Hi there future roomie! My name is Emma, I'm a 28 year old easy going female. Currently working as a Yoga Teacher, Florist and casual retail assistant. Life keeps me pretty busy, I love adventures and being outdoors. I've been share housing for the most part of the last ten years so am pretty experienced in respecting other people's space and creating a nice environment to call home. I'm hoping to find a new place by the ocean to spend my down time. :)
I am moving to Adelaide to finish my PhD @ the University of South Australia. I am very warm and friendly, easy going, neat and tidy, quiet and have a good sense of humour. I respect others and their privacy. I have a small dog called Minty, she is quiet, well trained and very loving - we make a great pair & hope to fit in well with someone's share house 😊
looking for something in the western suburbs close to the beach. I'm a pretty easy going person, very clean but not over the top, I work in hospitality so my hours can be quite all over the place. I cant deal with moody or passive aggressive people, just looking chilled people that enjoy a wine, good food and good company.
The house is tucked away on a quiet street with lovely neighbours. The location is a few minutes walk to Semaphore beach and the train station. The house is spacious with great cooling and heating system. Internet and bills are included in the rent. There's a nice outdoor garden and an indoor shed laundry. The place has a very chilled family vibe to it and if you make it in time for dinner, you must score yourself a free meal from time to time. :) *No bond required just honesty, if for whatever reason you want to move out just give me Dave(landlord) two weeks notice. *don't mind smokers, as long as it's outside and you're considerate with throwing away your cigarette buds. *must be child and animal friendly.
I work full-time for Telstra as a field assessor mostly 6 days a week. I'm looking to move to handorf, Carey gully, mount barker, Glen Osmond etc, enjoy being close to nature. I'm easy to get along with and I respect people's privacy and space as I like to have my own space as well. Looking for an honest, chilled person, 420 friendly to apply for rental properties with Peace
This house is close to the beach. Walking distance to the largs bay train station or bus stop up the road. Ample undercover parking. Roommate will have a choice of two rooms - furnished or unfurnished. The house is otherwise comfortably furnished. Lounge room has reverse airconditioning. Roommate will need to like dogs as I've a very happy and friendly little silky terrier.

Hi. I'm Lisa, 24 and currently working full-time. I would prefer social housemates, but also respect personal space. I am also a responsible, easygoing and clean person. Please get in contact with me if I sound like the right person for your share house :)
I have been renting all my life, looking for a room with own bathroom or single br flat or apt(could pay more), I am quiet and considerate. Clean and neat. Don't cook that much, So I enjoy clean kitchen and living room. Working most of the time and traveling a lot too. I need a car space as well. Cheers

I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
Hi, I am a mature lady with kids grown and left the home, I've done some house sitting, had my own place and done the sharehouse experience in the last few years. I like living alone mostly, but for a few reasons I believe I would be better off sharing a place going forward. I have lost my job due to health reasons (- short term memory is baked for one thing) I'm a bit like Dory the fish. I was living alone but could not afford to keep my flat and the Landlord disapproved of subletting a bedroom. My budget is $200 or less for my rent share. I am also beginning to realise it isn't necessarily good for me to be alone so much and I get a bit lonely and bored. I'm not an overtly social person but I'm easy to get along with however, I do like to chat, have a glass of wine over dinner and have a binge watch on Netflix of a favourite show I love cooking but I'm out of practice, no fun cooking just for yourself.I also have a small black cat I cannot part with, she is litter trained inside cat and very clean and affectionate. I have a storage locker or 2 full of furniture to set up the house with, If you have some too we could look at combine and consolidate what's needed. I do have a lot of craft items. papercraft, fabric, paints and I like to upcycle old things if there is room and inspiration. My not negotiables are stairs. (cant do them anymore) and must be airconditioned. Please count me out if:..... You have an issue with my disability. cats, are ageist, sexist or homophobic. cheers Rita
