**Price includes all bills** I have a new, spacious and furnished room in Lawson for rent. Location wise, it’s perfect for university students and people looking to settle into Canberra – 5-10 minute walk to the bus stop that will take you to University of Canberra (10 minute bus ride) or ANU (20 minute bus ride) or Westfield Belconnen (15 minutes). The room and apartment is fully furnished – all you have to bring is yourself and bed sheets. The room has a really comfy new bed, study table and chair, with plenty of wardrobe space. Bathroom wise, it’s extremely spacious and features a bathtub. This is you and your guest’s personal bathroom. Have a look at the photos. Room is now available and is available until the end of November for opportunity to extend the lease. Inspections are on weekends. Message me for details. NO phone calls please. I am only considering Single Female applicants as housemates are not comfortable living with males or couples. Strictly no pets. Rent is $250 per week. Bond is 4 weeks rent. Internet speeds are really fast – we have NBN 100/40. Space is also available if you have a car. Let me know if you have any questions.
This listing is for a master bedroom with large ensuite in an immaculately presented Lawson townhouse. The house has everything you could need - open plan kitchen/lounge, large walk-in pantry, fully-equipped laundry room, dishwasher & a huge range of other amenities & appliances. Also features Foxtel, ducted air-con & heating and heated bathroom floors. It is less than a 5 minute drive to both Belconnen town centre as well as to University of Canberra & less than a 10 minute trek into the city. The house is fully furnished with the exception of this bedroom. Unlimited NBN internet is included in rent and other bills are issued in a three-monthly capacity.
I am a student starting a masters degree at UC in July 2018 looking for a quiet and relaxed place to stay at for six months to one year or more. I’m currently based in Brisbane moving to Canberra late July. I’m very friendly, clean and tidy person and respect others. Hoping to hear from anyone.
I am in my final year of my undergraduate degree at ANU. I work two part time jobs, one in admin and one in retail. I live to play sport and spend as much time outside as a can. I'm a clean person, and I enjoy cleaning, but other peoples' mess doesn't usually bother me too much. I don't drink much, but am always happy to share a meal and a glass of wine with my housemates! I'm politically active, but will never tell you what I think unless you ask.
Hello! I'm Amy. I'm an Occupational Therapist from Newcastle, NSW. I'm moving to Canberra to work full time. In my free time, I like to explore new places and catch up with friends. I am easygoing and enjoy catching up over dinner or drinks, but also appreciate other's space. Please feel free to message me if you're looking for another flatmate. I am also interested in team ups as well. Thanks :)
I'm a post-grad student commencing at UC from the beginning of August 2018, moving from the South Coast and looking to find a place to call home asap. I'm tidy and respectful of personal space, don't mind if you have pets (that would be a plus!) just looking for somewhere quiet to come home to after work and study with some friendly people.
Hey everyone! I have one room available at my place! It’s the biggest room in the house also and has an inbuilt wardrobe. The price is advertised without bills and with bills :) The house is a brand new townhouse with an open living area. The property is furnished as in the photos. The property has a double garage, plenty off-street parking, gas, dishwasher and NBN. The one bathroom is shared with only one person. Looking for people after more long term accomodation then short. I can provide a desk and king single in the room if required :)
Hey all! Two friendly ppl - one mid 20s (f), one early 30s (m) - seeking another person to join us :) I’m Justin - full time public servant, part time netball and AFL player, swimmer, wannabe masterchef. Ash lives here too - exercise physiologist to the stars, amateur rockclimber. The place is brand new townhouse (complete with new house smell) and you’d have a bright, sunny, large room with two windows. Share the main bathroom (with freestanding bath) with another female. Large built in robe, currently has a queen bed, desk, TV cabinet etc (the furnished option would be an extra $10 per week if you want bed, bedside table, lamp to stay). Car parking is on-street, but there’s never been any issues with getting a park. The rest of the place has a functioning kitchen, an extra lil bathroom, laundry in the garage, lovely garden bed (estimated completion date is pending), current pots with delightful veggies in the courtyard. House has pretty much all furniture and appliances, so would suit those who are just looking to bring their good selves in. If you think you’d be a good fit - drop us a line telling us how you would be the best third housemate and what ur favourite drink is :) * pls no just asking when you can come check the place out! * place is available until the ad is taken down Flexible with most things, usual disclaimer about bills (unlimited NBN included in rent), being neat and tidy, etc etc. If I’ve left any crucial info out, feel free to ask away Cheers, Justin *** FYI - not ignoring ppl, just received a bunch of emails from May all at once, flatmates mail is stuffing up - feel free to text me ***

Hi everyone, my name is Becky, i'm 26 years old and working in the hospitality industry. I'm from London and i'm currently over in Australia on a working holiday visa. For fun i enjoy a good night out or chilling out reading a book. Living with me is great for those who like to drink as i’ll need people to try out cocktail recipes on :)
I am a student in Canberra uni starting in July, 2018. I am looking for a affordable room to live in, I am single, no pets, no drinking or smoking and very quiet. I cook by myself and I would be happy to share my cooking to housemate There must be laundry machine, microwave and fridge, prefer AC . it is better if there's garage for parking for I am considering to buy a car later.
Hi, my name's Arden looking to move to Canberra from Sydney. I love reading, listening to music, watching Netflix, going to theatres, sports and gym. I like to keep things clean and tidy. Quiet and value personal space, but also enjoy conversations (listener's role mostly) and having a good laugh. Move in date flexible, ideally in May. Prefer to have my own bathroom.
Female, full time student, studying law. In my final year and applying for internships. Part time working in retail and keen to move on up and out into the law field asap. I keep to myself most of the time. Though I do like the regular movie night and training sessions. I have a dog, titan, that's in training for mind dog program. So he is well behaved, house trained and loving. Would love to remain living in Canberra but it's getting pretty hard to find pet friendly accom as a one person. North Canberra would be my preference... anywhere lol. Keen for team ups
Hi there, I will move down to Canberra from Sydney for study and work in late Feb or early Mar. I am looking for one or two females/couple to share a flat with for at least 6 months or longer, but I am flexible with the length. I am an easy going and friendly person. I like to make friends, and wish we could become good friends to hang out and have a talk with. But I do respect others' privacy at the same time. I have experience of living with a family with little kid or females over 5 years, so I have learnt how to be considerate to housemates. I am also a quiet, clean, tidy and organised person. I would like to have a room with build-in wardrobe, ideally also is furnished (but I am flexible with that if the rent is a bit lower :P). I have a car, so off-street parking is necessary, of course garage is perfect! I do want the location of the house/flat has an easy access to public transport too, although lower frequency is acceptable. I look forward to hearing some good news from you guys! :)
