building is a 10-15 minute walk away from Milsons Point train station and two ferry wharves. The ferry takes 6 minutes to Circular Quay. I can also walk across the bridge and be in the CBD in 40 minutes. At Kirribilli village there are cafes, restaurants, groceries, ATMs, a pub and a post office. I'm offering the room for a period of 3 months, at the end of which there may be a possibility of extending that to 6 or 12 months.
I am looking for a furnished room near City. I am an accountant, working all day and study CPA in the evening so I prefer to stay in a place that is quiet at the evening and at night. I use my room mostly for studying and sleeping and meet with my friends or do other activities outside my home but I am very happy to meet new friends. I don't have any furniture so I am looking for a furnished room with an air-condition. I prefer to stay initially short time (3 months) and then, if everything is fine, I can stay longer. In my free time I like hiking.
