What makes me great to live with? Its a toughie, buuuut I love to listen (sounds weird i know) and will happily talk about absolutely anything Im quite clean, I wouldn't say OCD level clean but enough to pass. I enjoy food and love to cook, also happy to share ;) I like gardening even though Im not very good and really have no clue as to what im doing.. I guess just having your own food grown at home is a really cool concept! Id say im a pretty decent human, I have absolutely no urge to get ahead of someone or anything like that, im just kind of cruising along helping anyone in need. I love to laugh and not take life so seriously, still trying to figure out if thats a good or bad thing.. Very spontaneous, wont fail to surprise you with the many ideas and dreams I come up with! Not really sure on what else to say, Im just a very friendly and easy going person who is interested in peoples passions!
I am a clean and tidy, friendly, easy going, relaxed housemate that is just as happy to socialize as well as do my own thing. Looking for a new place to move in to as soon as possible for at least several months while I am trying to sell my house and buy a new one. I haven't rented for a while but I am always reliable with all rent and bills. I am a builder and have a ute and trailer that I need to be able to park safely and a few tools that I would like to store in the corner of a lock up garage if possible.
A little bit about me: - I have recently graduated from the University of Canberra - I work in administration, but always looking for my next career move. - Enjoy fitness/sport - Spend a lot of time at the gym or on the tennis court. - I am reliable, neat, friendly and respect the privacy of others. Don't spend a lot of time at home, but when I do I like to just relax, eat and sleep.

Hey :) Some extra details about the apartment. The apartment's common areas are fully furnished. Our new roommate is welcome to use all of this. Pots, plates, cups, the tv (and it's accompanying ps4 & X1), lounge, fridge, you name it. The bedroom is not furnished. Our roommate that's leaving just slept on a mattress on the floor (I know WTF?). The main bathroom is shared between two people. The other bedroom has an ensuite. In addition, there are: - Dishwasher - Gas stove - Gas Hot Water - Air conditioning/heating - Built in wardrobes with shelves We have 2 secure parking spots underground that you're welcome to use one of (Jason uses the other). There's also a visitor parking for any friends/family wanting to visit. We're about a 8-10 min walk from the rapid bus route stop. It takes about 20-25 min by bus to ANU. UC is just across from us. Belconnen Westfield is about a 15-minute bus ride and the stop is much closer than the rapid route. By car, ANU is about 10 min, UC maybe 3-4min? and Westfield Belconnen 10 min also. Our current roommate, Zen, is going on exchange and we're looking for someone to fill the void. We're looking for someone who is clean, respectful and most importantly, lots of fun to be around! We'd prefer June 10 move-in day to make it quick and easy, but we can be flexible with the date if need be. Similar age is a preference as we'll likely have more things in common. You have the option to sign onto our lease. It's a month to month. This is not a requirement. We don't mind. Rent is $150 a week which includes 10$ for unlimited internet (ADSL2+ - not the best soz). Bills are pretty cheap. Quarterly gas and electricity just came in, they were $131.20 (combined) pp. That equates to about $11 a week. Haven't got the water yet but expect it to be no more than 100-150 total. So bills would probably average out to about 15$ per week. Bond is 4 weeks rent. So if you think this is the place for you, get in touch, you can come see the place, or if you're coming from interstate, we can skype/facetime.
Its a university accommodation, within the premises of University of Canberra. Its also a 15 minute bus drive to ANU.
