I've got a spare room avalible at my place in the comming week. The property has a double garage, plenty off-street parking, gas, dishwasher and NBN. You will share the bathroom with just one person. The room has a built in wardrobe and it's own air-con system, perfect for the canberra Summer. If you want to know anything about the room then feel free to send me a message. Ideally looking for long term people, though happy to do short term also. The place is a short walk to UC, so perfect for UC students and is only a short drive to the city. Flexible with price a little also, so just ask :)
Located in Lawson: A brand new, fully-furnished house with 5 bedrooms. Two bedrooms presently occupied by two professionals. Now, three-single rooms with shared bathroom are available. Bright, spacious living. Brand new furniture, a wardrobe in every bedroom. Reverse ducted air-con; very warm in winter, cool in summer. With only a 5-min walk to UC, and the bus to ANU, there's also easy access to Belconnen shopping mall, restaurants on Emu bank, Belconnen Library, aquatic centre and the Labor Club. NBN, water and gas are included in rent! Would suit full-time tertiary students and professionals.
Hi all! I'm a PhD Candidate at the ANU originally from Melbourne, but have been in Canberra for >6 years. I've been interstate for a few months for work, and I'm looking for a place before I move back in to my permanent place on July 10. I am an easy going but clean housemate who works relatively long hours during the week but love relaxing on weekends. I'm definitely happy to be as social as you'd like - happy to have chats and cook together but am also okay if you'd prefer your own space. I'm pretty flexible with move in and check out dates. Let me know if you have any questions and am looking forward to meeting you! :)

I am a friendly, considerate and tidy person and am looking for someone who is the same to live with 😊 I’m quite social so always keen for a chat, but respectful of your space. I am about to start a new full time marketing role and will be new to Canberra! Please reach out if you have a room available😊 Thanks, Kelly
Hey there ! I’m Georgia, I’m an easy going, friendly and reliable gal ! I like playing sports , travelling, being outdoors, socialising and having a few wines but also am happy keeping to myself. I’m looking for people who are clean and tidy, easy to get along with and can have a few laughs!
The place is a spacious room in a townhouse located within walking distance to UC and Kaleen shops. It is also close to bus stops that can take you to ANU, City and Westfield Belconnen. If you look up the address, it is on the southernmost side of Lawson, closer to UC and the Belconnen shops. The room with come furnished with a large desk (150*75) which is height adjustable, a wooden bedframe and a matress that is price negotiable. There are built-in wardrobes (sliding door) that are very big located behind the mirrors in the photos. Out from the main entrace there is a small yard with plenty of space and a built in laundry rack. Connected to the living room on the other side there is a balcony with enough space to fit tables and chairs. There is a large bathroom right as you exit the room to the left, with a shower, toilet, sink and bath in one. The property is very new, with only one previous tenant living here for 18 months, so everything is in great condition. There is air-conditioning connected throughout the property, so you will be fine over the winter or if it gets too unbearable during summer. There is also an extremely spacious garage, which can fit two cars. However we do not own cars so we are currently using it as a storage space. The internet is NBN enabled, currently connected to a 50M plan. The kitchen is very spacious and can easily fit 3 people and is furnished with a large fridge, microwave, rice cooker, kettle and toaster, which belongs to the existing residents. The cooktop is large and uses gas stoves, which (in my opinion) are much better to use than induction stoves. Send me a message if you want to know more! Edward
The home is centrally located in Lawson, a 15 minute walk to UC, a stone's throw from lake Ginninderra, and a 10 minute drive to Emu Bank and Westfield Belconnen. The area is also serviced by two shopping plazas in Kaleen. The house is furnished, with a powder room downstairs. We have Netflix, Stan, and three comfy lounges. There is a BBQ (with a pizza oven), and we enjoy having pizza nights with fresh home made dough. We have central electric heating and cooling too! The room is unfurnished, and shares a bathroom with one other person. You will get two shelves in the pantry for your personal use, and one drawer in the deep freeze. Space in the fridge is on an as needed basis. Internet is unlimited and due on the first day of the month. Electricity and gas are split equally, due quarterly. If you're interested, we would love to hear from you! 🦆🦆

Hi ! I am a French Engineering student, and I will be pursuing a 4 months internship at UC, starting in May. I am a nice guy, and I love to travel and meet new people. I am currently living with flatmates, so I know what it's like to live with other people, and I think I'd make a good flatmate here in Australia. I am a sport guy, I enjoy having dinner and drinks with my friends and I am open to new experiences.

I currently work as a graduate consultant for a private IT company here in Canberra. In my own time I'm a big musician, who specializes in music production. I enjoy graphic and interior design, collecting vinyl records, and meeting new people. I was born and raised in Canberra, and have lived here for the past 19 years. I'm also a uni student, currently aiming for a double degree in IT and Music. My partner Finn & I have been together for almost a year now. Finn is a trans man from Nowra, NSW, and has been living with me in Canberra for about 3 or 4 months. He is currently studying at CIT enrolled in the childcare course. Finn has a large interest in interior decor, the arts, and gardening. He is a very sweet and extroverted person who is always happy to make new friends.
Hello! Im Chloe! I work full time in student recruitment at the University of Canberra and also studying a checky masters on the side. Looking to share with young professionals or students. In my spare time i go to the gym and enjoy good food and good wine! I am looking to move in on the second weekend of May so trying to get in early! Send me a message if this sounds like a good flatmate!
Hi, I am moving back to Canberra and I am looking for somewhere to rent. I am clean and quiet. I do enjoy occasionally chatting to my housemate - possibly bonding over trashy tv, a walk, a cuppa or a wine. I also like to have my own time and space too. I like to cook, but I don't cook every night (joys of cooking for one) and will always clean up after myself. I am easy going, kind and always pay my bills on time. I like rock climbing and scuba diving. Ideally, I would like to move in around the end of April (moving from out of town back to Canberra), I have 2 - 4 weeks to find a place once I moved back. It would be great to have my own bathroom but I am flexible. Preferably only one other housemate, but again, for the right house, I could be swayed. Looking forward to finding somewhere great to live.
