I've decided to set up a shared rental house with a spare bedroom to rent out or enough space for a equally shared house. I am currently looking for a suitable rental house. I have most household furniture and appliances. I work in Finance and Childcare. I lead a busy, active life, am often out or away with family and friends. I meditate and do yoga when I can. I like to socialise, have a few drinks or just hang out at home sometimes. I'm tolerant and respectful of all people. I don't feel that other people's preferences or lives are my business and expect the same respect for my privacy. I have a small, ancient dog who likes other animals. I'm happy to share with people with pets and occasional visiting family and friends and am likely to have occasional visiting family and friends. I'm looking for a person or people with similar live and let live ethics.
Hi I have a room for rent the largs bay area. The large house is 2 mins walk from the beach and 1 min away from the train station. Rent is 175 per week and this includes all your bills and unlimited internet. You will also have a study area (small room) so pretty much two rooms to yourself. As well of course access to the rest of the house. There is a large kitchen, very large garden lots of sitting areas, bonfire area, off street parking and a undercover workshop. There is a spare bedroom should you have guess or your mum visit. I would prefer someone that works or is studding. I am currently giving the two rooms a fresh lick of paint . Pets neg.
Hey! I am a non-smoker, no pets and single. I live a pretty healthy lifestyle and I am looking forward to getting my fitness back after being away overseas for a few years. Ideally I would be living with other non-smokers, I find that smokers hang out with smokers and I hate the smell and the habit. Anyways.. I lived in SA once upon a time for most of my life but left for a FIFO job out of Perth about 6 years ago. In Adelaide, I worked as a dispensary technician in pharmacy and used to have a second job most of the time in hospitality. Adelaide is still 'home' and I want to create a life here that makes me want to stick around. This is where you come in.. I want a good housemate that is mature enough to co-habitat as I am not looking for another parent and I want us both to feel free to live our lives. Of course it's nice to live with someone that might notice if you went missing or made you some leftover salad in the fridge but we don't need to be besties. I have lived with a couple people in the past, mainly guys and it's worked out well! I grew up with the sisters so I know all too well that too many women isn't always a great thing. I have never lived wit a couple and have only heard on here say that it isn't always the greatest experience but I would be open to it. Having worked away and lived in camps I have enough maturity to openly discuss any issues and would be open for you to do the same. I don't want to drive you insane with a simple habit I'm unaware of that if I knew about I wouldn't have kept doing. I remember having someone that was particular about how the towel was left sitting after you dry your hands on it.. easy one to be mindful of :) same goes for me. I want to be able to say hey when you put the bin bag next to the bin and not in it, it drives me bonkers! My general habits. I drink on occasion, usually a couple wines with or without company :) I don't really go out drinking a whole lot as I feel those days are a little over and most of my Adelaide friendship groups are filled with professionals or people with children. I don't watch a lot of TV so I won't be up to date on your latest show but I can eagerly listen :) I'm a people person, happy to chat and love a good DnM at the right time with the right people. I used to be quite into fitness and looking to get that relationship back into my life. I will be working or studying full-time or full-time study, part-time work. (i arrived back in Australia directly before Christmas and just did a week in Darwin) In summary, I am an easy going girl who grew up in a rural suburb so I know how to mow a lawn and kill a spider, just don't ask me to kill anything with hands and fur cos I tend to stay away from meat. I am mindful of what I put in my body (except for the odd day where Cadbury gets the better of me) and I can be practical. I am pretty upfront without being that rude person and I am looking for a home. If you have got to this point, Great! I think meeting the right housemate is just important if not more important than the space. I am looking for an area close to Semaphore or Port Adelaide however, I am not seasoned on what all the areas nearby are called. So if you contact me about a place five minutes away from Semaphore I may be unaware. Otherwise I would like to be somewhere with parklands or nature nearby. The places I have been looking include SEMAPHORE, LARGS BAY, PORT ADELAIDE, WESTLAKES SHORE, PETERHEAD, BIRKENHEAD, ETC Also I have stated 4 months and a move date- this is negotiable. This is basically because I don't know what I will be doing for work. I don't want to go jumping into a six-month lease when I don't know what I am doing but in order to work out what I am doing I need to be stable enough that where I am living is not on the forefront of my mind. At the same time, I don't want to set up shop for a month only to move again in four weeks.
Full time professional, happy and easy going. Looking for some fun housemate(s) who are also happy for friendship. I have my own group of friends so do not rely on this but enjoy mingling and meeting new people. Originally from Adelaide, have been in Sydney for close to a year now, but time to head back home :) I will be keeping my job, just transferring offices and work full time. I am respectful and conscious of common areas and very tidy. I will be ready for a place approximately 31 March.
Hey I'm English and have been here 4 years. I'm a diesel mechanic by trade. Looking for somewhere near the beach, preferably with some interesting house mates. I also have a 3 yo Labrador which you will love.
