I'm a 25 year old professional working full time in the public service. I have a passion for health and fitness and train generally 5 times a week after work usually around 6pm to 8pm. I work normal hours and respect personal space and noise limits. I have been taught from a young age how to be clean and tidy from a Mother who was a domestic house cleaner lol. That being said, I am also very social and friendly, have no issues going for a beer with flatmates, cooking dinners for the house, kicking back and having a games night of monopoly (although that could cause a slight in the household :P). My hobbies are: Anything sports related, regular gym, PC gaming, tattoos (I'm quite heavily tattooed so if that intimidates you I might not be a great candidate to share with), fishing, camping, music and good movies :)
Hi there, names Erin :) I'm a second year uni student, work part time. Super easy going person, happy to share bathrooms and coordinate dinners or not depending on what you're up for. I would prefer a room mate that enjoys hanging out on occasion, whether that be staying in and having a Netflix binge or heading out for the night. I'm definitely a social person but also really value my alone time. Looking for a place preferably shared with young females but I'm pretty open to whatever pops up in a good location for me :)
The house itself is brand new (we were the first to move in). The room is a decent size with built-in wardrobe and an ensuite. It's only a small place but it has everything you need. Modern kitchen, toilet downstairs, laundry (no dryer) and a little backyard. There is a garage, however, my roommate pays extra for that privilege. Parking on the street is available.
Hey guys! I'm Thiysuri and I'm 20 years old. I'm a student from UC, studying Diploma of IT. I'm currently living in a 5 share bedroom at cooper lodge UC. I want to move out soon because it's quite expensive living here. I'm currently working casual in Woden and have applied to a few other jobs. I'm a friendly person and I get along easily with people. I enjoy watching Netflix and I'm passionate about music and occasionally covers songs. I love pets, specially, dogs! And I'm hoping to find a place by October! :)
This room is expected to be available to rent from 22 September 2017. The Villa includes living areas, spacious Meile kitchen with gas cooking and each bedroom has it's own bathroom. There is also a shared bbq courtyard right outside so you can bring family or friends over for a good cook up. The room comes unfurnished and with it's own bathroom, however we're happy to negotiate if a furnished room is preferred. The rest of the villa is fully furnished. The room is located on the first floor next to the bathroom, front door and kitchen. The main bedroom is located upstairs. The available room also has it's own private heating and cooling system installed. Hello! I am a young professional in my late twenties. I am often described as thoughtful, playful, and tolerant by those who know me. I consider myself very tidy, clean, and respectful. I am looking to share a house/flat of mixed gender, ideally with other professionals, but students are fine too. Preferably 3-4 people (including myself). I love animals, so pets are not a problem. (That said, I do not have any pets of my own and won't be bringing or acquiring any). I love good food, outdoors, exploring new places, trying new things, exercise and lead an active lifestyle. Well maybe not as much as those who live in lycra and compete in sports... but I do enjoy the fresh air. I also enjoy being a home body, and would be happy curled up on the couch with a glass of red, playing board games with whomever is up for a chat. I am a clean and organised person, but I don't go nuts with cleaning rosters. I believe we're all capable of pitching in with the cleaning when needed and when it's not inconvenient to do so. That said, I'd prefer not to live in a pig sty. If I sound like the right flatmate to you, shoot me a message, introducing yourself and the other tenants. Thanks! P.S. I do want to be part of a home and get to know you all, not just living with flat mates, however I have a preference to do my own cooking. Happy to participate in house dinners every now and then, especially the spontaneous ones, but I don't want to be committed to three different dinners cooked by three different people each week. My cap for shared dinners is probably once a week i.e. someone different takes a turn to cook every Tuesday, rather than three different people cooking three different days in the same week. P.P.S. I cannot live without a dishwasher. They are the best thing ever invented and I will use it religiously.
I am a 31yo male Engineer on the Canberra Light Rail. I try to stay fit and exercise (or just not get too fat) , but I do enjoy eating like a king on the weekends. a bit about me, I enjoy going to the gym, salsa dancing, my beloved Nissan weekend car, and hopefully get into some pilates for my ridiculously poor flexibility! On the weekends i dont mind a few frothies and a good burger with some banter. i enjoy going out and having a laugh , and i equally dont mind weekends chilling at home on the couch with a movie. As for house arrangements - I am very easy going and tidy, clean up after myself and easy to get along with. Im flexible with whoever I live with. Its not my first time doing the house share, so I know that everyone is different and theres always a solution so that everyone is happy. Wouldn't mind someone whos down for a few drinks or sharing a meal and some banter on the weekends! Cheers! Claudio
We are a couple relocating for work and sport. Brittany is an Australian representative athlete with full time training commitments and James is a sport professional working in the sport industry. We are both very friendly people, easy to get along with and no fuss. We generally don't spend much time at home as we are always out either training and working.
Hey! I'm currently studying full-time at UC and working a hospitality part-time jobs. I have been living in Canberra for nearly 2 years coming from the Central Coast. I like to be social and chat but also like privacy and can respect the same for others. I am clean and willing to pitch in where and when it is needed. I'm easy going and enjoy having or good laugh or listening to some good tunes.

I'm looking for a place to stay in North Canberra for myself and my small collection of pets. I am a gamer, a bookworm, and a bit of an all-around nerd. I'm a tidy person who works 20 - 40 hours a week (varies each week) in hospitality. Happy to be social or keep to myself during my time off. I have a lovely English Springer Spaniel dog, he is 5 years old , well behaved and house-trained. I also have three rodents that I keep in my room. For fun, I play games, go out to the movies (or netflix) and read a lot! Hoping to find a place for myself and my pets soon. :)
Young motivated 21 year old looking to move out for the first time ever !!! just about to finish uni and started a full time job, though about to look for a new permanent one due to this one being as contract. Super chilled sociable, professional and like privacy here and there.
Single, 27 year old male. Currently working full time in the public service. I am looking for comfortable accommodation, with housemates that are fairly relaxed and chilled out people. Preferably bills and internet included in rent cost. But this is not a requirement. I am very tidy person and like to keep kitchens and bathrooms spotless. I am looking for a place where I can have my own privacy, which I will respect in turn, however, I am more than happy to socialise with my housemates as well.
I'm moving to Canberra to begin a PhD at ANU. I lived in Canberra for four years during my undergrad but have been overseas for the last six months. About me: I study physics, I'm from NZ but moved to Australia almost ten years ago, I run competitively (and will often be out running in the evenings), love getting outdoors/hiking, and am keen to try growing a few veggies.
Young 23 year old bloke. working full time in hotel management. stable job. good cook and cleaner. enjoys a cold beer and works non stop. parking on the street doesn't bother me and overly domesticated from 3 years living out of home. Looking for 2 roommates max and preferably somewhere north canberra side. all around lovely bloke if i do say so myself
I'm originally from central NSW, moved to Wollongong for uni and then came to Canberra in 2015 for a job in the public sector. I'm a seasoned veteran of the sharehouse, I'm super tidy and respectful of others' spaces. I haven't had any conflicts with my previous housemates to date and while I'm probably a bit more inclined to do my own thing than most I'm by no means a social hermit. I'm happy to accommodate your friends if the sentiment can be returned. I love traveling (actually I'm returning from a trip to the USA at the moment, hence looking for a place), also enjoy cycling and motorcycling, reading, Netflix binges, craft beer appreciation sessions and stimulating conversations about history, politics, society or pretty much anything if you're knowledgeable and passionate about it. If you think you could live with me or you have any other questions, please don't be shy! Cheers
