I'm moving from Brisbane to Canberra for a graduate position. I'm friendly and easy-going. I love to cook and like my home kept fairly clean and tidy. Ideally I would like to share a 2-bed 2-bath unit with another non-smoking young professional female. For fun I enjoy relaxing, reading and watching Netflix. I love travelling and I am interested in exploring Canberra and the surrounding areas. Happy to live with pets. Move-in date is flexible as long at it's before 19 February.
Hi, I'm currently a student studying at the ANU and will mostly be out of the house/apartment in the day at uni. I'm pretty sociable and like a chat and movie here and then, but I'm also usually out of the house hanging with friends :) If you need space, I'm also pretty good at keeping to my self. I don't throw parties and do like to have the occasional friends over for a movie or games night, but even then, it's pretty rare (1-2 a week). I've lived in a share house for the last year and it's only due to lease expiring that I need a new place. I don't mind anywhere Northside Canberra as I have a car so I'm pretty flexible with location, but close to the city would be preferable. Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi everyone I just moved to Canberra from Indonesia to study Master of International Relations at ANU. I am currently staying in a temp place and looking for a room to rent for a year or longer. I enjoy movies, cooking, being outdoors and in adventures. I quit smoking, generally dont drink but i dont mind occasional drinking or being around smokers and i do clean after myself. I respect personal space and privacy just as much as I enjoy being in a company of friends and as an international student i am more than happy to make friends with anyone.
Hey everyone! I have one room avaliable :) The room is just an ordinary room which includes a desk and king single, perfect for a student. The dimension of this room are aprox 2620 x 2380mm. The room comes with a built in wardrobe and includes your own heat pump! The house is a brand new townhouse with an open living area. The property is furnished as in the photos, and so will the spare room, which could be yours! We have a large deck area as in the photos and all we need now is a BBQ, which we look forward to buying. The property has off-street parking, gas, dishwasher and has NBN with download speeds up to 100mb/s, by speed test we average around 85mp/s as we opted for speed boost and 1000gb. The rent does include the internet but does not include any other bills which will be split in thirds. The house is close to UC for any UC students wanting to live close to campus and is relatively close to the city for ANU students. Just note you will be sharing the bathroom with one very clean female who expects the same.
Hey! My name is Jacob and I'm a full time student at the University of Canberra studying Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation. A year long stay with other students in a share house would be preferable.

Very clean and respectful of other people and their personal space. Ideally looking for somewhere close to the city but would be happy with anywhere northside. Ready to move in anytime in January.

I was born and bred in Canberra so I know the area well. I love to spend time with friends and am in a same-sex relationship. I am a very clean person and hate mess so I hope you will consider me as a potential flatmate!

Send me a message if you'd like to know anything more about me :)

Tidy open plan ground floor flat with a barbecue on the large patio/balcony with barbecue, which overlooks a pond. Bus stop outside the complex. Secure building, visitor parking and 2 parking spaces in the garage. Popular walking/jogging path goes right past the building and the pond is super pretty. Air con/heating and good insulation throughout. The dishwasher works but we haven't tried it on anything really hard to clean. There's a couple of cafes/takeways, a corner shop, etc. right nearby. We're very close to UC and have good bus routes for the rest of Canberra. We've always just split bills and everything evenly between the people in the house, so internet is monthly and water/electricity quarterly. It'd be great to get people who want to move in at the start of February but that's flexible, but later than mid Feb would be getting a bit late.

Bit alternative, flexible and able to lovingly look after our cat and water our garden in owners’ absence.