Clean, tidy, keep to myself. Work full time. Fitness and food lover. Not a party guy. Would like to live with someone who can clean up after themselves. Go for cruises on the motorbike occasionally
I'm a 19 year old trans boy looking for a place to live with my dog (medium mixed breed, has anxiety but other than that he's well-behaved) and my bird (he can live outside most of the time). I can pay pet bond or provide references for my dog if that helps. I have lived in a share house before, and am a moderately tidy person.
I work full-time for Telstra as a field technician mostly 6 days a week. I'm looking to move preferably North haven , Henley beach, port Adelaide, semaphore, large bay or somewhere really close to the beach, I would also consider moving to northern suburbs as I have family there. I'm pet friendly, honest, trustworthy and respectful. I'm into the universe, nature, photography, music, gaming I'm easy to get along with and I respect people's privacy and space as I like to have my own space at times as well. Looking for an honest, chilled person, 420 friendly to apply for rental properties with Peace
Looking for someone to share my place, its fairly roomy so enough for each others own space. The person im looking for must be easy going, clean and responsible. There is both Bus and Train close by, also walking distance to the beach which is great in summer. About me, I enjoy a glass of wine or a beer, music, cooking, and working around the house, so hopeful to find someone with a great personality and sense of humor.
Close to the beach, 300m from a 25 min train ride to the city! Modern 3 year old house with contemporary furnishings. The room is right next to the main bathroom, so essentially is your own for the most part. Huge bath, tidy yard and decking. I have one cat!
House is modern and furnished with modern furniture and kept very clean. Great air conditioning, dishwasher, sizeable kitchen with excellent pots and pans etc, off street secure parking, huge room with built in robes, clean modern bathroom, ROOFTOP PARTY AREA, close to everything, shops, train station, cafes/restaurants and the beach :) Massive tv with Netflix access and fast internet too. I apologise for lack of photos. We've just had renovations upstairs and someone move out, need to take current photos once everything is cleaned up. Inspections very welcome obviously.
Hi, I am looking to escape from the country to Adelaide! I am relocating due to work, family and ability to shop without driving long distances. I maybe a little older than the usual flat hunters but that makes me someone who is reponsible, independent yet sociable. I am apparently a very good listener too. I have a small female Maltese Shitzu named Daisy who I need to take with me as she's part of the family. I love Netflix so need access to wifi for social and work reasons. I am a keen gardener, can cook really well and renovate furniture if I have space to do so. Did I mention that I'm Irish?
I am looking to move with guys and girls around my own age who are clean but not over the top, I like to cook, I eat fairly healthy love wine and good company. I really want to live anywhere as long as it is close to the ocean, I like to have a good time, am a bit of a girly girl but then have a bit of a hippy side to me to and really just want to live with chilled like minded people who enjoy a drink and are good people. I work in hospitality and do a few nights so need someone who is ok with me coming home early hours of the morning (I'm very quiet)
Friendly and happy to mingle or keep to myself. Quiet, easy going and neat and tidy. I'll only be there Monday to Friday for first 6 months at least so you'll have the place to yourself on weekends. No pets, non-smoker, looking for my own bathroom or ensuite.
Mature, smart, tidy, considerate. 42 year old male, work full time in aged care. I was raised in The Riverland, I've lived in Adelaide since 2008 where I've worked as a carer, a support worker in Disability Arts and currently work full time in an aged care home. I enjoy blues music, riding my motorcycle and frying a good salmon steak with a good beer to finish. I like my own space but I'm educated and enjoy a good conversation.
Hey guys, I work full-time as a nurse & run my own business on the side. I'm a pretty chilled, down to earth, positive person who loves good banter & understands personal space. I'm fairly active, love the beach & the outdoors. Love food (can cook!) and a quiet beer or vino at home. I'm selling mine so looking for a great place with great house mates near the beach or a new lease with 1 or 2 of you between semaphore & west beach, a street or two from the beach-ages 20s/30s)
26yr old female, working full time day job mon-Fri. Very tidy person, down to earth and easy to get along with. Outside of work I try to keep active, keyword try, gym, hike, bike ride, rock climbing, fishing, camping etc. When im not trying to be active you'll most likely find me watching a movie and eating copious amounts of chocolate, or any food at that. I do enjoy a casual drink or 3 but my 'town' days are slowly coming to an end, the joys of getting old haha I'm looking for a room to rent or someone to team up with and find a place, like minded people around the same age group, tidy and respectful, anywhere north of the city.

I am also inquiring into a number of courses as well as I want to expand my skills I am an easy to get along with guy who respects other peoples personal space. I enjoying all sorts of 'gaming' and if you do too, that's a bonus! I like animals and have no problems if you have pets. Hi I'm Marianne :) 23 years old and my lease running out mid February. I work full time for the Government, so you wouldn't really see too much of me through the week. I'm super friendly and fairly social on the weekends! I enjoy catching up with friends most weekends, but do like to stay at home now and again. I'm super easy going and more than happy to have a chat or give you your privacy if you prefer :) A lot of my friends and family live in the southern suburbs so often on weekends I always find myself travelling out to catch up with them. I'm lots of fun but also respect that everyone loves a bit of me time! I've got bedroom furniture, so an unfurnished bedroom would be perfect! I'm clean, reliable and keep the house tidy! I've always had a lot of respect for properties and neighbours, due to renting for the last 4 years. I also have a car, so a car space would be needed.
