I am a newly graduated Primary Teacher and enjoy a reasonably low-key lifestyle. I am clean and tidy and respect others space and privacy. I have an unpredictable schedule as I do TRT work and the occasional OSHC shift. I enjoy my down-time and love a bit of Netflix, some good music or beach walks.
Hello :) A little bit about me, I work fulltime (love my job) and studying part time, I love to keep fit and live a healthy life style, however I do love a few wines and the odd Barrys burger every now and then. I love to have a chat but most importantly I love to laugh, I am hoping to find a housemate who is like minded who I can also be friends with aswell. In saying that I do value my own space and will respect yours. I also have a gorgeous 8 year old bull mastiff X (not as a big as you think) named Zander, he is a big sook and loves a cuddle, unfortunately he doesn't like other dogs so he would have to be the only one in the household. I am flexible on suburbs but would like to stay as close to Sempahore as possible and would be looking to move asap Let me know if you are interested :)
Non drinker / partier Honest and kind Not going to play TV (prefer quiet...really prefer quiet a lot) Sociable but can keep to myself. Have my moments like anyone but all good. Creative and skilled Nature loving 3 months sounds fair atm but if it works out longer is OK Am independent and on DSP. So thats regular rent and no one has to look after me. I dont have a car though. Interested in furnished under $200 but if unfurnished and there's second hand store or good upcycling in the area or maybe a vinnies all good. I don't need anything flash. Just quiet, clean, safe, stable. Prefer to be around non-drinkers but if you can handle me trying to quit smokes I can handle you trying to avoid plonk! *technically I can afford higher than this but I would prefer under 200pw
On 18 Nov I am doing the climate refugee thing and relocating from Alice Springs to Port Adelaide for a 14 week summer season through to April. I am looking for accommodation that includes my dog (terrier, ‘Teddy’). I also have children that I’d like to accommodate occasionally. A big yard would be perfect. Do you have a veg garden that needs work?
Have been living for the last years by myself but can't justify spending that much money on a home where I spend little time due to work (working as electrician in Mawson Lakes) I'm very organised and tidy yet easy to get along with (I think). My lifestyle is very active and usually involves the beach which is why I would like to move as close as possible to it. At my current place I have a open contract so I can move anytime as I just need to give 2 weeks notice, though I would prefer to move rather sooner than later. (I'm not Australian but speak English well and am permanent resident)
G'day my name is Ben I'm a 22 year old Easy going reliable country bloke. I'm a quiet guy who is employed in the Security industry and also an Army Reservist. Currently working as a casual Security guard due to distance however will be able to pick up more hours when renting. What will make me a good flatmate is that I like to keep a clean house and I like to help out other people as much as I can when able to. I do enjoy going out and being social like everyone else but also enjoy my down time. I enjoy working out and wouldn't mind gym buddy.

Hi there! We are a pair of female housemates (and two large dogs), living in a multicolored house, and we are looking for a third responsible person to join us. We are quiet and calm people, who go out if we want to party, though we will have the occasional quiet get together in the back yard. We keep a very clean household with a weekly chore roster, a strong recycling ethic, and daily dishes. Something important to know about our house is that we keep bees. The bees are in a sectioned off area in our front yard and you do not need to interact with them, or go near them, to live here. You can, however, get free honey if you choose to come and stay. We also keep chickens, and there is usually eggs available for the eating. Perks! The room we are offering has a built in wardrobe and a window with a view of the front yard. The house itself is compact but cute, with a neat little kitchen and a claw foot bathtub in the bathroom, an air-conditioner for summer and a wood fireplace for winter. We can offer you a vegetable garden if you would like to use it and a large yard with fruit trees. We have solar panels to off-set our electricity bills too, which is a plus. The house has a fast internet connection, but no home phone as we just use our mobiles. The house is fully furnished with all the essentials, like fridges and freezers and washer and dryer. Our house is well set up for sharing, so you will also have your own kitchen cupboard, own bathroom space and space for a bicycle in our bicycle shed. We share bills like electricity, internet and Netflix, but water is paid for by the landlord. The room is furnished with a bedside table, a bookshelf/storage unit, desk and chair, single bed and the built in wardrobe. If you prefer unfurnished, or only some of those furnishings, we are happy to discuss it. Some of the perks to our household are: A Bus stop only 5 minute walk away A Train stop only 10 minute walk away A beach only a 15 minute walk away Local shops in both directions An excellent local deli An amazing local pub And an outstanding local pizza bar! The room is available from the 25th of October, 2018. If our place sounds like it could be your place, drop us a line!
I'm a full-time student who will be studying year 12 in 2019. I'm quite timid and tend to keep to myself, but will pull my weight and keep things neat and tidy. I have mental health issues, so a loud and busy household isn't ideal, but pets are wanted and welcome! I like to write and play music, as well as draw and hang out with my boyfriend who would ideally occasionally come over. I look forward to sharing with you!
Clean and tidy, quiet non smoker, looking for a room near to work, have my own home south, currently traveling 2 hrs. plus each day. Enjoy cooking, bike riding, board games , cards and chess.
