I’m 25, working full time and looking for a place to stay for me and my small dog who lives inside. I’m a relatively quiet person who likes to do her own thing, but I’m friendly and can be social. I often spend my free time with my head buried in a book, listening to an eclectic variety of music or I’m in the bush hiking, or kayaking along the local creeks and rivers. I’ve been living on the Coffs coast for 3 years now and hoping to find a place to settle into for quite some time. Izzy my dog is a ruby Cavelier King Charles, 8 years old and loves cuddles. She can be anxious at times when I’m not home so I’m looking for an environment that’s not overly stimulating - lots of visitors, foot traffic etc. - because she can get a bit barky at times. However, she’s a good dog; toilet trained, friendly and loves affection. If you may have a place suitable, I’d love to hear from you! :)
I'm clean, have a gorgeous well behaved dog, I am polite and respectful, enjoy catching up with housemates, happy to do shared dinners from time to time or just keep to myself. Can move anytime from now until May.
The partly furnished flat sits above a stand alone garage which is separated from the main house on the property. An adjoining rumpus room can also be used by the tenant subject to agreement. It would suit someone who wants their own privacy and no other flat mates. All gardens and lawn areas are maintained by the owner.

Only 1 set of traffic lights to the City Centre (5.5kms and 8 mins) and 1 set of traffic lights and 14 mins to the Jetty or Park Beach. Lots of birds, wildlife and excellent views surrounding the house. Because there is no passing traffic, it is crime free and safe and secure. The house has verandahs front and rear, takes advantage of the views and is warm in winter and cool in summer. There is a wood stove in the lounge room. Solar HWS and solar electricity fed back into the grid as well as excellent Telstra, Optus and Vodafone reception. NBN WiFi with unlimited and very fast downloads included, as well as electricity and fresh rainwater. Certainly worth a look.

The unit is a nice little 2-bedroom unit on the second story with a small balcony directly across the road from the beach, the Hoey Moey, a couple of doors down from 3 cafes, park beach bowling club, a 5-min walk to the plaza, a 10 minute stroll to Coffs Creek and a 20 minute beach walk to the Jetty Markets. ~ The unit is fully furnished so you would only need to furnish your room. The room for rent is the larger out of the two rooms. It has built-in double mirrored sliding door closet. Water, electricity and internet bills are all included in the $200 a week, however, once the bill comes IF there are any extra charges the bill is split equally. I am from Port Macquarie, NSW. I’m a friendly, outgoing person who has lived both the uni dormitory life, as well as in sharehouses. I am responsible, and clean up after myself & I’m happy to help out wherever is needed. I will be undergoing student placement from January to October so will be out most days 8:30-5pm, I’ll also be trying to find part time work on the side.