Olla! I'm a 28 year old female yogi! I'm clean, friendly and grew up in a family full of chefs. I work full time and have a fair few commitments. But I'll love to find a housemate that I can share a bottle of wine over some rom com. :) Email if you have any questions :)
Hi my names Ebony, I'm 19 years old & I currently live in Coffin Bay SA! I'm coming to Adelaide 2 week and a half to start my new job. I am currently employed, financially stable and am able to give good rental references! I think of myself as a very out going, easy going, bubbly, funny person! Love to have a chat over a drink/coffee/brunch. But I also love my own/quiet time so I would be very respectful of yours! I love cooking, eating healthy-ish 😜, working out, the beach, hanging out with my friends and animals! I really hope you consider me as I know you won't regret it ☺ Preferred suburbs; Glenelg, Brighton, CBD, Semaphore, Henley Beach, Grange, Plympton, Marion and might be interested in anything fairly close to these suburbs. Love to hear back from you :) Feel free to message me
I'm an easy going housemate that is respectful, clean and tidy! I'm generally quiet but always up for a chat, a laugh and a glass of wine. I like to eat well, cook and try to keep active but do also enjoy my down time and Netflix marathons. Im looking for a new housemate to ideally start a new lease with in March/April in the northern or western suburbs. I work in West Lakes so somewhere close would be perfect, but flexible with the suburbs. Feel free to get in touch or ask any questions :)

Hi. My name is Cally Pysden and my husbands name is Kian Eder. We have recently moved from Cairns to Adelaide. We are both teachers and now run our own freelance company. We are easy going, clean and tidy, honest and respectful housemates. We enjoy cooking and are sociable people.
I’m an honest, down to earth guy set in routine and structure. I’m very easy to get along with and interact well when meeting new people. I work full time Monday to Friday (occasionally weekends) with a steady income and have a set routine including the gym every morning before work, walking and diet but not afraid to relax a little on the weekends. By which I don’t mean throwing parties, as I am hardly the partying type. I tend to find myself watching a movie or having the occasional drink and chat. Cleanliness plays a big role in my living arrangements, so I’m hoping to find someone with the same sort of standards. Living with someone needs to be built on good grounds, and I can honestly say, that I can meet all of the expectations, as should you, if we are going to be sharing the same kitchen. I’m a very clean, quiet and respectful person, as is my little dog. And if what they say is true, ‘a dog takes after his owner’, then I have living proof of just that. He’s definitely not a yapping dog, he has literally barked once in his whole life so you won’t even know he’s there! He’s very well house trained and goes to puppy school and daily walks and guarantee you will fall in love with him! Humans are a weird bunch, and that’s why I embrace everyone’s opinions and beliefs without judgment. I’m an all-round nice welcoming guy who you would love to meet and feel totally relaxed about being yourself around.
I'm considerate and generous, but in no way a door mat. I'm easy to get along with because I have many interests. I'm a huge nerd so expect comic books, video games (PC & Xbox One), and board games (think Catan). I will, on occassion, watch the A-League or EPL depending on how my teams are going. I have a hard drive with 1000+ movies so always up for a movie night. Don't mind a bit of a TV binge either (Netflix). Happy to share what's mine because I know you'll take care of it. I enjoy cooking, usually trying new things, and like to cook for others. A nice, big kitchen is preferable for that reason, some recipes can become quite elaborate! Recently gotten into growing my own herbs and vegetables so I would like a place where I can continue that. I'm as liberally minded as they come but not a part of the far-left. Don't expect political correctness. I have no problems at all with any nationality or sexuality, but all religions grind my gears. The areas I selected are purely based on NBN accessibility. This is a must for me. I'm not keen on house parties but enjoy social drinks. Always mindful of my flatmates. Just finished a BSc and applied for honours. Otherwise, I'm a freelance graphic designer picking up work whenever I can. I don't have a problem with smokers, as long as they keep it outside, weed also. No hard drugs though. I'm single. I don't care if you have a partner, but I expect all duties and expenses to be shared commensurately. I'm very easy to live with. I'm drama free and intend to stay that way.
Hello! I am looking for an existing room available now. I work full time in Early childhood education and I am usually away from home from 8am-6pm (roughly) during work days. I also tend to be away from home over the weekend for a few nights. I haven't lived in a share house before but I have some practice living with lots of people, growing up in a family of 8. I am supportive of all lifestyles, beliefs and ideologies. I enjoy cooking and enjoy a nice quiet night with some dramatic TV and a glass of wine. I am very clean and will take care of my own spaces and equal care of common areas. I love animals, being outdoors and AFL (big crows fan) Preferences: Only 1 other roommate in home. I love dogs and would adore a home with a dog. (You will get a free dog walker out of it!) Must haves: Own bathroom Female only!
Easy going, clean, friendly, respects privacy. Loves a laugh. Love going to the gym & living a healthy lifestyle :)
