I am a language teacher and work full time. I am Australian and French and have been living in Sydney for the last 30 years. I have rented a room in a shared house for the last 8 years in Sydney and been in a house in Dulwich Hill for the last three years. I have always paid my rent on time and I am very reliable, respectful, tidy and reliable. And this can be attested by a reference from my present landlord. I am looking at living in a studio or a granny flat at present in the inner west area for a period of 9 months and could move on the 26th of October. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
