I am very quiet, don’t drink or smoke, no loud music, don’t watch tv, immaculately clean, love gardening, drawing, cooking (vegetarian) and doing the chores. Occasionally my girlfriend from Sydney comes down to visit, so hoping to find a place where it is okay to have someone stay over for a few weeks a year. I’m not overly fussy - just hoping to find someone who keeps the house clean, is an animal lover, non-smoker and is relatively chill! Due to a medical condition I currently don’t drive so parking space is not needed, I just need somewhere safe to keep an e-bike.
