Hey legends! I’m Iliad (he/him), 44, originally from Iran. I lived in Melbourne for a year, then spent a few months overseas — and I’ve been back in Melbourne for about a month now. Loving being back!

I’m searching for a room in a clean, tidy and respectful sharehouse — that’s really important to me. I’m also hoping to live with housemates who value a relaxed but responsible lifestyle and are mindful of the home environment.

My budget is up to $1400/month (incl. bills & internet). Ideally in Brunswick, Northcote, Richmond, South Yarra, St Kilda, Elwood, Kew, Ivanhoe, Thornbury, Preston, Parville, Flemington, Scot Vale or nearby suburbs.

A bit about me: I’m calm, friendly, tidy and considerate. I enjoy both social chats and quiet downtime. I have previous sharehouse experience (including in Coburg and Collingwood), so I understand boundaries, cleanliness, and shared living etiquette. Currently working in hospitality and furniture installation while also applying for roles in my main field — financial analysis.

Outside of work, I’m into reading, films, hiking, nature adventures and water sports. I’ve got a few good mates in Melbourne — and my brother lives in Collingwood too.

One more small but important note: I prefer living in a home where everyone respects each other’s privacy and doesn’t regularly bring casual partners home. I love a friendly vibe — just not a party/constant guest atmosphere.
