Hi eveyone ,My names claudia, im 21, looking for a room for me and my kitty. Shes really beautiful and loving, im clean and relaxed, looking for a place where there are like minded and aged people who are cool to live with, i enjoy yoga, im a healthy eater, love music, i keep to myself at times but always bubbly and easy to get along with, looking for a place in January
I'm a friendly 35yo single female. I'm kind, respectful and considerate of others. I'm a self employed massage therapist. I'm gentle and sensitive, spiritually minded. I am not looking for a party house. People who are positive, healthy and kind will suit me very well. I like to be social and have a chat with those I live with. I also like my own space as well. I love nature and the beach. Looking for a room, granny flat, studio or space to call home. Open to teaming up with others to find an awesome affordable house. Ideally, somewhere that i could live and also have a treatment room as well would be wonderful. I am flexible with the move in date. It could be now, or early in the new year.
I am currently looking for two or three house mates to start a lease at a new property. I study full-time, am very quiet and I like to keep to myself. I also like being very social so there is a good chance of movie nights, bbqs or other various activities. I like to keep my space very clean and tidy My current lease doesn’t end until February the 23rd, so move in date is anywhere from the 15th of January to the 15th of February. If you’re interested in starting a share house please send me a message, I’m excited to hear from you 😊
I pay my bills on time or in advance Independant Keep to myself Non-drinker Non-gambler No TV, Radio or partying May be available to do art for your sharehouse Vices include the ciggies and coffee. Pros are a bit more subjective. Sense of humour, for example. Would prefer to have housemates that are primarily women. I have no problem with guys, it's just common wisdom to not move into a place with a strange man. When you're female. Although some guys are way nicer than some women! We are all taking a risk! I also have no issue with age actually older is sometimes better for me because of the quiet. With the young ones I am more concerned about why you are branching out so young and wanting to be sure you're with people that can look out for you, than thinking ok I wont flat with young ones cos they arent responsible (that isn't true is it, some young ones are more responsible than older ones!). So with young ones reading this, maybe contact Anglicare or Centercare or a Community Neighborhood Centre about help for you, as being so young its not either of our faults that some of the commercial structures could be more youth friendly than they are. And these people might be able to help you with accomodation and bonds, depending on location and other paperwork stuff. Good luck and believe in and love yourself. It's a big decision to move out of home, it doesn't need to be scary, help is out there please do look for it, to have an easier transition 😊
Respectful and quiet tenants. Non smokers, we don't party and have no pets. We are moving from NSW because I am going to uni and my partner will be doing an apprenticeship. We love the outdoors and try to get out as much as possible 4wding and camping. We have 2 cars and need two off-street car parks.
Hi everyone, I am moving to the Sunshine Coast from the Gold Coast in January. My daughter is starting school in Maleny. She will be at school 4 days a week and only home for the remaining 6 days each month as she spends 2 weeks a month with her dad. I also have a very cute and loving rescue cat who I have adopted from the AWL where I volunteer. He is fully house trained and very well behaved. He's an adult cat so no need to worry about kitten behaviour! haha I am an ayurvedic health coach and so would love to live with someone who is like minded - I would love to be able to move up there and meet some new friends! I have my own business and am also studying Ayurveda. I dont smoke but have the occasional glass of wine.
