Takumi

Hey! I'm Takumi, currently 23 and working as a finance analyst in the CBD. I listed my desired length as 12 months but I’m open to varying lengths.

I am looking for somewhere not too far to my workplace with relaxed, mature, and kind household. I really enjoy a home where there’s a nice balance between having your own space and catching up over a coffee, dinner, or late-night kitchen talks.

I am fairly busy during the week with work. I have lived in share houses for over four years, so I am used to sharing spaces and being respectful of others. I like to keep things very clean and tidy, and I also value having some quiet time to recharge.

Outside of work, I am quite outdoorsy. I love football, hiking and going to the gym, and am looking to give surfing a try for a season!
