Hello, I'm Maddy and I'm 16 years old. I have been living independently for about a year and a half now, and recently came home to my parents as I was unwell, but I am now looking for accommodation again. I have lived in two houses with a flatmate, which both went fine. I get fortnightly benefits, and I am currently studying. I am finding in the process of finding a part-time job, but I can afford rent+utilities with the money I receive. My maximum is $190 per week+bills included. I will be happy to explain why I do not live at home if you're interested, but I still have a stable relationship with my parents :) Finding accommodation in the past has been difficult for me because of my age, but I can assure you that I am very reliable with my money, and after having lots of early practice, I am able to live independently and know the basics of living alone/with a flatmate. Females are preferred, but I'm open to anything. I hope you consider my listing and I look forward to hearing from you, thank you :)
I'm neat, tidy, & respectable of other person's space. I don't throw wild parties & won't have people coming to the house at all hours. I work in Admin & love my job. I have 2 lovely dogs who are past the puppy stage.
I guess the best thing about me is that I don't have too many friends so I won't have lots of people over doing your head in haha. I work Tuesday through to Saturday as a store manager in retail. I love my sport, whether it's playing or watching. I love going to gigs and festivals, so if you're into the same thing than we can uber together. I'm friendly, love a chat and love love love dogs! I enjoy a cheeky drink. Not too fussed if I live with a male or female. If you're a male, I'm good to watch the footy with and if you're a female, I'm good to whinge about how lame boys are. I'd love to live near the beach and have people kick my ass into getting fit and going for beach runs, but also help with my tan in the summer.
I work full time as a case worker, so I have a strong sense of humour. I’m a little bit geeky, and relatively easy going. My fandoms include MCU, Supernatural, Dr Who, Star Trek, and Firefly. I love animals, and would prefer to live in a pet friendly place so I can bring my cat with me.

I'm originally from Sydney and have spent the past 5 year working as a sports scientist for professional sporting teams. For the past year I have been living in the USA to complete an internship and finish my masters degree. I am incredibly social so looking for flatmates who are happy to show me the ropes & hang out and have a meal & a glass of wine from time to time I am part of a package deal; I have a 3yo female red & white border collie named Nevada :)
Hey everyone I’m 23 and work full time in the city! I’d love to live in a beach suburb for a 6 or 12 month lease, happy to team up with someone in a similar position to find a rental, or if you have a spare room for rent feel free to message me! I would prefer a housemate who likes to eat healthy, exercise and have a quiet house in the week, but enjoys a bev and socialising on the weekends!
Hi I'm Kristal, 23, living in Adelaide while I finish my Master of Social Work. By the time it comes to move I'll be about to commence my final placement at uni so will be incredibly busy with that and working part time. I have two indoor only cats who help get me through the stress of uni. I love to cook, but have food allergies so if living with another person, they really need to be tidy! As I am so busy with uni, I tend to keep to myself for the most part, but I love having board game nights with friends whenever our schedules align, so I have a bit of a board game collection that will come along with me and we'd love a new member in the group. To relax I love to go for rides, so I'd love to be along the coast, cook, play video games and get out and explore Adelaide. I volunteer with headspace Port Adelaide, the Smith Family and the Port Adelaide council. I'm looking for somewhere ideally for 9 months since I'm not sure what my plan is after uni, but for a really nice place I'm happy to do 12 months. If I get a job in Adelaide id be looking to resign lease at the end
Hello I am looking for a private and secure garage space for my car in a modern home preferably with my own bathroom. I am a 27 year old professional employed full time and am in the process of selling my house and looking for a great new place to call home long term. I dont smoke and I have no pets. I dont drink either but I dont mind if you do. My hobbies include motorsports and I ride motorbikes myself. I also drive a car so if there was room for both in secure lockup that would be ideal. I am tidy and as I've owned my own house I know how to respect other peoples property and belongings. I am selling my house as it was quite a large house and too much maintainance for myself (large garden and a pool). I am looking forward to low maintenance living for a while, but I do know how to use a lawn mower so I dont mind helping out with the gardening. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi there! I am looking for somewhere for me and my 2 kids, of which I have half of the time, to share. I am employed as a nurse but mostly work day shift. I have shared plenty of homes in the past, so understand when to respect peoples privacy. I also always cook too much so I'm happy to share food lol. We are a really chill little trio just looking for somewhere to call home for a while till I get on my feet financially. Any other questions please feel free to msg me 😊

Reasonable sized back yard and bedroom. Air-conditioning and heater in lounge room. Fans in bedrooms. Internet is unlimited for $30 a month Electricity and gas bills are to be split. No water charges.
Hello :) A little bit about me, I work fulltime (love my job) and studying part time, I love to keep fit and live a healthy life style, however I do love a few wines and the odd Barrys burger every now and then. I love to have a chat but most importantly I love to laugh, I am hoping to find a housemate who is like minded who I can also be friends with aswell. In saying that I do value my own space and will respect yours. I also have a gorgeous 8 year old bull mastiff X (not as a big as you think) named Zander, he is a big sook and loves a cuddle, unfortunately he doesn't like other dogs so he would have to be the only one in the household. I am flexible on suburbs but would like to stay as close to Sempahore as possible and would be looking to move asap PM me if you are interested :)
